Benji's Barking Lot Batavia, Illinois

Rudy, my Pomeranian puppy, got his haircut with Benji’s for the first time and Cathy did an absolutely amazing job! She was very efficient with the time - I’ve had other places take 4-6 hours with waiting time but Benji’s does a great job with scheduling - Rudy was in and out in 90 min. Cathy talked to me about the best way to approach Pomeranian hair to make sure it stays healthy which I appreciated, and my little guy has never looked better! Thank you!!! ❤️

Home for the holiday and really needed my pups nails trimmed, she was happy to squeeze my dog in and very thankful. Great service and next time I’m home be sure to go back for a grooming!

We've been taking our Maltese here for over a year and love the care and service! Cathy cares about her pet clients because every time I ask for a puppy cut she questions me about how many sweaters our doggie has - and I love that she cares so much for the dogs! Plus Cathy keeps her schedule!!!!

Cathy has been great with our dog Rain over the past few years. She has been very kind to her and is very accommodating when it comes to early morning hours or even staying a little later if I get out of work a little late. I highly recommend using her and the prices are very competitive compared other in the Fox Valley area.

I have been taking my Shih Tzus to Cathy for many, many years now. She does a fantastic job with their grooming! They come home looking so cute, smelling so nice, and with cute little bows to boot! Cathy not only grooms them, but gives them TLC and lovin-she really cares about her doggie customers. I would not consider going anywhere else to have my dogs groomed.

I liked the idea of one person grooming my dog, knowing my dog & his needs. Cathy does a really great job every time. She listens to any directions or concerns that I have. She has always taken great care with Gus and is so attentive & gentle. In all the years we have taken Gus to Cathy scheduling has never been a problem. I just can't say enough about how great she is.

Although it has been a few years since I used the services of Benji's Barking Lot, I have not forgotten the excellent care our dog received there for approximately 15 years. What the website says is true: Benji's provides excellent grooming, we never were disappointed in the skillful cut and care given our dog. More importantly, the service was delivered in a safe, caring environment. Dogs know when they are being taken to a place they do not want to go, and our girl always was ready and willing to spend the day at Benji's. Trust you best friend to Benji, you and your buddy will be glad you did.

I have been going to Benji's Barking Lot since 1991! She groomed our small bichon regularly and with such care and skill. She helped us learn how to support our dog as she aged. Moose loved going to Benji's and we loved taking her. Now we have a big Goldendoodle who gets great care and grooming from Cathy. I cannot say enough about the skill and care Cathy provides. She is reliable and such a great person as well as a true dog lover!!
