Terrible is all I can say. Placed an order for pick up. Called when I was there. It had been an hour and I hadn't gotten a notification which is why I called. I was told they hadn't even started working on it yet. I had a cat with me I had just adopted from a shelter unexpectedly so really needed the items. The Manager sent out a very nice associate to my car to tell me that nome of the items I ordered were in stock. A litterbox, litter and litter scoop aren't in stock at a pet supply store?? C'mon seriously? I don't think they even attempted to fill my order. I was made to feel like I had nerve calling before I received an E mail. This Pet Supplies Plus branch needs some serious associate training. Although I received a e mail telling me the order was canceled and I would be refunded, haven't seen it yet. I will never go to this or any other Pet Supplies Plus branch if this is what's going to happen. Target had everything I needed thankfully. You've lost a customer.

Doggy showers are great, my doggo likes it alot after the shower we deserves a treat. I love the bulk section plus they always have a free treats at front.

This place is organized and items I needed for my pet seemed to always be in stock and the staff is very friendly.

Friendly staff, plenty of different brands of dog food, maybe too many.

I have made 2 online appointments with this store and they had to reschedule both appointments. Now I try book another appointment ASAP because my dog's nails are quite long and causing her pain and the site is down for maintenance. I will give them 2 stars because they do reach out to try and reschedule with you but why am I rescheduling everytime?? I have a busy schedule and I plan around when I schedule the appointment. I really want to give this location my business because it is very close to me but seems like too much of a hassle

Dog wash went from $5 (single)/$25 (5--wash special) to $14 (single)/$40 (5-wash special). I understand that prices are increasing but there is no way to justify a nearly 300% price increase other than greed. Great job, Pet Scam Plus.

I have been shopping at the Villa Park PSP for 27 years. Never again. This manager is just bitter and sour. Tonality is everything. Especially when we trust you with our pets. Thank you staff Melody for showing me who not to trust with my pet. REPLY TO RESPONSE- Melody was actually helping my father who felt the same way. Not a neighbor. We asked a simple question. Do you have crickets? We did not ask for any assistance. You may have the wrong person, which tells me this is a recurring issue with her. Loudly? I don't think so. Not in my character to yell or be loud. I actually thanked the staff. Opposite of being loud or yelling.Your response just shows your ignorance. The customer is always right. Period. Had you of replied in a more professional manner I would have changed my rating.

As in all pet stores there is a shortage of merchandise you can blame Purina Purina One. Fancy Feast and all. Purina is the reason for the shortage

The staff is always friendly and helpful and have no problems when I bring my pitbull in. The prices are fair plus there's always sales. Get the rewards card it's worth it. I've used the groomer there a few times as well and they've always done a great job and taken good care of my dog. There is also a selection of baked goods by the cash registers that your pet will love. I always end up buying a "cookie" or something every time I go.

The manager of this store provides horrible service EVERYTIME I see her. Horrible service. Rude management. Zero compassion for animals. RESPONSE TO REPLY: I shop at your store only and on a weekly basis. Your response is laughable and pathetic. I don't have a PPC card, THANK GOD! I'm glad I didn't put my information in your system, look how willing you are to broadcast it. Major privacy concern with your business and I will be addressing this with the right agencies.

I have been a somewhat regular customer for years. I noticed they had a self dog wash bay. I brought my dogs. Nice private and clean room. Water from the shower was perfectly warm! They offered three choices. Soap with conditioner, deodorant soap, and oatmeal soap. I combined all three LOL. My sometimes skittish in new environment dogs loved it! More than enough super absorbent towels were provided. I had bought their card for $40 for 5 washes. It winds up being only $8/ animal. They now smell and look great! It was a very good experience.

Great Store, I Love their delivery service too. Same Day or next day after you order right to your door with a hand written note. So convenient and I really appreciate the delivery person who brings the heavy litter right to our doorstep. Thank you so much!

Yes I read for self washing my dog. The price is going up to $14.00 dollars. Due to cleaning practices and sanitizing practices. What cleaning practices it is filthy. Dog hair all over hoses are broken. No nozzles on hoses. No harness to hold your dog. If you are going to raise prices now hopefully everything is fixed and clean like when you first opened. And not neglected.

Anna the groomer did an amazing job on my fur baby she was very nice and helpful and I was very much satisfied I’m definitely going to book again with her next time !

I took my dog here for grooming services three times, each time they took about 4-5 hours. The first time they only shaved his body and I had to go in another time so they could do the rest as it was his first time getting a haircut and they didn’t want to traumatize him but they never did his sanitary areas, now the last time I took him they took 5 and a half hours only for him to come back with some skin from his sanitary areas shaved and despising his leash because they took him in with it which they hadn’t done before. I can only imagine what they did to him with it for him to start getting hostile and biting his leash every time I take him out for a walk. They also didn’t give him back when I went to pick him up until paying for the very non deserving expensive services making it obvious they knew what they did to him because again they’d never done that before and always gave him back before going to pay. All in all this place is not good for haircuts and I absolutely do not recommend coming here.
