I have gone to this vet when Dr K was there for 7 years my poor shih tzu who is 11 and has under gone severe hurnia surgery about 3 yrs ago & we knew there a chance it could come back on the other side ???? ???? and as it has. I saw Dr K on Xmas eve and she checked my baby 2min came back out and said he is stopped up but just watch him and bring him back next week and didn't say bother way it will be a new Dr I'm leaving. I cam back after weekend to find it dark and door cracked open to find out lombard took over so the nice man sent me to lombard where I met Dr. T, she has not only been amazing with Champy but even with my multi poo Her0 and they love her soooo much . I am hoping prices don't change but also hoping that since champy is 11 she has a senior discount I couldn't find a great dr who is honest to the point and so very caring Thank you Love Champy & Her0 ????????????‍????????‍????

Been going here for years. I went yesterday and found out Dr. K retired and sold it to Lombard Vet Hospital. So was a little nervous how it was going to be. I can say I really Like Dr. T. She's very nice and I love her energy. She obviously loves her job and took her time with my allergy severe dog. Only issue I had was when I looked at the bill it came to double the amount I usually pay. I paid it but then in my car looked at the bill and noticed a medication that my dog takes was 205$ instead of 60$ I usually pay. So, I went back in and asked the receptionist. She then tells me she forgot to mention there was a issue with the system or something in that medication. I asked for her to refund the money for me and I'd give it back to her because I could go on chewy and get it for 68$. I just wished she would have said something because if I wouldn't have caught it, she would have allowed me to pay 3 times the amount for the medication. I know they just started so, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Villa Park Vet Hospital is the absolute best at what they do. They are amazing with our two dogs and are extremely friendly! One of our rescues recently had to undergo heartworm treatment, and the only rest I found was in the fact that I knew she was well taken care of by the staff. Dr. K, Vicky, and Hannah are all amazing with our dogs and we could not be more thankful. Highly highly recommend this amazing veterinary clinic!

Always very nice and friendly. Was able to get a fast appointment for our senior dog who scratched off a big bump on his face.

Took my kitty here and they were not really able to tell me much. I ultimately ended up taking her somewhere else. The staff was very polite though.
