So kind!! Took us right in

I have been going there for years with my pets. My dog bullet has had a ear infection for weeks yet he needed more attention. The staff was negligent and never examined the samples that I brought back. The dr verified it. 2. They never called back and I went up there 2 times and called 2 times… They didn’t want my service and didn’t apologize. So I tasked for my records and left.

Hands down the best vet clinic I've ever been to. From the front office staff to the techs & vets, everyone is so professional and we've never had a bad experience bringing our cat in.

We had to visit with our cat as our normal vet couldn't get us in for a week or two. We had thought our cat had gotten into some old antifreeze. They were able to work us in within an hour and were very carrying and helpful. Our cat ended up just having a high fever luckily. The kindness of them and getting us in quickly was great. We will be back for future pet needs.

Really liked the way they treated me and my pet cat, we were given good advice and proper treatment , and the cat is on the mend doing very well. My first visit to this Clinic, I actually went there because I called the wrong clinic, but who cares, worked out well, don't hesitate to count on these folks to help you with your pet.

very caring employees that work here. we had to put our dog down and they were very empathetic about our decision. They treated our dog as if it was their own with care and emotional support.

Love this clinic! We have been to a few other vets around town and this one is the best hands down! We have 3 dogs and no matter which dog I bring in they ask me about the other 2. My puppy loves Dr Woodruff. He get excited to see him. Anytime I have brought him into the clinic he jumps on the counter looking for his Ashley. I recommend this clinic to anyone who asks.

If you're looking for an animal clinic that makes you feel like they genuinely care about your pet like you do, then this is the place to go. I've had to bring both of my cats here, one on several occasions. I've seen 2 different vets, countless veterinary assistants & a few different receptionists. Everyone has been so kind & patient. Their walls are somewhat thin so you can hear what they're saying even when they're not in the room & it's clear that everyone there really does care about the animals that they treat. I'm grateful to have each & every one of them help me with my veterinary needs. Dr Woodruff & Dr Stone are both a credit to their profession.

We love the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg! We adopted our dog about 8 years ago and this is vet clinic that everyone recommended. Now that my dog is a senior dog, vet visits can be so scary because we don't know how much longer we have with our furry family member. The staff at the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg have always treated us with compassion and sensitivity. They have been such a gift for our family!

Updated review: I had a totally different experience this time with this clinic. Everyone was so kind, and helpful. I had to take both of my children with me, due to my husband being at work and the staff was so sweet to my kids and my puppy. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and the facility was very clean as well! The staff was friendly enough, but the reason I give this establishment one star is because I brought my puppy there a few months ago to be checked for worms and when he pooped on the floor in the exam room, the vet tech picked it up and left the watery residue on the floor. AFTER confirming he had worms. I also had my 5 month old baby with me, so not only was that unsanitary for other dogs walking in the room, as a new mom it was totally unacceptable (my child was nowhere near the spot, but nonetheless). I will never return to this establishment. I was shocked and appalled.

Our dear little kitten, Mazzy had her last set of shots and then her spay here this week. She did great and acted as if nothing had even happened. Dr. Woodruff did a great job and they even called and checked on her the next day! I thought that was really sweet.

You know that doctor you have, the one that treats you as a person and actually cares about getting you better, and not just curing another patient? The one that you take your kids to, the one you recommend to your friends, family, and random strangers? Well, what about your pets? Are they not members of your family? I have been taking my pets to this clinic for several years now and they have always made me glad that I did. If you believe your pet deserves the best medical care possible, then take them here. Side note: I think "animal lover" and "must own a small zoo" are employment requirements here. If there is a pet related issue that they have not heard of, I haven't found it yet.

I love this vet!!! I've been taking my cat for 7 years and have never had a bad experience.
