Great vets and staff very happy with their service

Excellent overall experience great care. They are busy but they get to your needs soon.

I would've given 5 stars if not for the fact that is was a very costly experience.

Love them they are so good with shadow

They now have a groomer for dogs. She did a great job on my dog and the price was reasonable.

My puppy had a hurt eye, Dr.Roe and his team got us in and out before my scheduled appt. time. GREAT SERVICE

Had an appointment and still waited over an hour and a half to be seen not very efficient in scheduling

I just went to pick up a dog from a hair grooming appointment. They were all very nice, polite, and professional.

I guess this depends entirely on who is taking care of your animal there. The older vet was pretty good however the younger one leaves much to be desired. Let's just say this vet was convenient because they are the closer, but I'll probably make a drive to Dr benham instead. I'm not sure why they bother with appointments because they have a really hard time keeping them. I made an appointment for 11:30 and I didn't get seen untill like 2:30.

Very friendly staff and very good with the animals.

My little Gunner, Yorkshire terrier is running around now like nothing had ever happened. Thanks to the Drs their in that office. I just knew there wouldn't be a good out come of the illness Gunner had. But, there was, the Dr. put him on some medication & now five days later he's doing really good! ???????? AWESOME! Thank you... ????????❤️

Great. I come from Ohio Co. Because I like the service and hospitality.

They are a busy place.. Since I was late getting there I was late getting seen, as it should be. This was my 1st time there so I don't know how prompt they are. I like them, better yet my cat liked them. I will definitely go back.

My favorite veterinarians! They spend time to answer questions and make sure you understand. All the women (and now men) techs are delightful and compassionate, which isn't always easy when customers actions have resulted in terrible consequences, or people fail to control their animals INSIDE the clinic (ask me how I know). Yes, they run behind because, as with people hospitals, EMERGENCIES happen and cannot be predicted. Would you want to wait if your animal had a catastrophic injury while some cat got it's annual shot? These guys triage exceptionally well. I'm an old woman who's traveled the nation, using many veterinarians: these guys are at the top.

New people running it are a joke. Very money hungry. Be prepared when taking your pets there that they now charge a “$38.00 office visit” and even charge $15.00 recheck fees even if the vet suggests that you come back. Not even throwing in the fact that everytime I take my dogs there the ladies at the front desk never know what I’m there for even after setting up an appointment there.

This is the best vet we've ever had. Excellent care for all animals, not just cats and dogs. They know how to take good care of their furry patients.

Absolutely loved all the staff! My cat was sick but the vet in Leitchfield could not give us an appointment. I called Roe-Burke and they got us in almost immediately. 4 days later when my poor cat didn't seem to be responding to the antibiotics we rushed him back and they got us in right away. They changed his antibiotics and added Lasix (he had pneumonia) If I had had to wait days or even several hours to be seen at Leitchfield veterinarian I have no doubt my cat wouldn't have survived. The staff was very caring and friendly and I will not take any of my animals anywhere else but here from now on.

Got charged extra for a service I explicitly said i did not want. Other then that it was good.

Ladies out front are fantastic. Both Dr's r experienced. But one dr is definitely more skilled than the other.

We had a mare that had been thru 3 vet's, and they said put her down, but dr Obrien came out gave her meds, and left some for me to administer, and we we're able to ride her again last Saturday ????
