I love the treatment that my dog receives at this practice. I have never had a vet appointment last longer than 20 minutes max at other practices. Where at times you felt rushed. Whereas, at Urban Vet Care my visits have lasted much longer. This is due to the fact that spend time talking with you getting to know the animal and the owner. The level of care my dog has received is outstanding. Thank you so much Dr. Mullen and staff

I had a first visit today with our newly adopted, 17 year old "puppy" and would love to share that my mind is at peace knowing our girl is in great hands. Warm, compassionate, interested and highly skilled staff listened and relieved me of the burden of all my worries and confusion. Once test results are available our pup will have a thorough health plan, including diet to optimize her quality of life for whatever time we have left which is what we wanted.

Especially this year, my elderly dog has needed a lot of care, and the staff at Urban are wonderful to us. Not only is the care top notch while we’re there, but they also follow up and keep tabs via text, phone and email. I love everyone there, everyone is friendly and helpful and kind.

I have been very happy with Dr. Jessica. Over the past couple years, she has repaired both ACLs on my large breed dog's knees. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Jess and her team are friendly, knowledgeable, and my dog is happy to see them.

Loved doctor Jess. She listened, respected my concerns and addressed every one of my concerns.

My cat was marked as a troublesome cat at his previous vet office, so much so they reccomend anti-anxiety meds before his visits. So far, I've been here once with him and it was such a pleasant experience. Where the previous vet couldn't even give him a shot and draw blood when he had the medication, this office was able to do it without it. They took the time to figure out what works best with him and make it an easy experience for all. I enjoyed it so much I scheduled a follow-up visit with our newly adopted pup. He also had a great first visit.

Everyone at UVA are absolutely amazing! Doug has been seeing the team for three years and has received the best care around. Highly recommend UVA!

The staff is very friendly and professional. The owner/operator, Jessica Torok, DVM was also very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and confident. I felt she understand our pet's issue and offered a clear solution.

Love the docs- new support at front desk could be a bit more friendly. Be wary of the constant upsell of product/service. I go because the docs are great.

Very knowledgeable about rabbits and takes great care and precautions to be sure animals are comfortable. A top vet who makes every pet feel like a VIP.

Son booked appt for today for his lizard with out my knowledge and they charged his visa 77.00 for canceling a few hours after because we found a place to get in quicker. That is illegal as he is only 15 and can’t enter into such a contract!!!!

My senior dog is a new patient at Urban Veterinary Associates and I am so impressed with my first visit! Dr Torok spent so much time with us, thoroughly addressing all of my concerns and developing a health plan for us. I love the range of services/options that are available and most importantly the education provided to help me make decisions with confidence. I learned SO MANY helpful things today and I am feeling confident entering my pup's golden years under Dr Torok's care!

Today I brought my kitten Khaleesi in for her first check up and I can say I LOVE them already!! They took care of my fur baby and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. They answered all my questions. Glad I picked them out of all the other places near me. So happy to be apart of the family. ????

Highly recommend. I've had negative experiences with previous vets - so glad I found Urban Veterinary Associates! Their team is so kind and knowledgeable. Even though we moved out of the area, I still make the trip because they take such good care of my pup!

When our pet gecko Mark stopped eating, I knew that searching around on the internet was not the right thing to do for him. I went straight to Dr. Torok knowing that she has extensive knowledge of exotic species as well as dogs and cats. Tia was wonderful and was able to schedule Mark a visit for that very same day. Dr. Torok was able to provide husbandry recommendations where we were lacking and sent us home with ample educational materials regarding Mark’s diet and care. My son and I left the clinic feeing very relieved and supported in taking care of Mark moving forward. I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Torok and the entire crew at Urban Veterinary Associates. Great, went to four surgeons before finding Dr. Torok and staff. We were going to drive three hours and have it done out of state and thankfully found her shortly before having the surgery done. They are ALL very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. They get right down on the floor with the animals and examine them to help ease their nervousness, I assume that is part of the no-fear. Cost is great, knee surgery was great, fully recovered now and I would highly recommend then them.

Dr. Torok is an amazing veterinarian. She is so kind and sweet to our cat who is super scared of everything. She knows exactly how to treat him and has a fantastic knowledge and skill set. She always makes sure to do what is best for our pet. We moved and still drive the 5+ hours just to see her, she is that good. Her staff are also super friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier.

My new pup is very shy and gets very nervous around people. The staff took their time with her, sweetened her up with treats, and won her over. I would highly recommend them.

My dog has been a patient of Dr. Toroks for about two years now. She and her staff have been exteremly professional and all around great to my pup. One thing in particular I have always appreciated is that they will explain thoroughly the options for your animal at any given check up, however, are not pushy on getting every recommended option. If you don't feel like your animal needs it they just scratch it off the list.

Unbelievable place! A vet you can actually afford. The staff is amazingly friendly and personable and the office is impeccably clean. The doc is always on her A game! If I could give more than five stars I would.

Needed a local vet for my older dog. Answered phone when called, was able to get in same day. Very nice, good explanation of issues and on choices of caring for her at this stage. Will definitely be back, and will be referring.
