They take sure good care of our babies!!

This a small practice and they really like animals. They were very nice to my kittens and got us in and out quickly.

After adopting a cat, we decided to take her to All Pets Hospital to get a check up. None of the vet staff was wearing masks. None of the vet techs or the doctor introduced themselves to us. They decided that she needed a shot and gave her the shot without asking our consent. It was extremely unprofessional. They told us our cat had a medical condition, but did not explain to us what that condition entailed. Being new pet owners, we had several questions about the cat, but they were not helpful in answering our questions. They did not ask about any concerns we had with the cat. I will not be going here again. Update: I would highly recommend checking out Creekside Animal Hospital instead. We have had nothing but phenomenal at Creekside, so I would highly recommend them as an alternative.

Just moved back to town and they were very willing to get my fur baby in right away and were very polite, my boy was very pleased with how he was treated and was wiggling his tail the whole time even thru his shots . He loves his new caring vet staff and us as parents are pleased as well

Terrific vet clinic. I needed quick vaccination updates and the front desk folks were proactive, professional and kind. They got my records in "record" time - and understood exactly what I needed. The Vet at All Pets is warm, a good listener, and receptive. Just an all-round great experience. The facilities are clean and orderly.

They are a Lil pricey but I trust the main doctor ???? he loves all animals and dogs and I really love going there they work around my 3rd shift life This vet is small but delivers quality care ❤️

I honestly feel like my Shih Tzu was wrongly diagnosed that led to his passing four days after the visit there , if the Veterinary and staff had taken the time to listen to what my husband and I was saying bout his systoms then maybe just maybe my Fred would have had a better chance of recovering he treated him for something he had two years prior that had nothing to do with him not being able to urinate,he gave he him some calvavamox which is amoxicillin and said he would be fine he had no fever just bring him back the following Monday but each day Fred wasn't even walking as good as before he wasn't eating but he was drinking lots of water and he wasn't able to go out side to pee or even get up our concern grew but my husband would resured me that the Veterinary said it would take a while for the medicine to start to work that it wasn't anything serious that my Fred would be fine. So why am I telling Fred's story because although I am still very much grieving and we all know most people want someone to blame I feel like we should have gotten a second opinion when we did not agree with the diganose

Best Vet in the area. This vet is super knowledgeable and has been caring for our animals for well over a decade. We really enjoy that if your messing up in the care for your pet, he has no issues setting you straight or sending you down the road to one of the box cutter vets who just do it to collect a check.

Wonderful vet, wonderful staff! They truly care for my pets and offer good advice and the best service.

Rude hateful....all I have to say

I love this ENTIRE team. I drive all the way from Monticello to bring all of my animals to them. I have never met a more warm, welcoming, helpful staff of individuals. I recommend them to anyone!

We have been taking our pets here for years. Great experience that's always quick.

I brought my dog here with multiple health concerns and I was barely able to get a word out as everyone in the room was talking over me. I don’t think I was even able to address every concern. Not to mention the rudeness from the person working at the front desk. I understand the stress that comes from working at a veterinary clinic, as I’ve done so myself, but you shouldn’t let that show, or take it out on your clients. Especially in this type of environment. Overall a very overwhelming experience. I don’t think I’ll be back. Replying to the comment below; I was one minute late and you didn’t have me in your system from the previous times I had been there, which made everything take longer. I felt rushed the entire time, and the front desk person was clearly acting frantic. There were 3 people in the room with me all talking at the same time and I was barely able to speak, which would make ANYONE feel overwhelmed. But go ahead and say what you need to say to make me sound belligerent/ seem like I’m making things up.

Dr John and his staff are excellent with all of my animals. Very kind and very sweet and gentle.

I have been there a few times resentely and still get good service. He treated my cat good for his exam and his surgery. Good office staff. Friendly and poliet. I will continue to take my animals there..

Very friendly and good with pets

I cannot say enough great things about this practice, I found a cat that was neglected, and dumped, I took him in, and he has had some chronic health issues, Dr. Kubisz, Rena, and his sons are very compassionate, very competent, Dr. Kubisz truly cares about his patients, and it shows in his care, and demeanor handling them, if they are truly your "babies" as my cat is to me, you want a vet that treats them as such. I have had several emergency visits with my cat, and they always get me in right away, also their cost is quite reasonable, and they will explain condition, and treatment options, I trust them completely.

So professional yet friendly and compassionate at the same time. They genuinely care about the health of your pet and take the time to address your concerns. I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with the services we have received here. Everyone there is amazing and I highly recommend. Very personal, individualized care.

love this place the guys are always really great to me they always get me in for appointments when my babies are sick and there too busy. Take really good care of my cats and my dogs can't get better service anywhere!

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable and helpful as well. We take our pets there on a regular basis for whatever is needed at the time.

Today was my first visit with my new puppy. The staff and veterinarian were great. I was in and out quickly.

I've brought my cat here several times and have always been met with professionalism. My cat is FIV+ and get sick easily and the vet here is always so attentive and knows his stuff! Most recently my cat had a dental done here and I didn't have to take out a small loan to get it done which is awesome. I myself have worked in the veterinary field for years in the past and its always nice to find a vet who knows their stuff and is able to see pets quick and effectively.
