If you want a REAL and compassionate vet, this is the place to go! *Doctor is very experienced and instantly took care of my sick puppy* whereas my former vet didn’t know how to help. Very happy with the service here and how well my situation with my sick puppy was handled!

This place gave my cat a better life. I owe so much to them. The doctor is so caring and personable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent service. Dr. Koc puts so much work into what he does, and after being scammed and treated so poorly by other vets, it is so refreshing to have someone who truly cares about your animal. We feel like we can call him whenever and ask him a question about our pet, a medication, or advice. Thank you for caring for our dogs and cat!!!

I would leave no stars but I cant leave a review otherwise. I've called them 3 times to make sure I can come in. When I arrived the doors were closed and they did not want to help me at all. I called again on the spot and they still did not help me in anyway. All they did is look at the door and back to work like nothing happened. It really saddens me that I took my previous cat here.

Been going to Dr. Koc for about 10 years with our dog. He is a great vet who is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff is also friendly. The 6 cats that wander around the office are nice as well.

The best vet ever!!! My dog had multiple surgeries in the past and i was always trying to find a doctor i could totally trust. Finally found one and i wish i knew about that place sooner... Staff is very nice and Dr. Koc is a true, professional veterinarian who helps animals from the bottom of his heart. The best clinic ever!!!

Dr. Koc has a thing for cats. He is very friendly and professional. Always answers the phone which is particularly important when you have emergency. And no waiting lines

Dr. Kot is a very good and caring physician. Kind and knowledgeable. His office is accommodating and personnel very supportive. I like dr. Kot’s gentle nature and fact he doesn’t rush through the visit. He is also a good diagnostician and explains what is going on with your pet. Highly recommend him as a veterinarian.

I've been going to Arnett Animal Hospital for over 5 years. During my Pitty Mona's last days Dr. Koc and staff showed compassion and kindness. I now have 3 dogs who have regular visits. The office is comfortable and has an atmosphere that makes my dogs feel safe and at ease. We are always greeted with kindness. The young ladies who assist Doc Koc are very sweet and gentle with my dogs. Procedures are explained to me in a way of understanding. I have recommended this office to family and friends. My 3 Dogs are family and they have always been treated as such by Doc Koc and his assistants and I am very grateful for that! ☆☆☆☆☆

Dr. Koc has always went above and beyond for our, now, 17 year old Cocker Spaniel. Having a Senior dog takes some extra attention and care. Many times she has had different situations come up and Dr. Koc has done the absolute best in providing swift medical attention both seeing her in person or even consultations over the phone. It saddens me to see negative reviews on here going out of their way to try and defame this vet. I know several people who go here and all have experienced nothing but amazing care from Dr. Koc and his staff. Affordable, intelligent, kind, compassionate is this clinic and all of the staff.

The doctor and the staff are very caring. They love animals. They saved life to my cat. I'm so thankful to them.

We have been going to Dr. Koc since our dog was about a year old. Our dog was adopted from a shelter and became very, very sick. The first vet we took him to tired a few things and then thought that our dog needed surgery. He wasn't comfortable perfroming the procedure alone and referred us to Dr. Koc. Dr. Koc was amazing, he reviewed all of our dogs records and decided that he didn't think our dog needed surgery but did need to stay to recieve IV fluids and medication. He stayed 5 days and recovered. Our dog was so sick that we didn't think he would make it through another day. Dr. Koc provided wonderful, compassionate care. The cost of his stay was VERY reasonable. We drive an hour to get to his clinic. Whenever we have questions or concerns about our dog he has provided information by phone when he could avoiding visits if they weren't needed and has never performed uneccessary tests. He truly cares for our dog and demonstrates this every time we come in, or talk to him about our dog, and our dog loves seeing Dr. Koc!

I love all the negative comments. If you have some time, grab a tea or a coffee and read em on a stormy day. Better than King's novels...Booom, the sound of a thunder. I thought that it is just a casual thunderstorm, but then.....my pet Died! xD No, but seriously. Great vet. If you have some questions ASK HIM. He does not talk too much while examining. Price is great compared to other places. Also, I dunno where he finds the front desk girls, but they are always friendly.

Awesome place, been here my first time today and really loved the whole process. Dr. Koc took care of the issue really quick and thank you to his assistants for holding my dog!

(((Warning))) DONT bring a sick dog here PLEASE READ ALL! Vist yelp reviews do your research on this place not a real veterinarian!! We brought our dog in on Saturday it was really sick but this fake vet told us it NEEDS surgery he said he can have it scheduled for Monday By the look of his face I knew something was wrong I asked if it was a emergency he said NO! I believed this GREEDY MONSTER!!!! But it actually WAS a Emergency !!!!! my dog was given a shot and medication drops few hrs later my dog died from the reaction to the shot This could've been avoided if a REAL VETERINARIAN seen my dog that knows what he's doing would've told me to bring her to EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL ASAP!!! to save my dogs life not waiting for Monday so he can take more money from me HE DOSNT CARE But instead he wanted my money !!!! DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE This FAKE VET LOVES YOUR MONEY MORE THEN YOUR PET!!! I reason I Brought my dog there was his fake 5 star review on google I wish I've seen the yelp review of this place from Few years ago Poor family went through the same as us!

We have been taking our pets to Dr Ted for many years. We are always treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. Its obvious how much Dr Ted and his team care for animals and their owners. Thank you!

Very unprofessional, rude and inhumane! Just a scheme to make money of people who don't know about their pets! Many horror stories came out of the woodwork from friends once I told them about my experience. Stay away..

The staff is very kind and professional I went there for the fist time with my cat and they where able to help her with her eye.

If I could give zero stars for this place and vet, I would. Please do not go there. Very unprofessional, apparently good only with yearly shots and minor problems. I went there with my dog having diarrhea and vomiting, vet Tadeusz Koc diagnosed her with food allergy, gave her fluids (which lasted for not longer than 20 minutes!!!) and three different shots. After this visit she became very, very sick. When we went with her to different place- professional hospital they requested records from this vet and could't believe that he treated her this way. When I called to confront him, he told me that he can defend himself in court and he hung up on me. That only tells me that he already has a lot of experience in this matter. So please consider going to different, professional vet clinic. Avoid this place by all means!!!

Wow beware of this vet!!!!! He is a pet killer!!! A good friend of mine took their dog to this vet over the weekend. She was sick and was told needed surgery so was given a shot and medicine in “preparation for surgery on Monday”. Never have I heard of such a thing. Well within a few hours, their dog stopped breathing and passed away. They believed this vet and did what he said. When they called he hung up the phone. No remorse. The more I search this vet, I find this isn’t the first instance this happened to someone and their family.

We have been going to this vet for years now and have always had a great experience. We easily make appointments and never wait long to see the doctor, sometimes not even at all. Our dogs are cared for well and we recently started taking our cat. Our cat is very difficult at the vet and the doctor did an amazing job with him. If you can control our cat, that is saying something! Great staff and great doctor. He explains everything to us and always gives great care. Highly recommend.

Dr Koc is the nicest person ever. We have been coming here since we got our doggie 4 years ago.
