My Dog loves it here and is so tired when I pick her up. It the play time she needs to keep her active! The staff has been awesome!

Multiple of my dogs nails are bleeding and the blonde lady has a TERRIBLE attitude. The reason I brought my dogs was to get their nails cut professional not for them to bleed. Beyond disappointed with service and her attitude problem. Will never come back and will let everyone know about the harm they put my dog through.

Their groomer is less then satisfactory and Julie has told the employees that they should not be allowed to pet the dogs because they will think that the employees are their new owners. Even if she went back on this statement, it still shows that she knows nothing about dogs. I will not be bringing my dog back here again or recommending it to anyone else.

My pup loves it here! He’s always tuckered out when he gets home and into the next day.

We absolutely love Paws In Time. Our dog has a blast, and we know he is safe and healthy when we pick him up. Best part is he sleeps for a few days afterwards. The pools, and playtime are the best!

Don’t bring your dog here for grooming they will cut them, not tell you about it and you won’t know about it until it develops into a hot spot and needs veterinary attention. Obviously their grooming tools aren’t sanitary, or someone made a mistake and didn’t have the decency to tell me about it. I’ve had my dog cut by other groomers and told paws in time about it and explicitly said if you cut my dog it’s ok she has sensitive skin just TELL me about it so I can attend to it before it turns into a bigger problem requiring vet attention and costing me money.

We take my puppy to daycare here and they take great care of him!! He gets so excited when we pull up in the parking lot so we know he enjoys his time here. Very trustworthy people and they all are really passionate about dogs for sure. Highly recommend!!

We are big fans of Paws In Time, West Chicago location! Our previous dog went for doggie day care and boarding his entire life. And we just started our new dog on her path to fun. It's great to know you can trust the staff with your dog and that your dog is having fun and getting great exercise! Highly recommend!

Julie and her crew do a great job taking care of my German Shorthair Pointer. He comes home tired and happy.

Julie Nelson helped prepare our black Lab, Rose, and me for the Canine Good Citizen designation and for work as a therapy team. The group classes and individual training was great and we had fun, too. We have tested with three different therapy organizations since completing our training and passed with flying colors. Rose still knows how to be a dog and have fun, but when she steps into the ring, she performs like a champion. We take her to Paws In Time for a playday once a week where she socializes with her canine, feline and human friends (I think they spoil her!). Paws In Time is her home away from home and we are so thrilled to have discovered this exceptional facility for dogs!

My dog loves coming here. And he is exhausted when he gets picked up. Rarely makes it to the stop light before he falls asleep.

I have used Paws in Time for Day Care, Boarding, Grooming for 12 years. My Chocolate Lab Smorgie and my Daughter's Yellow Lab Leland used the Daycare, Boarding and Grooming and we were extremely pleased. They always came home exhausted from playing but ready to return again. Smorgie died in June and I had to find a new best friend It turned out to be a Black Lab puppy I named Morlee. Frankly as beautiful puppy as he is, I was overwhelmed by trying to train him. My first thought was to call Julie for help and help she did. I purchased five training sessions at home and after the first two I was still over whelmed. Julie took Morlee for a week and the difference was phenomenal. She had him understanding all the basics like sit, lay-down,stay and heel in a short period of time. She also "trained" me and my daughter how to leash him, stop him from biting, and continue with house breaking. He is a changed puppy and we are absolutely delighted with her and her training techniques. Morlee actually pouts for a while after she leaves...he loves her. Bring your dog to Paws in Time. They will love it and so will you.

Contrary to another posting, I take my young Labrador retriever to Paws in Time, precisely because upon his return he is exhausted. I leave him there for either 1/2 day, a full day, or for multi day boarding because I cannot personally give him the activity that a bunch of happy pooches can while playing, in any amount of time. There are only two places that I take Dickens where he leaps out of the car with absolute joy in his heart. The first is home, and the second is Paws in Time. I have been taking my dogs to Paws in Time for almost 12 years, and never have I felt more confident than when they are in their care. If I could give a higher rating than five stars i would do so!

What can I say? Paws in Time is absolutely the best dog boarding, playground, grooming and training facility I've ever come across. My 7 year old Golden Riley has been coming here since he was 6 months old and our 3 year old golden Murphy also now plays at Paws. I have had the pleasure of boarding my dogs there, utilizing Julie's training classes, grooming, shuttle service (yes you can arrange to have your dogs picked up and dropped off!) and of course the daily playground for playtime. I can not tell you what a pleasure it is to drop my dogs off and know that they will run, play, socialize and completely enjoy their day at Paws and not be stuck home sleeping all day. One of my favorite things to do after I drop them off is drive around and watch Riley and Murphy go greet all their playmates as they start their day. It does my heart good to see how happy they are. The staff is also amazing, Julie, Lynn, Cathy, Carol and everyone there are all so nice! They know all our dogs by name!. Don't hesitate to bring your dogs to Paws In Time! Laura & Jim Keogh

I am so thrilled that I found Paws In Time for my Scottish Terrier. I thought for sure that she might be too small, but found out quickly that it goes by temperament not size! She fits in great and loves it at Paws. Always tired and happy when she goes home. I love that I can take her for daycare and then get her groomed too. Just saves so much time and they do a great job on a cut that is not easy. I have also had her boarded too. It just takes all the stress away from me when I go out of town as I know she is so happy and well cared for at Paws. Thank you Paws In Time !

I have use Paws in Time for training, daycare, and boarding. I am very pleased with all three services. Based on ttraining my dog received from owner Julie he was able to become a certified therapy dog. I am use daycare once or twice a week and couldn't be happier. My dog has a great time and is happy and tired at the end of the day. The staff at Paws in Time is great - in fact I think my dog enjoys it more for the staff than for the other dogs. The staff is highly interactive with the dogs during the day playing ball with them and making sure everyone is getting along. An added bonus is the doggie van that can pick up and drop off at your house when you have those last minute schedule changes. Love this place!!!

Our 7-year-old lab has always been a nightmare on a leash. She just gets so excited that she drags you down the street. 20 minutes into the first session, Julie had her heeling and walking by my side. Absolutely amazing! She has a gift and a passion for animals, and it comes through in every aspect of Paws in Time.

I've never seen a facility like this before. From the moment you walk in you realize this isn't your average doggie day care center. The exceptional care they've given to our yellow lab Bubba is beyond words. He starts crying with …
