I've been bring my dog to LM Wilmette since 2012. I've dealt with their poor customer service but ever since they started to expand, their customer service has gotten worst. I've left messages for them, come to see them to ask for a return phone call, etc. and I get NO return phone calls. Customer Service is everything in a service business.

This place has everything you need to wash and dry your dog!... No bells and whistles get in and get out with the job done. Prices are great especially if you use Groupon... Staff if friendly and helpful

While not the most frequent customer, we've been bringing our dog to the LaundryMutt for close to 2-years. We had a bad experience with his cut approximately 2 years ago. Gave benefit of doubt, talked to the front desk and they made note for future reference. Next cut (or two) were fine, we always confirmed instructions and special notes with drop off. Today, another bad experience identical to first and special instructions were confirmed and noted on drop-off. Even if they ran into special circumstances, would have expected courtesy call before proceeding and/or an acknowledgment on pick-up. Received neither, they offered 20% off next cut after receiving my irate callback. Unfortunately, it's not about the money, they've lost my trust as a customer. We will now find a new groomer. Cannot recommend in good faith. Update: We received a very apologetic call from the owner who made a sincere effort to address our grievance. We empathize with independent business owners who genuinely want to provide a top notch customer experience. The follow-up effort is enough to give me pause and reconsider finding another groomer.

This is the worst grooming job my dog ever got. I requested a specific blade and the owner substituted, claiming it would be smoother. It isn't smoother, it's too short and the nap is making my dog scratch relentlessly. And her butt is pretty much bald, they must have started with a different blade and realized their mistake. And they left her head untrimmed.

Professional and always happy to see my dog! Prices are very fair and I can tell they go the extra mile when they groom my portugese water dog. I highly recommend!

The very best groomer on the North Shore - friendly and professional, Melissa, Russ and staff take great care of the dogs they are grooming - and all in a wonderful cage free environment!

The staff at the laundry mutt are very professional, courteous, and truly care about dogs. Melissa has done an excellent job of grooming Bailey, and making her look like a show dog (which she is, of course). I highly recommend their services.
