We take all of pets here. They treat you like family. We've had our pets start off here and eventually cross the rainbow bridge here, and the staff was genuinely great. They truly care. We've been coming here for years and wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else!

From the minute you call for an appointment until you walk out the door, you know your pet has been taken care of by a caring, friendly and professional staff.

We love all the Vets and tech an they show love to our 2 dogs.

I always saw Dr. Lindsey with my numerous Rotts and was sad when she left But...Dr. Becky is the reason I stay. Her compassion, hands on caring, patience and knowledge is amazing! The front office staff is also sweet and kind. They have always called me back ( if they are busy) and answered all my questions. My Gia loves it here!

Extremely unprofessional vet who works here runs to tik tok to make fun of and mock well-meaning pet parents. I would NEVER bring my pet here. God forbid you have an opinion that differs from hers, you’ll be shamed on her social media platform.

Love this place. Had to switch vets unexpectedly and they were so accommodating and took their time with me and my pooches. Highly recommend.

They used to be good, then sold, all new vets. Over priced and lousy. Dont do what you ask them to do. The vet techs think they know everything.

They never give you up front pricing and stick to it. Was quoted one price after describing what exactly needed to be done, when I showed up they doubled the price. I cancelled the service based on that. When I spoke with the receptionist about the difference all they said was sorry you were told that. Will never us them again.

When Doctor Lindsey worked here our service was impeccable, however lately service had fallen off. Last week We made an appointment for Thursday our pet seemed to get better overnight and we cancelled. Friday morning our pet showed signs that she was not well and we called for an appointment, we were told that they would see us at 2:30. I was there at 2:25 and waited until 4pm before I left. The manager did say that it was my fault that I sat for 1 1/2 hours waiting to see a doctor because we cancelled our Thursday appointment. Needless to say we now have another Veterinary hospital that has come highly recommended. No matter what the explanation 1 1/2 hour wait is just absurd

They are always nice to me an my boys

I was able to get my cat in the same day I called. He had a upper respiratory infection ???? and came home with antibiotics. Dr. Cruz is wonderful. She called the next day for a progress report and any questions we might have. With the blood work she did she found lowered kidney function so we now have a special diet. I would and will recommend this hospital.

I loved Doctor Jo. Wasn't happy when I had to get every vaccine under the sun to have a cyst removed from my dog. Not to mention she was sick for a week after. And I took her back for tests. Alot of $ later the diagnosis was she's fine. Perfectly healthy dog before.

I have been to this place several times and recommended this place to several people. I recently went and had an appointment with Anamaria Cruz. It was absolutely terrible! After speaking with a friendly manager I was refunded for the visit.

Officer Manager Brian is very responsive and concerned. I had a highly unfortunate incidence with their reproductive doctors collecting a male for shipping to me, amid this corona pandemic and also weather issues. The first sample arrived late but would have still be ok to use for breeding, but the male's sperm count was so significantly low for a successful breeding that my vet advised against using it. Brain explained his doctors also expressed their concern to the male owner and for him to discuss with me and the doctors advised against shipping to me. The male owner never spoke to me and just told them to ship it! A second collection on the male was done, the owner again did not tell me of the poor quality. The hospital was unfortunately not allowed to discuss with me per privacy policy, which I understand. I'd have never allowed the second collection had I known and of course I was the client too. When the first sample arrived, my vet and I were shocked and the scramble was on to find a second stud, to which I had to travel to, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Brian and the hospital were diligent in helping with a solution to keep this from happening in the future and also offered a remedy to me for my situation. I am so appreciative of their professionalism and their patience dealing with a very, very stressed out female owner, me! Thank you again Brian and staff!

Excellant service and very concern about the animals

We have been going to AHOW for 6 years. They've assisted us with a rainbow passing at our home among many other services. They have always responded with compassion no matter which doctor we have had working with us. The front desk is professional and kind each time I talk to them. I can tell this is a business with owners that appreciate their staff. While we appreciate each and every person that works there I have to mention Tech Casey----after decades of going to vets and groomers I can say she is hands down one of the best vet techs I have ever met. She was incredible with helping us pass our beloved Nevaeh on and she's has been so helpful working with our Honey that has struggled with anxiety around people from abuse at a young age. It's hard to find people you can trust with your fur babies--especially when you're sending them inside the building without you right now. They are worth every dollar we spend there. And thankfully they have been excellent at working with us to keep the bill budget friendly--it is reassuring to us that they take the effort to stay accredited also. I know what a business goes through to get checked out and appreciate that I can rely on them to be doing the right thing and to be on top of current topics/information. I can't praise this business enough! Thank you AHOW for knowing what the people need and delivering it efficiently and consistently!
