Very caring staff/doctors and reasonably priced services. Big perk for us is that it’s located closer to our home.

I've been going to Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital for about 6 years but probably not anymore. Usually they've been okay but lately there have been issues that will have me explore elsewhere. During the appointment before last the taller/new female vet spoke to me like I was a child. Yes, I understand that one medication (Sempiraco Trio) is less than three, I'm not five years old. Also, in general, you can expect to wait at least 10-20 minutes after your appointment time to be seen. Two appointments ago I let them know my dog had anxiety and I didn't want to go inside the building until they had a room ready but they called me in and I waited another 15 minutes inside before I let them know I'd go outside and wait; which was what I was doing originally, and did for another 10 minutes before they were ready. During today's appointment I only had to wait 10 minutes total but usually it's a bit longer. Also, nail trims used to be $15, then either $18 or $20, and today it was $30 because they needed extra help. The entire process of having my dogs nails trimmed plus getting a shot took literally three minutes but they want to nickel and dime you. They also said they wanted my dog to on 3 different medications before being seen FOR ONE MEDICINE (Bordetella) to calm him down as the medication Trazadone that they prescribed did not work at all. I'm sorry I'm not putting my 60 pound beagle mix on 3 different medications because your staff cannot handle him for the 30 seconds it takes to administer an oral medication and will be going elsewhere if that's a problem. A Pro-heart 12 injection is $124.35 for 12 months for a 60 pound dog where 12 months of tri-heart plus is $76 at 1-800 pet meds. Maybe that's a normal price for a vet to charge, but good information to have either way. I spoke to Eileen who is a manager/supervisor at Warrenville Grove and she agreed that 3 medications to relax my dog for an oral medication is ridiculous. However, she didn't agree that it only took 3 minutes for my dog's nails to be trimmed or that $30 was too much and seemed more than happy to let me go; which works great for both of us. She did send me my dog's records as well; which I appreciate. If you're happy with Warrenville Grove I'm glad that you are, just know that it may be fleeting.

Our best friend Jake was diagnosed with a soft tissue Sarcoma that had grown to the size of a softball. Dr. Lindsey performed surgery on Jake and today we found out that she got all of the cancer and the margins are totally clear. We can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Lindsey and everyone at Warrenville Grove Animal Hospital. Dr. Lindsay saved our guy and we are forever grateful to her.

Love this place, staff and doctors are fantastic! They provide all the normal services as well as some in home services including end of life care in a very caring and compassionate way. Once again Fantastic place but don't always accept new patients for home care. Call them you'll be pleased.

I was extremely emotional about the condition my sweet doggo was in when we visited on Monday. Dr. Winney and her Vet Tech did a great job calming me down while also explaining to me in layman's terms what she was experiencing. Happy to report that Tippy is slowly but surely gaining back her strength and confidence but now I understand that it's a long road to recovery for a senior sweety. Another thing to note is that the clinic is very clean, the employees appear to love the clients and the office visit was very affordable.

Had a little bit of a scare during our first appointment, but the staff were all professional about handling the issue. Looking forward to changing my rating to 5 stars after our next appointment assuming it goes smoothly. Everyone here is extremely friendly.

brought our cat in and we got dirty looks, how do you guys call yourselves professionals if you see it as a chore to help a family with an injured pet. Showed a serious lack of humanity so i recommend you don’t go here or give them your business

Bishop and I love ???? your facility and staff. When I could not get him in the car due to arthritis in his back legs, Denise drove over to help. I am so thankful and impressed with the care you show for your customers. I highly recommend Warrenville Animal Hospital to everyone who loves their pets. Kudos to Denise. You are our hero. ????????

Top notch veterinary care and staff! I've taken all my pets there for years and will continue to do so. Everyone there cares deeply about each pet that comes thru the door and will do everything they can to help your little buddy. Not to mention the staff is always friendly and helpful. Warrenville is lucky to have such a superb veterinary clinic in the area!

I’ve never been here prior to my puppy having her spay, I was very nervous. I was recommended this place by a friend and I just let them pick a dr. So dr. Winnie did my dogs spay and I felt reassured and fine. My puppy is all good and I’m happy ????

Honestly this is probably the best vet I’ve ever gone to. My dog was anxious at everything when I first got her and they took such time and care. Now, she’s 4 and loves going to the vet. In my car she dances and whimpers until we can go in and she can demand attention and pets. Knowledgeable, loving staff really take care and time. I am moving out of state and many staff came out to say good bye to my pup. I suggest Warrenville grove to anyone I can, and now my whole family goes there. I know my dog will miss them when we move.

We brought our dog in for an emergency appt. By the time the Dr arrived to our car, our little dog had passed away. We waited in teh car for 35 minutes for them to come out to get her. We were very disappointed how they handled the situation. The Dr stated he was hearing a faint heart beat and flew off with her to prepare her for euthansia. He ran off with her and told us to meet at the front door. We walked into them bringing her to the room with a catheter already in her. She was already gone 20 minutes. She was getting stiff, eyes were still (no movement and dry). I mentioned to the nurse that brought her in, that she was already gone. She waked away not knowing what to say. I felt they did not need to put the catheter in her. They injected her immediately and we never signed papers until after it was all over. It happened quickly. I felt they handled this poorly.

I took my cat there for years and they always treated him very well, he was skiddish but they always accommodated him. Dr. B was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I had to put him to sleep after he got sick they were compassionate and helped me set up cremation services and explained everything to me.They did not rush me in saying my goodbyes and the vet who preformed the procedure was very sympathetic as well as the vet tech Tracy who helped me through every step of the way . When I'm ready for a new pet one day I will definitely bring them to this office for every stage of their life.

This is full service animal hospital. I did not realize how important this was until my dog had a surgical emergency. Not only have I received top notch regular maintenance care for my dogs, I have also received the very best surgical care too. I have been to many vet practices over the 40+ years of the large dogs I've had. The exams are thorough and I have always received some really useful piece of information about dogs when I am there. Dr. Meiner, Amber, Erica and all the wonderful staff there are responsive, dedicated and clear. Even after I moved out of the area, I still will only come to this Animal Hospital. Truly superb.
