Dr Patti Klein is down to earth,practical,more affordable, clean,gets right down to the problem! Wonderful staff, easy location. Excellent care for your fur babies! She doesn't try to nickel and dime you. I won't go anywhere else.

I have to write this because it's been weighing on my heart for the past few days since my dog was put down. I chose to have in home euthanasia vs taking our dog to the vet because I thought it would be more special. I am very saddened how quickly everything was done . My dog loves people and was excited to see the vet walk through the door. We were quickly rushed to his bed and just as quickly the sedation shot was given. I was told 5 to 10 minutes for the sedation to take effect but within a few minutes she was ready to give the euthanasia shot. I was not asked if I was ready. She told me well most people just want to get it over with. This dog meant the world to me and I know our regular vet would have asked when we were ready for the final shot after getting a chance to say goodbye. I felt rushed during what was a very very difficult goodbye to my best friend and it's been tearing me apart. It felt like a business transaction with no compassion for how difficult this experience was for me. I am heartbroken and still trying to understand the rush through the process.

Recon was only 8, but cancer didn't discriminate. It was a quick decline and we knew there was no quality of life when everyday functions became unbearable and challenging. Dr. Patti & Zuck were spectacular. They showed compassion and offered the comfort of our home during his last breaths. Everything was explained and when it was administered, we were given privacy to say goodbye. It was peaceful. The cremation was handled respectfully and prompt, and his box is absolutely beautiful. Considering the circumstances, it was a positive experience, one we actually treasure.

Above and beyond happy with these caring professionals. They made the hardest decision of our lives alot easier and comforting. We had our beloved Sleven cremated and returned in the most thoughtful container with her name engraved. It was so much more than what we were expecting. Thank you again

Dr. Patty has always been a great vet. I called thinking no one could see my dog same day with a punctured leg. She came to my house that afternoon and took the most best care of him.! Their team is wonderful! I will never go or call anyone else! Totally reliable and great prices for their services!
