On-Line ordering is easy and curbside pick-up is a dream. Both my wife and myself are over 70 years old, and walking and 'schlepping' can be tedious. The BIG PLUS is the 20% discounts when using curbside pick-up.

Check I repeat double check online prices before buying something at the register. This was priced at $6.99 and online it said $4.99. I also bought a 100 gallon air pump and in store price was $44.99 online price was $20.99. The girl at the register was very kind and did a price change for me.

Close to my home and friendly staff

Just bought a red footed tortoise from Petco. We currently have a eightish year old one at home who is about 11 pounds. I've seen this small tortoise in the store every week since I started taking my son to an activity nearby. Not once did it have the correct food or lighting. I was told by another frequent shopper that they only fed it pellets and was subject to poor care. I am sure it will be replaced by another...you hand out information to customers buying animals but don't follow it yourself. Your staff keeps turning over as well... Higher management may want to look into this before the entire store falls apart.

I took our 13 year old poodle/bichon to be groomed today and the ladies could not have been kinder. They took the time to listen to me about my worries about our senior pup. They offered suggestions and reassured me. Veronica groomed Bacci and gave him a bath. He looks fantastic! Thank you ladies for not rushing me out the door and making sure I was comfortable. We will be back!

The blonde groomer, name??, was extremely rude when we arrived. She said I can't take you. I said we'd been waiting with a customer in front of us. She said I saw you park your car and you're late. You'll have to reschedule. I called the manager. He was courteous, said he'd talk to her. He made no effort to keep us as a customer so we will go to Spotted Paw. grooming.

I was expecting a little more pets here to choose from. My kid was a little disappointed. I'm not sure how is that place with other services though.

Standard pet shop comparable to Petsmart, however if you are looking for vegan/vegetarian food options, this really isn't the best place to look. May want to consider adding these options as your shop is located down the street from where Veggiefest is held... may increase your business.

A very convenient pet store with a great selection of all the stuff you need. The folks working there were all friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were fair and they have a good selection of sale options.

The cashier was very helpful and friendly. Pet Co had everything I needed. I will definitely be back!
