I've still yet to be inside due to covid, but our anxious dog, with lack of social skills always comes home from this place happy. They're also incredibly communicative and the picture updates put my wife at ease, just knowing she is okay. I've never taken her anywhere else, I don't know if this place is reasonably priced, or overpriced, but whatever i'm paying it feels worth it.

Went in for thanksgiving stay and they said they had availability. Confirmed multiple times that they had availability before doing a meet and greet which they charge for (despite all their competitors doing it for free). Meet and greet ended and they magically no longer had space available but wanted their fee. On top of that their manager was extremely rude when on the phone. If they don’t have kindness and patience for customer service, I struggle to see how they have it for animals. Not to mention, if $25 dollars means so much to them, I'm worried what corners they cut to save money within care. I paid their fee and pulled two separate two week stays with them over thanksgiving and Christmas. At some point they hopefully will realize that losing $1,500 of business and recurring customers is not worth their treatment of customers or a non-market $25 fee.

The best daycare/boarding around! The staff are caring, knowledgable, and reliable! I am a helicopter parent and only trust them with my baby for daycare, boarding, and grooming. When my puppy started going there, she was only 5 months and not really used to other dogs (pretty skittish). They slowly introduce your dog to one at a time to make sure they are comfortable and go at the dogs pace. After a bit, they used our dog to welcome new friend to the family! If you are thinking about having your dog come here, do it! It will be the best place for your dog to socialize in a safe and caring environment! We love OFPS!!

I’m one of those crazy dog moms who can’t leave her pup anywhere—the Yanans are the only ones I trust to take care of Oscar! Daily pictures and texts about his stay make me feel at ease, and they are so accommodating. Can’t recommend them enough!

Our dog loves going to Day Care here! We also board and feel so comfortable knowing our dog is in a safe place!

Our 2 puppies stayed for the week and had the best time. We received daily picture updates and the pups came home exhausted from a week of play and running.

We love Our Family Pet Sitting! Pepper goes to daycare once a week and always comes back happy and tired. I love the communication and friendliness of the staff, and I am happy that Pepper gets to be outside for much of the day. The daily photos are a treat, too. I just wish Pepper could talk and tell me about all his friends.....

My husband and I left our dog with Our Family Pet Sitting for a weekend stay to attend a wedding. They are absolutely amazing! Our dog was a little nervous getting out of the car and leaving us behind, but the staff helped him feel comfortable leaving mom and dad. The staff also send pictures to your phone of your dog spending time outside. It helped me feel better about his drop off since he was having such a hard time leaving. We have a Pitbull and it is nice knowing that they do not discriminate against Pitbulls. The place is such large also and knowing the dogs have a safe place to run and play or just relax outside. The other thing I really love about this place is knowing that there is someone on site 24 hours. It helps give peace of mind. Will definitely be using them again!

Our Family Petsitting is the best combination of family business and professional, quality service. Our lab/boxer mix goes for full days once or twice a week. Every time we arrive she pulls on her leash till she’s taken inside! She loves it here! I love that the staff send text pictures every day she’s there. And I frequently get reminders/offers to add grooming to her day if needed. Great service/ communications, good quality (safe/clean) care, and a great location - lots of room for the dogs to run!

We love boarding our dog with Our Family Pet Sitting. He always comes home with no issues and has been well cared for. The interactions with the other dogs while boarding is great for him. Highly recommend.

My goldendoodle had a great time here. I took him in for trial and he did very well with all the dogs. I was so happy that he had such a good time. The only one little negative was that I had to text to ask them for pics, but once I did that, they did send me one picture of him playing. I feel like the people care about the dogs and I will return.

As a first time dog owner, I was much like a first time parent. I was so nervous about leaving my fur baby with an outside caregiver. Now, five months later, I couldn't feel better about the care our puppy gets at Our Family Pet Sitting! I know that she is safe, making doggie and human friends and having fun outdoors! When we had to be away, boarding her was so convenient. Ashley and her team do a great job too with keeping our Stormi well groomed. Thanks OFPS for all the love and care you give our pup!

Best dog boarding, grooming, day care, and training center in the entire Midwest. Large acres of enclosed space for play time and dog socializing. Fantastic support system for customer needs and questions. If you're not bringing your pup to Our Family Pet Sittin, you're doing it wrong.

I used to work at a Daycare as a training manager. There is no comparison to Our Family Pet Sitting. Their assessment of each dog is amazing. They make sure your pup is placed in a play group he'll be comfortable. My pup, Charlie absolutely loves it there. One of the things I like the most is the personal touch and the fact that they send pictures of him playing! I highly recommend Our Family Pet Sitting, not only as a customer, but as a trainer. You can't get better service or a happier pup than you get with them.

