Horrible service, no patience, they should not be in this business if they cannot be patient with a dog

I took my border collie mix in that is 11 years old for her Christmas groo.ing. because she was nervous and whining to loud on the table they refused to take her stating that she would disrupt their other dogs. She was standing there still for them but they couldn't take the nervous whining. That's what dogs do when they go to the vet and groomers. In 11 years I never had one complaint from a groomer about her whining. She is a sweet lovable dog who would never bite. This was very unprofessional of them and I advise against taking your dog there if they are the least bit nervous. Thank you for reading. Arthur Sever

This is hands down the best groomer(s) I have ever experienced! They truly take safety seriously and love the animals they groom. Every time I take my dog Lady she has such a great experience. The entire place has such a calm and sweet vibe, often there will be jazz lightly playing in the background. It honestly feels like a dog spa. Love them!!! We are so sad to move not knowing if we will ever find anyone as good as go groomers!

Took our labradoodle Toby to Go Grooming for grooming for the first time today. The facility is very clean, the owners are nice and personable, and they did a great job with the grooming. Looking forward to using their services again, and highly recommend Go Grooming to anyone looking for a dog groomer.

Visiting Go Grooming is one of Spencer's favorite visits as he is always welcomed and tried like family. My guy has quip and important that his nails done every 2 weeks. Keep up the good work and see you in 2 weeks

They did a fair job with my dog. However, the nails were not clipped/ground well, also, they did not tell me that he bleeded on hindtoe, i figured because he kept licking there and traces of blood. My neighbor is 100% satisfied though with her dog's grooming.

Taking your dog to get their nails clipped can be a grueling chore for the pup and the owner both (especially when it’s a 6 pound chihuahua in my case), but I have never found a group who does such a careful and timely job with my girl Coco, as the Go Grooming folks here in Wheeling. They ask $10 for a job most places will ask much much more for, as well, while providing loads of more attention and direct care . This is a great small business that ought to be supported if you do not personally clip your dogs nails like myself or for any grooming needs in general. Thanks your great work guys!

They are the worse grooming shop i have ever been, my dog got an infection because they cut his paw, GO somewhere else.

Took my goldendoodle puppy here and absolutely loved it! I felt comfortable leaving him and knowing he was going to get personal attention. Even though he is a spaz, they did a wonderful job cleaning him up compared to some of the big branches. The price is amazing as well!

Eugene and Dr Natasha are excellent and very friendly. They did an absolute job of grooming my Maltipoo. I used to take him to a name brand chain grooming. This place is far cleaner, friendlier, personalized, and above all, they did an excellent job. Off course I saved a whole lot too. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Good work.

I just brought my Labradoodle Lola in today to get washed and trimmed up around her eyes, paws, and sani area. They did a really good job making Lola’s hair blend together without looking choppy. They even really took their time trimming Lola’s paw pads. Her hair is very long and it grows out between each pad, so it takes some time to really trim it down short, so she can walk on hardwood floors without slipping. I’m pretty happy with how Lola’s hair turned out, and I think she’s quite happy she’s not slipping on our floors anymore. The only thing they could’ve done better is making her bangs more even, and the missed a few dreads. Also, I asked them to trim her ear hair and mustache which they didn’t. But maybe they didn’t think they could make it blend well since her hair is so long? I’m not sure, but she looks way better than when I brought her in, so all in all I like this place, and I’d take my dog here again.

Great job with our jack Russell mix. She was calm when I picked her up. It was obvious that they care about the pets they treat. VERY kind to our pit/boxer mix when we brought her in for her nails. You will be happy. Very clean.
