Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic Brownsburg, Indiana

I made a request for an appointment, they called (didn’t even ring). I tried calling back immediately for a week now and multiple times a day to speak with someone. Not once has someone answered. Ridiculous.

Had 2 giant breed dogs neutered and the staff was great.

Great alternative to avoid expensive standard vet bill. Excellent staff & service.

I use to absolutely love this place. I have brought my puppy here since I’ve had him over a year ago and was able to get him in even throughout the whole covid lockdown when no other place was excepting new patients however I was really upset and disappointment when his first year shots, next round of heart worm shot, and so on came due a couple months ago and when I called to set it up they said they was unable to get him in at all! That’s just crazy because he’s only gone there/already a patient there and now they’re unable to see him?! So now I have to find a new place to take him and he’s past due for all of his shots now! Finding another place has not been easy and I’m just really upset they’re turning down animals that are already patients of theirs because I was told at his last visit to make his first year shots and continued heart worm appointment when it came closer to the time he needed it and was then turned away!

Staff was friendly and informative about prices and procedures. Excellent pricing with high quality results! This was our first trip here and won't be our last.

It's like going to a better face clinic. I have been twice now and in total maybe spent half hour, and that was with a full waiting room.. Staff is friendly and fast. "Best Experience with a Vet in years"

You get what you pay for. Our kitten came home covered in fleas! After their surgery, all the cats were stuffed in a cargo van! Called to let them know our kitty had gotten fleas from there and they tried to sell us more than take care of an issue They caused! Not to mention borderline abusive by stuffing so many animals in a van!

My dog was spayed earlier this week and this was her tummy Friday evening. I called them Thursday when she just had a mild rash and after waiting all day for a call back I called them again. I was told to put hydrocortisone on it and this is what it looked like 24 hours later. We had been putting neosporin on it and it was getting better but I figured I should listen to the vet, they should know what they’re taking about. I was told on Thursday if it got worse to bring her in Saturday morning. So that’s what I did today. They didn’t bother to ask why we were there and gave me the wrong paperwork. They looked at her for about 5 seconds and charged me $35 for more antibiotics for something they clearly caused. And…I still have a miserable baby that won’t come out from under the couch because it’s cool and helps her to not be so itchy. Also got a surprise $200 charge for dental work that they didn’t even tell us about until after the fact. Seeing how it’s a low cost place you would think you’d ask people before charging their card an extra $200 when we went over cost the day before. We have the money but a few years ago that would have put my bank account in the negative. You should not charge someone’s card $200 before making sure they have it. I guess you get what you pay for quite literally here!

When we lived in Indiana all 7 of our cat's and 3 dog's where seen here and was fixed and micro chipped they are great with Animals.. I would recommend them to anyone who can't afford it through their vet office...

They took such greqt care of my 2 years old male black lab, Mac. I've heard horror stories about low cost clinics but I can very confidently day this place dod not stand true to those stories. They were kind ans very good at their jobs and I will ise rh anytime they offer anything my let needs

It's a great clinic and my pets love all the doctors but the long waits are just to much.

Pet Vaccination Clinic, LLC These amazing individuals got me on the schedule the very next day for my cat who needed a dental with extractions. Check in only took 15 minutes for surgery and he received high quality care. Not only that- it was 5-8x less then what I was quoted at another full-service vet. Suffice to say I'm over the moon and will be bringing my babies here from now on. A big thanks from me and Oliver ❤️

I brought my French bulldog puppy here for an appointment for shots and turned out I was in the wrong place. They kindly offered to go ahead and do them. They were awesome. The staff is so kind and caring with him. It only took a few minutes to do it. The prices are great here. I can not thank them enough. My tucker really enjoyed the visit and would definitely use them again.

First person I talked to at service desk very friendly. Second one wanted to take care of the person behind me whom she knew. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Canceled all classes.