We love the fact that the dogs are outside playing on real grass. Our pup is happy and very tired when he gets back home. We receive regular updates and quick service with a smile! Would highly recommend Our Family Pet Sitting.

Wonderful local business dog daycare! Very friendly, helpful, and reasonable costs. I always get a photo texted to me in the middle of the day of my dog enjoying her time there with her other peers! Whether you need boarding, grooming, pet sitting or just need your dog to have a healthy energy outlet so you can actually get something done for the day, they are wonderful and easy to work with! Daycare has been a lifesaver as we survive all these winter storms and are trying to get out of our small 3rd floor apartment! We also wanted to help our former stray gain confidence away from us and get comfortable with new people, dogs, and situations. I don't have to bribe her to get out of the car anymore for dropoff; she whines and can't get let out fast enough! It warms my heart seeing her be so playful and happy with others when just months ago she was terrified of everything, even us. Needless to say my dog rates this place 5 stars, too!

My dog is absolutely crazy about this place! She always has so much fun! She comes home exhausted from playing all day! The staff is amazing to the dogs and the dog owners. Always accommodating. I bring lunch for my pup and they are sure to feed her. Someone even told me I can make requests like please play fetch with her too. Really affordable rates and a wide range of services. You won't regret bringing your pup here! Just look how happy my girl is! They always send me pics of her day!

Our very nervous typically dog hates to be out of our sight. But as soon as well pull up into the driveway of Our Family Pet Sitting, she starts to get excited and can't wait to get out of the car and go play with all her fur friends! The huge outdoor play area and amazing staff make a huge difference in her experience. We can't imagine leaving her anywhere else.

This place is amazing! My dog runs around, plays and has the time of her life every time she visits. They take wonderful care of my girl and I never have to worry if she’s having a good time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Our pup loves spending her days there! They are so responsive and easy to work with! The other daycare we took our pup to was complete garbage compared to Our Family Pet Sitting. They take care of the pups as if they are their own! They even remind you on vaccinations! I would recommend 100% of the time! Thanks for being so awesome!

I LOVE Out Family Pet Sitting but the most important thing is that our dog, Piper, loves them more. She squeals to go in and is always happy and relaxed when we bring her home. Piper has had day stays while I was at the hospital for a family member’s chemo, and stayed for weekends and holidays when we couldn’t bring Piper with us. While we’d prefer to keep her with us. I feel she’s going on holiday too! We get daily photo updates, texts if there are questions, and know she’s being loved as a family member. We’ve taken advantage of the excellent grooming and vet clinic services that make life so much easier. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you Kelly, Joe and your outstanding team!

I've been taking my husky to daycare at Our Family Pet Sitting for about a year now and he loves it there. The staff is always friend and helpful, and they do a great job taking care of my pup. Our husky also had training with Kris, who was patient and knowledgeable. I learned so much from our sessions and my husky, with consistent ongoing training at home, is so well behaved, stays by side during walks until I give him the question to "be a dog," and listens to commands well. Kris made training really fun and I'd definitely recommend him.

I love this place and so does my dog. They are so friendly and their place feels like a home instead of a kennel.

Our Family is hands down THE BEST of THE BEST. We leave our fur baby without hesitation many times throughout the year over spring break, holiday vacations, etc. As a small family, owned and run business their service excellent and genuine! Its so nice to be able to deal directly with the extremely warm owners and their "family" of staff. They always treat our dog as one of their own, he never wants to leave when its time to go! We always schedule a final groom and nail trim on the morning of our last day of boarding - its so nice to bring a shiny, clean, happy dog home at the end of his "vacation". I'd highly recommend Our Family and their groomers without hesitation, they rock!

The Yanans and their staff have been wonderful to us and our 2 dogs, especially a special needs one. That poor fellow, now 18 months, had severe pneumonia that led to all sorts of behavioral problems. One dog care service simply couldn't spend the time with him that he needed and we had to find help elsewhere. A top-rated trainer recommended Our Family Pet Sitting and they stepped in and worked with our guy since last October, taking him several times. Because of their skill and caring approach, we were able to travel for the first time in over 2 years (his predecessor was too sick for us to leave) and we are immensely grateful. We heartily recommend all of them and look forward to working with them for years to come!

I love Our Family - and so does my pup Aslan! I could not imagine taking him to another place. Their customer service is amazing- and they truly love the furry friends they are entrusted with. It is also super helpful to have a place that can not only provide daycare- but also other services. I regularly have Aslan's nails trimmed there and they always do a great job ???????? Take your pup here- you will not regret it!
