Both doctors are excellent, caring, and knowledgeable. The staff is awesome. We feel fortunate to have found such a great veterinary center upon our move to Bedford.

I've been with them since I got my dog back in 2012. They were always really great with her. I could trust them to take care of her. She recently passed away and they were awesome about the procedure of putting her to sleep. They gave us time to grieve with her once she was gone and didn't rush us out. They sent us a card afterwards sending condolences. They were very professional and sympathetic. I miss my dog greatly, but they made the process of losing her a little easier.

Very good and loving care for my little dog Socks...as always! Showed me that a little knot type place was where her microchip had actually moved to a new place and not a cyst or mole to be concerned about.

I had to go today to do one of the hardest things I've ever done but the staff was very understanding, helpful and supportive. My best friend was able to pass on peacefully and pain free. I appreciate everyone who helped me through it.

They have so many patients. They need more employees. I was the 1st. Patient of the day. The woman at the desk seemed overwhelmed. Other than that the surgery went well. I wished they would have expressed side effects after the surgery. I give them 4 Stars. Need more Friendly employees.☺

Most excellent vet facility! Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, always ready to respond and available to help! Our lovely Cav was seen and treated by Dr Waeltz all of her life, and we have wonderful memories of the clinic's well-trained and supportive staff... I also remember their kindness when our Andie went over the rainbow bridge, and we were absolutely brokenhearted. Now, 8 years since, we got ourselves a new fur baby, and there is no question about it: Our trust for the best of her health and future care lies with Dr Waeltz and the staff at Bedford Veterinary Medical Center.

Dr Medlock is amazing, caring, and very knowledgeable. He is very thorough and explained my dogs diagnoses and what The treatment options were. The office staff were so kind and welcoming. The cost of the stellar care my dog received was very affordable. All of the doctors and staff truly care about the animals they take care of and it really shows. We appreciate you all.

I always bring my cats Bedford Veterinary Medical Center. They treat myself and my pets phenomenally, and do what they can to save me some expense. This past visit my indoor/outdoor cat had another bladder infection/UTI, she gets them frequently. Instead of charging me for a vet visit, they just had me bring her in and gave her an antibiotic shot. We were in and out in under ten minutes and it saved me paying for an appointment.
