Very caring, professional, and intelligent staff. Brought in our sick cat that had an open infected wound. Both Dr. Shapiro and Natalya treated our cat with care and respect and quickly comforted her (and us as well). Dr. Shapiro is very knowledgeable and experienced. Our kitty was prescribed antibiotics and natural healing of the wound (as opposed to an invasive surgery recommended by our local animal ER). Two weeks later, kitty is almost fully recovered! If you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and honest vet clinic, this is the place to go. They value honest and practical recommendations for your pet's health over other vets that "over-diagnose" to look to charge you thousands of dollars. Thank you!

Dr. Shapiro is a miracle man! He has saved my dogs life not only once but twice! He is a well experienced professional, knows what he’s doing. Clean, respectable office I recommend everyone I can to him! Very passionate also reasonable pricing I trust only him! He would not suggest surgery unless it’s very serious and will take any tests that are necessary! FULL SERVICE! After my dog surgery he kept checking up with me day and night to see how the progress is. I can’t thank him and his assistant enough for all the loving care that has been provided! All protocols of Covid were taken seriously very clean and masks were worn! His assistant Natalya is fabulous and very kind hearted! Always so nice to see them both ❤️???? thank you for always making sure Toby is at his best!

Yesterday I went there w my cat to get him checked by a Vet, he presented to have tape worms as far as I know by the shape of the worms I saw in poop . What happened was this person without even checking my cat and perform a fecal test, took a syringe and went directly to him to give my cat a shot, I immediately stop him and asked if he was going to do fecal test first to see what kind of parasite was in order to give the correct medication but he was like decided to inject what he wanted without any certain evidence, so I proceeded to stop him, I left very upset the clinic.

They are always super friendly and so careful with my dogs. I can tell they truly care about the animal.

I live in addison which is approx 30 miles away and would not take my Milo anywhere but here. They are super nice, clean and honest. They care about you and your pet Dr. Shapiro and Natash are the BEST!!

Great place and helpful stuff

Dr. Shapiro has been a very helpful Veterinarian and consultant to two of my Australian shepherds. Reasonably priced and doesn't try to push treatments that are unnecessary.

Dr. Shapiro and nurse Natasha are excellent! Natasha cares deeply about the pets. She remembers me and my dog by name. Dr. Shapiro always tries to find an alternate if there is one. He truly cares about the animals and your wallet.

I have moved to Germany and all paper work for my dog Max was perfectly done by doctor Shapiro. Thank you very much. No problem on American and German borders at all! Thank you again.

Doctor Shapiro and nurse Natalya took great care of my cat in a fast and very professional way. They make you feel very comfortable and followed up with calls after procedure was done to make sure the condition of my cat is improving! Do NOT go here if you care about your health in the pandemic. The receptionist and vet either didn't wear their masks or wore them under their noses and allowed another customer to come in with no mask at all. Also, the diagnosis was pretty generic, but maybe I didn't listen closely, as I was so eager to get out of there. I would've just left if my cat wasn't so sick. I will be contacting the Health Department next, as this place is a hazard to public health.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible service and doctor does not know what he is doing! After one visit to this clinic my pet has a lot of problems and this doctor can not even explain why that happened and what do we have to do now! Not recommended at all!!!! Do not bring your pets here if you want to help them!!! This doctor can only HURT your pet, no help!!!! Please stay away from this DOCTOR !!!!He is unprofessional, not gentle al all and very rude!!!

I am so happy I can bring my very important family member to Dr. Shapiro. Doctor and his nurse Natalia are exceptional people, very compassionate & understanding. Prices are fair. If you are like me & it really matters who is taking care of your 4 legged friend then I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro.

he really cares for my pet and i have seen how he cares for the other animals that are brought in. I trust him with my cat and I have seen the other clinics. I feel like he has the best knowledge for pet care, so he is my choice for this area.

After two months of unsuccessful treatment at a different clinic, my friends suggested that I see Dr. Shapiro. My 9 year old Persian cat suffered a horrible skin and ear infection. When I came, Dr. Shapiro and Nurse Natalia spent two hours determining the plan of treatment and started it immediately. During the treatment, Dr. Shapiro and Nurse Natalia always called to check up on her health and how treatment was going. After one and a half months of treatment, my cat was fully cured. I very thankful for their attentiveness and knowledge.

Extremely rude and was told they don't have time to check vaccines to ensure my pet can board. Do not go here if you want to be treated horribly. Find somewhere else where they actually care about your dog and you.
