You guys are great. Employees are always awesome. Could use better selection of fancy feast that's all.

I love shopping here and the selection is great. However when the cashier stares blankly ahead (when you say thank you, anticipating being thanked for shopping) and ignores you it makes a customer feel less than welcome or valued. Smile, be nice it goes a long way.

My son and I enjoy visiting your store. Your employees are the nicest ones ever!! We enjoy seeing the adoptable cats as well as your other pets. The only thing lacking was your boxed cat food selection, and we know that is not your fault; we heard it was Purina's, for not sending it to you.

$25 punch card for 5 dog washes is the best deal in town.

Love the store, big selection of food and treats for both my cats and my dog. The only complaint I have is the self service dog wash. I went in to wash my Rottweiler, I paid at the register, was given a bath towel, and I went into the area that was closed off next to the registers, where the floors were completely soaked in water and dog hair and there was green mold along the walls on the floor near the window. There were 2 washing stations and 2 dryers-I was told one wasn’t working. I put my dog in the station and there’s a metal grate that was uneven and not sturdy at all, with rust marks all over it and in the tub. My dog was spooked when she first stepped on cuz it shifted and made loud metal scraping noises along the tub and I really didn’t want her standing on something like that. But we sucked it up and I bathed her. They had their own products which were ok but very watered down. No cotton balls or anything for ears/eyes. No grooming tools. The wash station really needs an update and a good clean. I understand people and their dogs use it every day but I think the setup needs to change. Will only be back to shop.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Always have the staples like pet food and liter in stock. Store is clean and everyone's masks (this review is still during a mask mandate for COVID-19 in October 2021).

Everything imaginable for your dog in one place if you are willing to pay for the convenience. Store is clean and seemingly well-staffed.

Shopped here and bought a variety of high end dog food/treats. Had a few coupons to apply at check out. Got home and noticed they were not applied. The next day I rec. a phone call from store employee Emma, to inform me that they noticed these coupons were not applied to my order and that they would rectify this error and honor these coupons the next time I come in. Very impressed with this young lady and how this was handled.

Great place. Friendly staff. Few animals, lots of fish, plenty of food, and tons of tons.

Long wait times in lines

The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. They always have what I'm looking for, but will happily order something if they don't. If only they kept their Betta fish in better tanks/conditions, then they'd be 5 star.

The service was nice. One of the guys got what I needed and helped me out. Loved the cats at the front area.

I've always loved these pet stores, because they have a bazillion dog products. My girlfriend and I, just bought our very first puppy today (a shih ztu)...brought her inside with us, and then went on a shopping spree! At checkout, Sam S had helped us. Great customer service. And that's what will bring us back to this store. I already know that they've got the products that I want, but it's the great customer service, that will make us repeat shoppers.

I get my cat toys there....out of all the pet stores I go to,pets plus has the best cat toys. Sturdy,toys have long sturdy yarn or ribbon. My cat likes the real cheesey treats...and I can just find them at pets plus.thank you

Nice and clean environment. Staffs are friendly. We were asked by several staffs if we need help. We went there to see some animals. They dont have a lot. Half of the cages are empty.

Lots of supplies for dogs, cats, and more. Really nice workers. A lot of premium food and stuff that is wayyy more expensive too.

I've shopped here for 25 yrs. Just recently raised all there prices by a lot. So no need to shop here for lower prices anymore. They're the same prices as everyone else.

Always love to come in here. They've got what we need plus a few other treats and toys for our corgi.

First time here using the self serve dog wash. All staff were extremely friendly both on the phone and in person. The store was clean and well organized, as was the wash station. This is my new go to pet supply!
