The staff here is always super friendly and accommodating. They are compassionate and explain things very clearly in regards to things for your pet. I would absolutely trust them with my pets needs and care.

Never have been to palatine animal hospital i called there wanting to take my cat there because he got hurt and the woman I talked to said they are booked way in advance and couldn't help me at all so don't consider calling there if your cat needs help, BTW woman I spoke with was very uncommpassionate and very unfriendly!!!! I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I had to or it wouldn't post

Kind and empathetic, professional yet personable. Sets a high standard for animal hospitals!

They were able to see us right away after our cat jumped up on to the stove top and burned her paws. Everyone was very friendly and our cat was the calmest we've ever seen her at a vet. Even did a quick check on her after asking if anything else has been bugging her lately.

I've lowered my rating after reflection. (May 2021). Were very rushed (almost to the point of rudeness) for care for my 2 cats. No follow up on the 2 cats' care or (expensive) medications. From ratings they seem to be more comfortable more with canines than felines. I'd recommend a different vet if you are seeking care for your cats.

My 10month old kitten has a UTI. The staff where very calm in answering my questions and I felt took spectacular care of my fur baby. As a new resident to palatine I’m thankful they’re so close to my home.

Great place! Compassionate staff. They helped me get through the loss of my dog. Highly recommend this place to pet lovers of all dogs and cats.

Dr. Luttrell and the entire staff are exceptional, I've referred all my friends and family.

We love and trust this place, they have always taken excellent care of our animals. We moved a bit farther away but they are definitely worth the drive!

First time puppy dad here. I asked a LOT of questions, probably an annoying number of them, and was met with detailed, thorough answers to all of them. Service was excellent, staff/doc were both helpful and friendly. Doctor was open and honest about what to do when, what is optional and what is necessary and I will be returning every few weeks for vaccines and check-ups!

What an amazing group! I called after hours and they were able to make sure my cat would be taken care of first thing in the morning! Thanx to them my mellow is happy and healthy

First visit there to treat our cat. Everyone there including the vet were very friendly, prompt and thorough. Reasonable price, too, compared to our primary vet.

Palatine Animal Hospital has taken great care of my dogs for the last 16 years! Both the doctors and the staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable- what more can you ask?! They adapted nicely to the COVID crisis, putting a smooth process into place. Highly recommended!

April 29, 2020 I came to pick Mometamax for my cat to realize that I already have something very similar at home. It was prescribed earlier, in December of 2019. I purchased generic Mometavet medicine online ( at WalmartPetRx.com) for only $13. Palatine Animal Hospital charged me $49.73!!! What a rip-off. Like any other hospital they think about making profit not about the well-being of our pets. The sicker our pets are the better for them.

We have been going to Palatine Animal Hospital for almost 30 years. The doctors and staff are talented and caring. If they cannot provide the needed service they are quick to refer you to a more qualified expert. We recommend them to all of our friends and family.

The Doc was great, the people are friendly and professional. Took good care of my "White Socks". And took great care of my newest outdoor to indoor conversion, Creamsicle!

I have moved a lot in the last 10 years with my partner in crime, Jazzy. She's an 11 year old pitmix. She has had a few different vets over the year. This hospital is close to my home and they are always quick to answer the phone and questions I may have. After our visits they will even call and follow up to see how the pet is doing <3

My kittie cat Pepper was treated so nicely and to my surprise didn’t make a fuzz. The reception, vet tech and vet were so welcoming. Thank you, I work in customer service and it is a relief being around people that take their profession seriously. ????⭐️

I have taken all of my dogs to the doctors here for 20 years. All of the docs are professional, caring , and excellent at treating pets. My husky had a much longer life because of surgery Dr. Riordan did. I had an opportunity to bring my grand cat Salem to them yesterday. He was running a fever, not eating or drinking. I'm seeing a significant turnaround today thank goodness. Palatine Animal Hospital is the best.

Love the care my pet received there. Very knowledgeable comforting when it comes to complicated cases. Got an excellent referral to treat my pooch further.

Great Vet. Easy and quick.

Tried to make an appointment for our cat who’s having breathing/ asthma type problems. The woman who answered the phone sounded as if she couldn’t be bothered. She offered that two of the doctors were on vacation and getting an appointment would be difficult. In the middle of the conversation she said she was going to help someone else and would call me back to make an appointment. She never called back. Wow.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND LOVE THEM ALL THERE!!!

My heart are broken, today my sweet kitty is dead , the doctor said she stop to breathing in the surgery (neuter) all the staff are good with my feelings , R.I.P my little sweetheart JOY ????

We've been going to Palatine Animal Hospital for over 20 years. All the staff are helpful and friendly. At all times the veterinarians are professional, concerned and compassionate with our cats. They keep us informed as to test results and communicate well as to upcoming examinations. They work hard to ensure our pets are at an optimal level of health. We highly recommend them as a patient-focused organization.
