On the first visit they made me wait for hours and the cat came home with fleas, one calls and they leave him waiting, the contract is a hoax because they say that it is $400 dollars deferred over a year and from the beginning they get almost $200 for a completely healthy cat. It's terrible... I'm so sorry I went there

when I signed up, I told him that the entire plan was $400 dollars deferred for one year and it hasn't even been two months and they have already discounted almost $200. In addition, they plan to deduct $39 dollars each month, which is unfair because if I multiply it by 12, the registration fee is too much. In this place my cat got fleas and since I complained about them on the next visit they made me buy a treatment for her. There they prepare the "medicines" and get additional money for everything.

Kind regards, I want to tell you that I really operate my cat here because I already registered and already paid but I am very unhappy with the service, it is very bad. When my cat had her first appointment, she arrived, they had her for 3 hours and if she did not come to ask who knows until what time they would have given birth because when she arrives they have not examined her. On the other hand, they do not allow the consultation to enter and I do not know the hygiene conditions that they have inside and I think they are not good because my cat is a house kitten and I enter clean and they returned her with fleas. .. I saw her wrapped in a blanket that is not hers and surely they cover all the pets with that ... my cat has a blanket to carry it and they did not use it ..

If you schedule online they call you back and there's a 3 month wait. It's not worth my time or money.

Worst vet we have been to. 2 weeks in a row they have messed up appointments for my 6 week old puppies. They stressed them out so bad. Day shift supervisor will tell you one thing and the opposite in the same breath. She has no lie how to care for customers. The office is so inefficient. We had planned to get a wellness plan but 100% not happening after this!

The staff is friendly, but the overall operations could be more efficient and time saving for pet owners. They ask you to print off the forms prior to drop off, yet ask you the same questions before coming out to get your pet and getting the forms. It's frustrating having to keep repeating yourself or having to advocate for your pet to get a med refill when they've been taking the same medication for years. The hold times can be long at times. Overpriced as well.

Banfield Pet hospital is excellent !! The staff is knowledge & kind. Our cat feels .much better thanks to the outstanding care !! This is our chosen veterinary hospital.

Love this Banfield! The staff is amazing and always take such good care of our animals. Been coming here for years and will continue! Love Dr. Guevara and Dr. Qwak (I hope I spelled them right), this are the two we've seen over the last few years and they're great! They always answer any questions we have and make sure all of our fur babies are well taken care of. I don't feel like they randomly assign things just to make a profit, either. They're up front about costs and always provide honest opinions.

They treat clients and their pets like family. They always take as much time with clients as needed to answer questions etc. We won't use anyone else. They were so comforting when we have had to put 2 of our dogs down. They are part of our family.

I just brought my cat, Marie LaVeaux, here from another state and hadn't seen her since August. I took her to Banfield basically for a check up and they were fantastic with her! The staff is incredible and very friendly. Recently she had to have a teeth cleaning and they had to put her under anesthesia. I was very nervous but again, staff was amazing. The Dr even called me a few days later to ask how she was doing and to answer any questions I may have had. But get this though... the Dr called me again on Friday to check up on Marie!! It's been weeks since her procedure and yet he called a second time to check on her! I promise you I have never had ANY pet hospital be this compassionate and caring. I love Banfield and I'm so grateful for the staff.

They have difficulty thinking outside the "wellness plan." If its not included, but should be done, it may not be suggested. And don't expect them to tell you of appointments within the plan dates or that the plans come with a 24/7 vet access app. I wish we had googled what they said was safe. We would have asked for blood work to be completed first and then immediately after. We would have understood the risks. This is no reflection on staff, but the business model and execs who direct and control staff pace. Staff has always been great, people who want to work with pets generally are.

I absolutely love Banfield. The only vet service I will use. They have treated and cared for 2 of my fur babies. My Sassafras before she passed of cancer and now my Lew Man. A very respectable place. The staff are some of the best we've met. We feel completely safe in their hands.

Horrible! Overpriced and lies by omission of the truth. They may give you a FREE office visit, but you get CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING ELSE. You get charged from the moment you say HELLO.

Pretty great for my pet needs. The care plans cover everything for my dog and cat. While this location has most of what I need, I still needed to supplement pet care at another local veterinarian for a more specific case.

The wellness plan is a joke read fine print cause they make it out to seem like the best thing if you sign up for the wellness plan (which I wouldn’t recommend for anyone they brush your pets teeth once and you pay $400 through a 12 month period for it) and the next day your pet runs away or dies your still paying it for a year

I take both my dogs and my cat here, this place is always so friendly! I have never had a bad experience here! Dr Nolan is my absolute favorite and the kindest woman alive.

This is our 3rd Banfield vet. We're so lucky to have the same level of care even after moving from Florida. They're friendly & attentive, there is no pressure, they're completely transparent & always ready to listen & build the best picture of the problem to make an informed diagnosis.

Went in for a checkup... It was the nightmare scenario. FIP. These people didn't shill their products, didn't upsell on services, didn't do ANYthing except buy us an extra week to say goodbye to our kitten. They handled everything with professionalism and grace: an experience I've rarely had with ANY vet, much less a corporate one.

Busy place, 1 associate at desk, I had to wait for her to release 5 pets to their owners, check in 2, well check one, answer 3 phone calls and figure out a computer glitch before she could tell me my prescription dog food was on the wall and to take it to the register to cash out....30 minutes!!!
