They always take such good care of my Winnie, cutting her nails. They both need to go in soon to get their nails cut and get brushed out for summer.

We were looking for a place to get our chihuahua, Max, groomed for the first time. After some research and good reviews we decided to go with VIP Grooming Services. We are always looking to support small businesses, especially in our neighborhood. My boyfriend took him for his appointment and unfortunately was not greeted with a warm welcome. Infact, wasn't greeted at all; there was no one there when they walked in. After saying hello and stating they had an appointment, the owner came out said "hi" (seeming bothered) and asked if Max had ever been groomed before. My boyfriend responded no. She said she wasn't told that before and he replied you didn't ask. He then said it seems like this is going to be a problem. She said yes it could be a problem because we use a dryer. He responded ok I figured as much, and she responded with I dont even know how old he is. Side note: she asked how old he was on the phone at the time the appointment was made. After feeling like she had no interest in grooming our dog he said if its going to be a problem let's forget it. She said yes let's forget it. An unfriendly environment is definitely not a place we feel comfortable leaving our pet. My boyfriend took our Maxi and left. When they arrived home I called and spoke with the owner. From the beginning of the conversation she was not the nicest, and I was surprised to find out she was the owner. On the phone she stated my boyfriend had told her our dog had been groomed before, which contradicts the brief interaction they had in the store. Her tone was more aggrivated and defensive vs understanding and empathetic. We do understand since it is his first time a groomer may be reluctant and have questions to ensure the best experience for our dog. Even if at the end of the day we collectively decided it wasnt a good idea we would have understood. If the right customer service was provided, despite the outcome, our experience and review on the business would have been totally different. In any business the client experience is the most important. Asking the right questions in the right way will allow the business to discover the best fit and options for the client. Kindness goes a long way.

VIP has always been very friendly and understanding. Recently I’ve had some medical issues and needed our pups groomed and have primarily used them ever since. 100% recommend

Been taking goldendoodles here for while now. They do a great job even when dogs are knotted up. No cuts and make them look great. Sad so many places actually cut the dogs skin and won't even apologize.

Love these guys, they take my cat (s) right away and take them back and clip their nails. Very easy.

My friend has been taking their family dogs to VIP for years and years. They suggested VIP for my dog Kona. I am always nervous being away from my dog but Caprice eased my mind and even told me to call if I wanted to hear how Kona was (which I did and was spoken to warmly and professionally). She also told me all about the washing and drying process and showed me the shampoo used. She genuinely was interested in hearing about my dog..not only about her fur and skin and temperament, but about her background and how we rescued her..it was so sincere. When I picked up Kona she came out so clean and HAPPY! Caprice didn’t rush us in or out, she chatted with me after picking up Kona for a few moments. We will definitely be back! The place is calm and cozy, not a lot of noise and chaos like other places I’ve been...which really eased me and my dog I think. Great experience!

Best groomers around. I have been taking my family pets (both dogs and cats) there for a very long time and have had nothing but great results! Nice and friendly staff who love their four legged customer's and are always accommodating! Keep up the great work!
