So kind and understanding. Very affordable. They even were kind enough to drop off my 22 year old cats remains to my home in Lockport. I also received a letter from The University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign that the St.Francis Pet Crematotium made a donation to their Veterinary program in my beloved cars name. We cried when we read the letter.

Chris at St Francis took really great care of me when I brought my dog to him to get cremated. Chris is very professional/caring and understood the situation I was in after losing my companion that I loved more than life itself.

I was so grateful to be able to hold and cuddle my little girl. She had a calm and peaceful passing in my arms. Thank you.

I lost my dog today. She died in my kitchen laying on the floor. It was late in the afternoon . She was a big dog so I could not pick her up to take her to the Vet to be cremated. The 2 men who came to pick her up were very respectful and were on time when they said they were going to come and get her. They were very respectful taking her out to the Van. This is the 2nd time I have used St Francis first time was thru a Vet.

Recommend this place 100%. Very professional. I had my childhood pet cremated here and absolutely loved the packaging. It had “in loving memory of ‘Chula” and had more things inside the box.

We struggled to let our baby go today but, we knew we had to because living in pain isn't living at all. Our puppy [14] had cancer this all began as as fatty tumor on his side which is normal but, years later he developed cancer which spread extremely fast and once we'd noticed his suffering and pain was getting worse we had no choice but, to hand him over to God and let him rest in his hands pain free. He was trying so hard to hold on and hide the pain but, his eyes were screaming he was in pain he was vomiting and he was declining more in health so we made a difficult call and this is the second time we've had to reach out to St. Francis and I can't stress enoug how caring these saints truly are. This is a safe haven for people who care so deeply for their pets I feel like this is the way I'd want to be treated. The are sweet and caring understanding of the difficulty this was. I finally feel like our family member is at Peace here went home to be with his brother. We are lucky enough to have so much room in our hearts for our rescues. And even more so knowing that other people treat ours as if they lost their own. Thank you all for everything.

I took our stray mommy kitty to him in 2017 and they were so kind. And now I'm taking my beloved snowball to them. Such a peaceful place and feeling knowing they care.

This place is amazing. Chris, the person I dealt with made a painful occasion quite painless. I was not expecting the kind of service we received. This is THE place to bring your pet once the sun has set on their life. Recommending this place to all of my friends who have pets.

Staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. Having a space to celebrate the life of my pet before cremation helped immensely. So glad I found them.

We just received the remains of our sweet Princess this afternoon. This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family, and the care and compassion shown by St. Francis has been a God-send. I was home alone in the middle of the night when Princess passed away. I had no idea what to do, so Googled "What to do when your pet dies at home." Through my heartbreak and tears, I found my way to the St. Francis site. I called them, and they sent a driver to come to my home to pick up Princess. He was incredibly patient and waited for my daughter to arrive to say her final goodbyes. He handled her little body as if she was still with us, wrapping her in her pink blanket to carry her out. Later, my husband called asking for a lock of her hair, which they kindly obliged. Her remains now sit in my home office where she spent most of her days, curled up next to me while I worked. Although this was an excruciatingly painful and difficult process, finding St. Francis proved to be a true shelter in the storm for us. Please keep doing what you're doing. We will be eternally grateful for you being there when I needed you so much.

I've used St. Francis twice. They are very caring, compassionate people. Treated my pets gently, with respect, and were sympathetic to my grief.

The people who run St. Francis are loving, respectful, and professional in every way. No one there will rush you or try to sell you more than you want. Christopher handled my dog like he was one of his own. At during a very sad time, they made letting our dog go a lot easier.

They rendered invaluable help. When my beloved cat died, I was very worried, but the staff of this institution not only buried the animal with dignity, but also supported me. Thank you.

I've used this place twice for 2 cats of mine that passed away & they are a very caring, clean & well-organized business. The prices are also very affordable. I will always use them as long as I'm in the area.

St. Francis Group has been around for a very, very long time. All of my pets that I've loved over the past 30 years have been cremated at St. Francis. Everyone there is very compassionate, caring and accommodating. Their facility has a calming atmosphere and is well maintained. I was deeply moved by the generous donation from St. Francis Group, in memory of my recently deceased pet, to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in Urbana. Donations are used to benefit future generations of pets through programs designed to contribute to health advances for companion animals. How kind to receive that notice from the College. The timing couldn't have been any better. To everyone at the St. Francis Group, thank you for your love and wishing you many blessings.

I've sent two of my beloved pets too St. Francis, one just this week. I received nothing but the professional, courteous service you would expect. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I wish some crematoriums for people were as professional. I speak from experience.

I would suggest this company to any one who loves there pets. I went to my local vet and they gave me the brochure. I thought that it would cost so much more to have my cat cremated. The price alone was amazing and the dedicated service that you get was much much more. I was deeply saddened by the loss of my Cat but when i got her urn and the box that they sent it in had such care in the way it was packaged you could tell they that it took time. Then the card in the mail a few days latter with sympathy and such a wonderful thought. Also the donation to the animal memorial fund that they make in your pets honor. I would suggest this company to anyone who love there pets i was more than satisfied and if i have to in the future would drive across country to use them again.
