My cat Benny has stayed here several times while I travel. He has a spacious condo with a window view. You can add play times as well. He comes home relaxed and happy.

Mr. Carlos is a regular at pet suites. He LOVES going to play and the staff are so sweet to us every time we drop him off for day play. :)

(MY DOG IS THE SECOND PICTURE, THAT IS AFTER WE BROUGHT HIM HOME AFTER HIS SURGERY) I’m glad we resolved the issue but we are so very lucky my poor boy didn’t die. Lots of tears were involved.

I left my two pups and cat at Pet Suites and they adjusted very well. They were at Pet Suites for 10 days, so I would recommend Pet Suites highly. The staff is friendly and professional and I will use them again when I go on vacation.

I was blown away with our first experience at Pet Suites. We attempted to book on short notice over a major holiday I fully expected higher boarding rates if not a note that they were at capacity. Nope. Same price, and they were able to accommodate our request. I was also pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and engaged staff when I dropped our puppers off! They were absolutely delightful to work with, making calls to our vet (who forgot to note the Bordatella vaccination), offering group play while she stayed, and even offering some homemade treats while we sorted it all out. Finally, and more important than *my* impression, was the behavior of our beloved family pet upon pickup. I’ve had dogs my whole life, and the condition of our dogs upon pickups from boarding have ranged from hotspots to fleas to genuinely depressed. This was one of the few pickups where my dog was in exactly the same condition (physically and emotionally) at pickup as she was at drop off. We had received pictures of her at play while we were away, and she let us know she’d been well cared for. I would definitely recommend!

Pet Suites has been fantastic for our pup Bagel! They were great to work with when my inlaws brought him in for daycare while my husband and I were out of town, getting them all set up to drop him off and pick him up. I brought Bagel back for another visit and got a tour of the facility, and it's very obvious how much they care for the dogs. The happiness (and exhaustion) when Bagel gets home from his day visits is great. Pet Suites gives our pup a chance to socialize and burn off some much needed energy.

Very misleading over the phone. I wish I had gone there and checked out the facility before reserving a 10 day stay for my 17 year old cat. They told me about a single "room" she would stay in. I also let them know she had physical limitations. Turned out it was a 2 level cage about 2.5 feet by 2.5 feet each level with the litter box on the lower level. My cat due to her physical limitations would have been stuck on the lower level squeezed next to a litter box for 10 days. I left with my cat and called my neighbor to care for her instead.

I was really worried about my pups never being boarded before but we had to for six days. I was so nervous that I actually called to check on them. I was so pleased at what the girl on the phone told me. She described there personalities to a tea specially with our golden and loving her extra belly rubs ???? Everything went well and I am so pleased that I was thinking about trying the day boarding.

I have been bringing my dog to doggie daycare to Petsuities every week once Fydoland closed in Huntley. I wrote an email to the Manager of Petsuites right after they had their recent dog mauling incident. I never got a reply. I brought my dog to daycare there this morning and the new Manager, Michele assured me my dog would be safe. I watched while my dog was put in with the other large dogs, maybe 25 dogs, and the 1 employee that was in there cleaning up the urine and other messes from all the dogs, it had to be hard to watch for the dog safety. The Corporate Manager, Tamara called me at noon to address my email & concerns. At 1 pm Tamara called me and said that my dog & another dog were playing real nice and all of a sudden simultaneously they both started fighting. Neither dog had any wounds and both were sent to the kennel cages. Tamara also told me to stop dogs fighting they get behind the dogs and lift their rear legs up. There have been other incidents. I told Tamara I would be right up to pick up my dog and I would like to talk with her. I left right away got up to PetSuites and was told that Tamara and Michelle just stepped out. The employee Katie sent them texts and called the Managers they didn't respond to the texts or phone calls. NOW THAT REALLY STINKS WHEN YOU TELL A CORPORATE MANAGER YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY THERE AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH HER AND SHE LEAVES! When I brought my dog to Fydoland in Huntley and the off the leash dog park in Lake of the hills, never an incident.

Our four dogs recently stayed at this location. During their stay, we would call to check on the dogs, and about 8 times no one answered the phone. We brought them home and two of the dogs smell like urine, another dog has feces crusted on her hind paws, and the last dog came home with a bleeding paw. Now, on top of the over $1,000 we paid to board our dogs here, we have to take one dog to the vet, and all of them to the groomer. There is obviously a lack of attention and care at this location that’s been going on for some time based on the comments on their Facebook page. Do not board your dogs here.

I have been taking my puppy here for a few months and she loves it! The puppy preschool is a great & fun option that is reasonably priced and lets the puppies get all their energy out. The staff is all very nice & took time to remember who my puppy is. I feel safe knowing she is in good hands. Thanks Petsuites :)

They left a dog to die! And you haven’t come out with any apology or explanation as to why he was cleaned up and then put back in his suite left to die!? How could you live with yourself????

I love taking my dogs here. The staff is always so happy to see them. The staff takes the time to listen when you first take your dog for their temperament test for what your dog needs. The staff really learned my dogs personalities and have even gotten my one dog to not even care if my other dog is in the room. I am so grateful for the staff for helping get her to that point. This is the first place I have taken them where both of my dogs can't wait to go to. She just loves it there as does my other dog. I work at the hospital on different shifts and I love that they are open 630-8p it really allows me to have them there while I'm at work and they get so much socialization with people and dogs. The staff is easy to get a hold of. Since I normally have my dogs there while I'm at work I can text them and someone will answer usually me pretty quickly. They will also contact if something is going with your animal. They also typically have some cute events for the dogs or some type of specials. They also post pictures or videos sometimes on Facebook so you can see what going on and how the dogs are doing.

I spent a lot of money here for a house hunting trip out of state. I boarded my 2 dogs for 2 weeks. One was rushed to emergency room because of bloody diarrhea almost 2 weeks in. Cause unknown. I paid $500 for dog training and neither can sit or stay on command. I desperately needed to board one last day for emergency purposes due to move out of state and they wouldn’t board them privately because they haven’t had the dog influenza shot. So convenient when they want the $2,500 for boarding but don’t care when you really need them for $47. Influenza was waived for 30 days for boarding but wouldn’t for one day. Go figure. Also, check your pet after pickup! My two have gone straight to the water bowl and food after all day being there even though I left food with them and was given the food back at end of day. Do your investigation before you trust them. Poor customer service. Very poor.

Dog barking. All. Day. Long. I live a couple of blocks away and the constant dog barking is literally driving me insane. It never stops. I’d never use their service. Seems the dogs bark all day. From what I can hear. It’s early Sunday morning and I can’t even hear myself think with my cup of coffee. I’ve simply had enough.

I thought puppy daycare was silly until I got a high energy dog breed in a town home. We try to walk him but my spouse and I both work a lot of hours! So we did tour, got a full plan for how our dog would be handled and it has been so positive! My dog has been doing so great since going! ❤️ He gets his energy out and gets to socialize. It is wonderful. ???? worth it

My dog comes home, after daycare, completely exhausted which is the hope. I would say they do a nice job. The only weird thing is that the dogs have to be vaccinated for the flu, but I suppose it makes sense due to the number of dogs they have each day.

I absolutely love working here... I feel like I’m part of a team and I’m not afraid to go to my managers. My GM is an amazing leader and I’m proud to be part of her team
