I had made an appointment for my cat to get his rabies vaccine there a week prior. The adoption center where I got him said it would be free and I didn't really think much of it. His appointment was at 4:30 and we got there a little earlier and nobody was there so we just assumed they opened at 4:30.I called a bunch of times and got no answer as well. Other clients were also waiting outside too. We left for about 10 minutes and came back to it finally being open so I took him in and waited an hour just so she could give him his shot. She was seeing each animal without washing her hands or atleast wearing gloves from what I saw and me and 3 other clients saw a mouse run around and she already knew about it! Never gave me paperwork or anything to prove my cat got his rabies vaccine as well.

Had a scare with my Golden retriever Nina and Dr. Rykoff took one look at her and immediately knew what to do. I went in the office thinking this was it for my 14-year-old golden retriever and she is now recovering and doing much better. Dr. Rykoff is amazing and so affordable s

I had a great experience here ! My pup was thoroughly evaluated and given the proper treatment ! I am also on a fixed income and the prices are affordable which I do appreciate . I recently also adopted a dog from Dr.Rykoff from her non profit animal rescue ! She had cats and dogs for adoption on pet finder . Fur keeps is the name ! Best pup ever !!!

The office was filthy and an unbearable smell. The Dr cleaned out the cat cages and litter boxes herself and then gave my dog a shot without visibly washing her hands. No assistant so she had me hold my puppy to give her the anesthesia shot without warning and had me hold her until she fell asleep. It was traumatizing. She then put her on the surgery table and left the room. It was the worst unprofessional experience I've ever had. No office phone number, no paperwork was given to me, no meds or pain killer. The vet did one spay/neuter after another. She was not friendly and did not even look at my puppy to make sure she was ok before performing surgery. Do not go there.

I have had over the years 13 feral cats spaded very happy with the service that was performed.

A simple neuter procedure landed my pooch in the ER a few days later. He would not stop bleeding from the incision and the swelling was enormous. The office was a mess and smelled of ammonia from the 8-9 cars they are rescuing. Dried blood on the procedure table and they sedated him in the waiting room. He drooled and spaced out all over the dirty linoleum floor. Came back and he was left crawling on the waiting room with his back legs under him half under sedation. No meds for home and o follow up procedures until I asked her directly. Unprofessional, dirty office, and an ER bill over $1000 for multiple blood clots and vessels left bleeding inside him. Do not use this vet! I cannot stress this enough.

We love Dr Rykoff, she has always been spot on with her dx of our dogs conditions. We were blessed to have a neighbor introduce her to us!

No one wears masks and our kitten was returned covered in blood. The place opened late with several customers and pets waiting outside and no apology

I needed to find a vet to see my dog right away - My previous vet told me to find someone else, they were too busy. I called up and they took me in right away. I was very impressed with the vet, very down to earth and you could tell she cared about our dog. I would defiantly recommend her to others.

Cramped, disorganized and not the cleanest, very busy

I wish I could say received service here, but after 2 weeks of leaving messages with no call back I guess they're out of business or don't want customers.

Dr.Rykoff was amazing. She listens to your concerns, is hands on, and is quick to help your pet! I used to take my cat to Banfield but I wasn’t pleased with their service on my cat, they tried to convince me her molars needed to be pulled out immediately because they were infected and she is an older cat, charging me $500. It seemed very fishy, and I didn’t have that kind of money at that time. I went to Dr. Rykoff and she took one look said it wasn't necessary. Gave me a treatment for my cats mouth and she's been doing great! I'm glad I was referred to this place. Will never go anywhere else! Recommend it 100%

Truly Unbelievable! We read the reviews and were extremely excited to bring our dog. That feeling is gone and we are left wondering why us? Others seem to have had a positive experience. The doctor is friendly and personable in person. The receptionist was nice and making an appointment was easy. That’s where the positives end. The doctor said our dog had a mass on his shoulder. When we went to checkout we were surprised to be charged $120 for a biopsy because it wasn’t mentioned until checkout. We realized this is probably best and so we paid it. Over the next week we waiting for the results hoping to hear it was nothing to be concerned about. The call never came so we called. No answer, so we left a message. A few days later we decided to call again, and again, we left a message. A few days later after still not receiving a callback, I called and left a fairly upset message. Today I received a callback. This was the call I received after waiting two weeks for biopsy results on my dog. “Does your dog seem ok? If so, he’s probably fine. If not, bring him back in to have it removed. The results are inconclusive.” This was the doctors assistant. She didn’t know anything else and the doctor was not available to speak to me. I think this is unprofessional to a level that is hard to believe!

I brought my cat here because my cat was not eating and not drinking water and he was also vomiting so we thought he had eaten something bad so we took him to the this vet and they did test on him we waiting for about a week and they called us to tell us he had not eaten poison or anything toxic and that he just has health issues so my mom called them no answer we didint know what to do the next day he passed away...I was so devistated that I couldn’t do anything to help him because I didint know what exactly was wrong so we ask them to cremate and they said it would take a week or two for them to be able to because of COVID we understood and we waited and waited and called them when it was time no response we went to clinic they weren’t there and so we got a hold of the cremating place and we asked about our cat and they didint know about any cat of mine and said they would look a month later we get a call saying we have you’re cat and so my mom and sister go and get him but right before they left they told my mother that there is a charge of 150 and because of COVID we have been tight on money so they take my cat out of my sisters arms sadly but my experience with this place was awful and never again will I come here with any animal

By far the best vet out there. She is caring and compassionate. I wouldn't take my furry babies anywhere else. Price was reasonable. I do recommend her.
