Kriser's Natural Pet Wilmette, Illinois

My dog refused to enter the shop of our groomer of 8 months. He seemed frightened. I decided to find a new groomer. My friend recommended James at Kriser’s Wilmette. I think my dog has a new best friend. He was very happy when I picked him up. My dog and I have been very happy with grooming for close to two years. I will be bringing my new dog there soon.

This is the first ever grooming that I truly had a positive experience with. James was super friendly to me and my dog. He really listened to what I wanted and even suggested me to let him know if I find anything he missed. I’ve been looking for so long to find a place I can comfortably bring my dog to…I think I’ve found it! Thank you James!

I have been having my dog groomed at Kaiser’s for the last two years James has been the groomer who grooms Payton and does a wonderful job Payton had to have surgery do to cancer and James was so caring and still I can’t say enough good things about James

I rarely write reviews. I don’t have the time or enjoy the process. However, when you find a service so outstanding like what Jessie does… you just have to do it.We own a Lhasa Apso with super thick and dense hair. I believe he’s the hardest dog to groom. Jessie rocks it! She is perfect. Very skilled, highly professional accommodating and patient. I am forever grateful!

I was SO grateful that Kriser's could squeeze in my dog for an emergency grooming visit after she was very, VERY in need of a bath! I had never been a customer of theirs before, but they treated me like I had been for years! It was pretty expensive, but they were so sweet and I, again, was/am so thankful they took my dog in! I highly recommend!

I have been looking for the right groomer for my shih tzu for many months. I found the best one in the Wilmette area. Krisers in Edens Plaza, groomers name is James. I had taken my pup to 2 other groomers and it just wasn't what i was looking for. My dog is everything to me and only the best will do for her. Krisers is amazing for so many reasons. Great cut and EXACTLY what I wanted Every employee was impressive You get to choose what you want, no packages that include things your dog doesnt need and costs you dont want. And the cost for their grooming is so reasonable, really.

Great service! Jessie, the groomer, and her colleague handled my cats with care and compassion. I'll definitely be going back for future nail trims.

Excellent customer service and awesome store. Super clean and organized. This is the best Krisers location. Today, Tad helped me choose a food for my dog who has a lot of allergies. He’s patient and kind and was very helpful. Def shop at this Krisers. Thank you Tad!!

They are always so accommodating and willing to help. If there is a special order that is needed, they will try their best to get it for you.

Our 3 70lb rescues are regulars for grooming at Krisers in Wilmette. The people are wonderful and welcoming. James our groomer is very nice and our dogs calm down when they see him. He always greets them and does a great job.

Jessie has been grooming our dogs for years. We followed her here from another grooming business in Chicago. Although it is a bit of a drive to get to Kriser's it is worth it for Jessie. She has extensive knowledge on how to properly groom double coated dogs like my Samoyed Chrissy. Grooming Chrissy is a long process. Jessie is professional, personable and exacting. My dog loves going to Jessie and she always looks great after her grooming session.

It was a wonderful experience taking my kitten to get his nails clipped for the first time at Kriser's. My kitten was calm and peaceful as it was done, thanks to the fantastic demeanor of the whole staff. I highly recommend this location for the great team, product and services!

Truly enjoyed shopping at this store. Team wilmette was helpful in explaining the grooming special and also choosing treats for our 2 boys. We grateful of their assistance in the treat selection and understanding of how their grooming works.

Kriser’s Natural Pet in Wilmette is the best. They have the most caring and efficient staff. During this Covid-19 shutdown they have gone out of their way to help me get everything I need for my dog and at the same time make sure that all transactions observed social distancing. I’m going to miss their curb side pickup when we get back to normal.

Love this place! James is an absolutely amazing groomer. He is always kind, courteous, and does an excellent job! He handles my poochon amazingly with such care and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommended Kriser’s and more specifically, James to anyone who wanted to have the peace of mind to know your dog is with someone who truly cares and feels for the animals their in contact with everyday and most amazingly — a beautiful groom!

We love Kriser's Wilmette! It is always a great experience and they have everything we need for our dog. Special shout out to Jessie and Tad who do such an amazing job, and who are always as pleasant and helpful as can be!

The whole staff is very friendly and professional! Made an appointment a couple weeks ago, they followed up with a reminder the day before. They did a PHENOMENAL job grooming my husky. Cassie was the groomer and I couldn’t thank her enough! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Will continue to go back

Great people and great customer service

Lovely groomer (Jessica) took excellent care of my nervous greyhound who has a disease in his nail beds and sensitive feet. All the groomers there have been wonderful w my special needs dog.

Very warm people, it's a nice store in the back of Edens Plaza that has grooming as well. Staff are friendly and knowledgable.

Anna was knowledgable about all things food and otherwise...refreshing. She was honest and transparent about the strengths of certain foods/snacks...respecting the bio individuality of dogs too:)

I go here for grooming and Mini looks so good and always smells AMAZING. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
