Everyone was nice. Place was clean

I was worried one of my cats had a UTI. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. The vet was very kind with both my cats (they get pretty nervous) and did her best to access them. Because they were unable to get urine samples she couldn't diagnose one or the other but based on our conversation she prescribed a few items and took her time to explain why which was really nice. Check in and out was very easy and both the ladies at the desk were very nice.

We have been here for years and always, always had friendly, professional, thorough, and informed care. We highly recommend College Mall Vet Hospital!

I would like to publicly thank the College Mall Veterinary Hospital for the wonderful thoughtful care for my beloved Springer Spaniel, Tacky. Tacky was a special needs doggie and CMVH treated Tacky with the kindest care imaginable. My wife Debra and I are truly grateful and feel blessed to have such an outstanding business to take Tacky. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU AREN’T A CLIENT!! Online it states to call for emergencies and I called because my kitten is sick and struggling to breath.The operator asked if I was a current client and since I am not, I was rejected from being helped entirely and was hung up on! I’ve never had a vet not want to assist a sick animal! Not even a suggestion on what to do to help my kitten! Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that was their job. Could you imagine if that happened to human hospitals?! This interaction was very disappointing and unprofessional. My poor kitten can’t breath and is rejected because I am not already a client!? I would advice anyone to look elsewhere if you aren’t a client!

Dr. Gibson is the only Veterinarian I trust completely with my fur family. She is compassionate, caring and I know my pets are in the nest hands with her. She communicates through each step of the process and answers all of our questions so we know all of our options and how to provide the best course of treatment for them. Connie is also very kind and compassionate right alongside her. Highly recommend.

Dr. Davis is wonderful. Takes her time and explains everything.

Always love seeing Dr Gibson and the CMV staff they are amazing, sweet, helpful and thorough. So pleased with the care for our puppy babies ❤️????

Dr Davis has been excellent through a serious illness with one of my cats.

This was our very first visit and we were blown away by the quality of care! The vet and assistants were so kind and helped our nervous dog feel safe. They did a great job addressing all of our concerns!

Considering the necessary modifications that are needed for an office visit during this Covid pandemic, it was a good visit, executed promptly and with respect for our cat and me.

They were able to fit us in last minute for a puppy emergency. They were so kind and responsive, even though we were first time patients with no appointment. We were in and out with no trouble. It really felt like they cared for my pup.

Got my cat in the same day for an emergency visit. They took great care of her. She didn't want to get out of her carrier on the table, so the vet say in the floor with her to do the exam. All of the staff were very kind to me about my very sick cat.

We have moved out of the county and now drive half an hour to get to them because we trust them that much. They love our fur babies, are gentle and kind, and are very upfront about costs. We're never surprised after a procedure with unexpected expenses and always know they are in the best hands.

They were able to see me and my pup when we had an emergency super fast. They were SO good with him for his first visit and he loved being there.

Dr. Molly Maynard spent a significant amount of time with me and our two cats for their new patient visit, I didn’t feel rushed and felt that she wanted to really understand their history so that she could provide the best medical care to them. One needed a compounded medication and I had a personalized link to order sent to my email by the time I got back to my car! Very organized and professional operation. Definitely will recommend to other pet parents.

Jona Tabor and staff are fabulous! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone living in or around Bloomington. Everyone goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and safe, especially in the COVID-19 world we live in.

They are true Angels there! We had to take our beloved kitty there last week to have her put to sleep, as she was suffering too much (she was over 17). It truly broke our hearts to lose her, however the staff there was compassionate and really nice during these trying times. Nothing but 5 stars and thank you for everything. Very friendly staff, they are the best. Normal dogs hate the vet but mine sure loved college mall vet. Would highly recommend!

Heartless. The woman that turned us away probably goes to exotic islands ever year just to stomp on baby sea turtles when they hatch.
