Waggles is a clean and dog-friendly resort with very kind staff members. We have no doubt our pup, Penny, loved her stay there. Looking forward using their services again!

My puppy Enzo and I have had the best experiences using Waggles since they opened. They take great care of Enzo and he is always super sad to come home. It is very clear that they take a lot of pride in what they do, and the facility is extremely nice and clean. Despite living in the city and all of the dog boarding options there, we choose to drive out to Waggles every time we go away, because we know we will be able to enjoy our trips knowing Enzo is safe and happy. Ross, Carrie and team are amazing. We have a 2 year old German Shepherd who had some anxiety early on in puppy hood (he was a pandemic puppy) and the Waggles team helped a ton during doggy daycare. The chauffeur service is AMAZING, and reasonably priced. The team is SO flexible, cares about doggies a ton and provides unbelievable Customer service to provide the best experience for dogs and their owners. This business cares a lot and doesn’t take dogs or their owners for granted. Highly recommend! Thanks for taking care of Sully!!!!!

Waggles does a phenomenal job of making my dog feel at home. He gets plenty of play time and is cared for and loved as if he was one of the employees dogs. I would recommend Waggles to anyone who needs boarding or play services for their dog.

I cant express enough how much my dog and I love this place! Clean environment, amazing staff and you can feel how every single person there loves your pet. We love boarding our dog at Waggles. The facility is so clean and there’s so much for the dogs to do there. The sleeping area is also really nice. The staff couldn’t be nicer and we love their pick up and drop off service. Highly recommend!

Bruce and the rest of the crew are great to work with. My dog loves going there. They all loves dogs and they take care of each dog like it’s their own. Love waggles !

This was our first time boarding our COVID puppy so had a lot of anxiety about doing so. Ross and the Waggles staff were extremely comforting, competent, and professional. Our puppy seemed to love his time at Waggles and we will definitely bring him back the next time we need to board him!

Waggles took wonderful care of my two dogs while I was away for the week. My dogs came home happy and playful so I know they had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

I was in a panic because the sitters we usually have couldn’t watch my fur baby, Penny. Penny loves other humans but is not sure about other dogs. After doing lots of research, I came across Waggles! So happy I did! They are super clean and very devoted to their doggies that come in. Penny got her own suite 304540 playtime one on one with a human. When I picked her up, she was following the workers and didn’t even notice I was there. I could tell she was happy and well taken care of. I will definitely take her back and definitely recommend them. Plus they are only a few minutes away from my home!! Thanks Waggles for taking such good care of Penny! ????

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. By far the cleanest doggy daycare and boarding facility I've ever seen. Does not smell like there are 50 dogs running around every day. Which also means my dog doesn't come home smelling terrible or feeling dirty. I went to pick up my dog and she wanted to say hi to me and run right back inside, she loves it so much. She cannot wait to go back!

My 2-year old Husky would get so excited the moment we pulled up to Waggles! I always knew he was in great hands and never worried. Ross and his staff maintain such a clean, up-to-date facility and take such good care of any pet that walks in the door. I recommend Waggles to all of our friends!

Alfie had an amazing time at Waggles! Ross and his staff took excellent care of him while we were away. As it was Alfie's first time boarding, Waggles made sure to guide us through the process and gave us multiple tours of the facility and updates on Alfie. To add on, the facility was spotless! I would definitely recommend Waggles to anyone who is planning on boarding for the first time!

This is my first time boarding a dog ever. I'm a very anxious dog mom and wanted to be sure she would be in the best place. I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we got there I felt calm and at ease. The workers are SO friendly and you can tell they really love their job and the animals there. Highly recommend.

Waggles is a life saver for us…..Ziggy our 2yo chocolate Labrador is very high energy! He loves going to doggy daycare 3 days a week! Ross & his entire staff take time to work with him. He’s always tired when we pick him up and he comes home so much calmer and easier to handle too! We boarded Ziggy for 10 days last month and he loves it there so much he didn’t even care we were out of town! He was happy to see us again, but he was just as happy going back to play with his friends again! He came home smelling great as they bathed him before we picked him up! I can’t recommend Waggles enough, it’s facility is top notch and the staff is too!! Thank you!

Great for boarding, daycare or just a wash. Our dog loves this place and so do we. Well managed and caring staff. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I left my 8 month old shihtzhu for a week. While everyone is very polite there, I realized it’s an unreliable place. My dog’s anti diarrhea meds and one can of her wet food for diarrhea was missing. This was given by me, in case of she had diarrhea. However after picking her up,I wrote to the owner with whom I was in contact with via text while I was gone, if she was sick while I was away. His response was some of it was taken out of the medicine bottle and kept in the fridge. I know u guys are doing a business, but if you all just kept an open communication if she was unwell, would have been acceptable. This place is not good for smaller dogs. I am writing back after a month as I was debating whether to write this review. Dogs cannot speak and we can never understand if they are hurting. I am disappointed that You guys specialize in boarding dogs... u all should have been honest. I spoke to our vet as well and he said the story u made up, made no sense. People like us leave our pets because we are unable to keep them with a trusted person. I would say don’t do this kind of business if you cannot be honest with your clients. Sincerely a customer you lost.

My puppy was having separation issues and would cry and bark when I was out of her eye line. I don’t know how they did it but she does not have that issue when she there! When we pull in lot she begins to get so excited and practically jump out of the car. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, respective of each pet and treats your pet as if they are there own. They only hire employees with pet experience. They are very accommodating to your schedule. I will be utilizing the overnight care soon. The facility is fresh and new, kept immaculate! The entire space is beautiful and spacious. I love the have bathing on site and I am looking forward to when they begin training! I completely recommend waggles pet resort to everyone!!!!! Thank you all for your dedicated work!

The entire Waggles staff is wonderful. My dog always looks forward to her visit and comes back home ready to fall asleep. The facility is new, clean, and spacious. Would definitely recommend.
