I've had very good experiences here. They really seem to love animals, and they know what they are doing.

I am beyond shocked. I visited the Noah's Animal Clinic in Carmel last week and I had the worst experience ever. The first time I went there, the technician explained everything very well. She gave me the breakdown of all the services along with the associated cost. She explained the legally required vaccinations and recommended vaccinations along withthe associatedcosts. At the time, I opted for only the required vaccinations and any other services that are required before neutering. My first experience was relatively pleasant. Not so much this last time. I took my 2nd 3 months old cat for the same exact services that I had taken my older cat for. The technician explained that all the vaccinations including the ones that were recommended during my first visit were now required . I asked why but she did not have an answer. She put me on hold and when she came back on the phone, she apogized and said that she had made a mistake. I understood. We all make mistakes. Moments later, the technician gave me the total amounts due. Again I asked to know the breakdown of services and amounts associated. When she told me the amounts for the vaccine...why the amount was higher than the first time, the technician put me on hold again. When she came back on the phone, she apogized and said she had put the wrong vaccine and that's why it was high. During checkout, I was given the total amount for the visit on the phone. The total amount was over $300. When I asked why, the amount was that high, the technician put me on hold and a different technician took over. The second tech apologized to me for all the confusion and any inconvenience. She said " I am so sorry. We have had such a high turn over.we are short staffed...." I am paraphrasing this part... she said, the new tech is not very familiar with the vaccines and everything. I understood that. No question about that.. there is always a learning curve. The 2nd tech explained that the earmites treatment made the amount to be that high. I understood that. During the examination, the vet explained to me that the animal had earmites and said that she would prescribed earmites treatment regimen. She never at any point told me how much the treatment would cost or said if they were alternative treatments. The frustrating part was that I was given in correct information multiple times. When I asked questions or sort clarification, the technicians were not happy with my questioning. I said to the second technician "today, I am not impressed. I really have lost confidence and trust with the Clinic". The vet, the doctor was so rude. So unprofessional when she called to tell me the lab results were out. I again tried to ask questions and clarification. She said she didn't have time and hang up the phone. Before hanging up she said I am not welcome back to her Clinic... which is perfectly fine. It's her business. I will not be going back to Noah's Animal Clinic in Carmel.

It was awful. I did an appointment for my pet since June and when Mu boyfriend take her to the appointment they just said that we didn’t have one and she just lost the appointment that she really was in need. It was a really waste of time

Super nice staff. Very informative. My pit is not always the easiest to deal with as he is a rescue from an abusive situation. They took such amazing care of my dog.

When we pulled in, you park at a numbered spot and call, the line said they were closed, but they had been open for an hour and were visible confused when we told them this. A vet tech came out with paperwork for neither animal in the parking lot after waiting for 5 minutes, then looking like a deer in the headlights, vanished, after another 5 minutes another comes out, this one was ready, had good information, a nice attitude and a genuine love for animals. The front door is locked, which is understandable for covid-19 but they need to really get themselves together.

This pet ER has a really good COVID safe process. They have clear answers with detailed directions on care. It is a pet ER and has the expected higher cost for visits and medication. I have gone back through the years as seldom needed and found consistent quality.

The woman who attended me was rude, I took my dog because he was very bad. At first glance she looked in bad shape, however they did not help at all, and still they charged me $ 500. I had to pay and did not know how to help my dog.

We've been to several vets over the course of our pets' lives. Mostly we see Dr. Katter, and she is our favorite vet. I've worked with Dr. Blair and Dr. O too, but limited and experience has been great. I love coming to Noah's and all the staff are happy to see us, work through any issues together. Dr. K is open to any ideas or therapies that might work for our pets, even if she's not the one to do them. She points us in the direction we need to go, and has yet to let us down. Compassion and overall pet well being is what this office is about!

i had a problem with my cat. licking and scratching something fierce . I had found no flea dirt...the vet said she was such a good grimmer she found 2 fleas in the comb and no flea dirt. they gave him a couple of shots and i go back later this month to be sure he is all well. but the scratching has almost stopped. i am very pleased with this business

Very impressed with the professional, high caliber, knowledgeable, dedicated and caring staff at the Carmel Noah's facility. The entire group truly cares about their patients and the pet parents they serve. Coming from a family with an extensive medical background I unhesitatingly recommend Noah's as veterinary provider for one's furry family members.
