Dupage Animal Hospital Villa Park, Illinois

I have been going to our family Vet down the street from this one & that’s been a huge mistake. I was looking around for a more kind, friendly, respectful, Vet for my furry Baby. I called this one knowing that I probably won’t be able to get in as a new patient based on some reviews. They answered in the most delightful manner and wanted to hear me out on what was going on with my feline and put me in the system right away & booked me an appointment. First time visit has been better than all my vet visits at the other clinic down the street. Very patient, and detailed when handling your pet. I cried knowing that my baby was in good hands and that they truly care for our furry friends. Which is extremely hard to find! This is now our Family Vet❤️. Thank you so much.

Just brought my pup in for the first time. He's 13 and gets nervous about the vet. Even though we had to do a curbside drop off, he came out quickly and seemed very happy. The doctor's call was thorough, professional, supportive and very positive. I am glad I found this office!

My cat was very sick, and we were current patients. They told me they would not see me and advised to go to an emergency vet. We tried again to get our dog in to see a vet, get vaccinations, etc and was again told they could not see me. I am unclear what it takes to get an appointment, or even get past the really unprofessional and rude woman who answers the phone here. But alas, I am done and will not try again. Not sure what happened to the vet industry, but this place is bottom of the barrel. This office is as unreliable as I have ever seen in 25 years of having pets.

I cannot say enough about DuPage Animal Hospital. They are all wonderful, especially Dr. DiGiacomo! I recommend DuPage Animal Hospital every chance I get. They are always willing to get a pet in quickly when there is a concern, checkups are super thorough and the entire staff really makes a pet parent feel like they all genuinely care for your pet. My entire family has been bringing their dogs to DuPage for years...The staff here is so understanding, compassionate and kind. Dr. Felt is an amazing Vet & human being. She really loves her profession and is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Always offering advice and so patient. She treats her patients like her own! I would recommend them 100%.

I have been coming to DuPage Animal Hospital for 25 years now and several different dogs. All of their staff is the best from the people at the front desk to the vets. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else!!

I have taken both of my cats to see Dr. Roberts and she has been wonderful in answering all my questions and making them feel as comfortable as possible! One of my cats needed dental surgery and she kept me updated throughout the day on his condition/exactly what procedure he was receiving and provided details on what to watch over the next couple weeks. All staff members I have spoken to are kind and helpful. A great experience every time!

Thorough, professional, friendly and welcoming, reasonably priced

Animals come first here. The entire staff makes every effort to make sure your pet is comfortable and taken care of. My dog has anxiety issues with the vet, and they have made accommodations that allow me to be with her to ease her anxiety. They are patient when she is being challenging. I never feel like I am being rushed or that my concerns are overlooked. I highly recommend them!

I love Dr Felts she is the best with Sarge my German Shepard he loves her! He has been going through some challenges but she tells me all the time how awesome he is !

We recently lost our Cody (last week) and it was our Zoey's yearly exam time. She had never been to the office without Cody and she is struggling with missing him. Everyone is so very kind at DuPage. The Doctor spent a long time with me talking through Zoey's depression and how we can help her. The day Cody died I called the office in hysterics twice. They talked me through everything with such kindness as if it was the first dog to ever pass and not just a number. When we brought him in they were so compassionate! I CANNOT say enough how great DuPage was to me. So very kind!!!

They helped me through the loss of my dog in such a compassionate and effective way. I will never forget that. Since the we have gotten another dog and they care for him with great professionalism and kindness.

DuPage Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets. All the doctors and staff are fantastic!! They provide top notch care, are compassionate and kind. Our 14 year old Goldendoodle was a patient and was taken care of so well during her long life. Her veterinarian, Dr. Roberts discovered that she had an aggressive cancer and with her care and guidance gave us 8 additional QUALITY months with her. You will not find a nicer group of people to take care of your pets!! ????❤️

This office is fantastic. They genuinely care so much about pets. I could not be happier. Dr. Digiacomo is thorough, patient and so caring. The office staff is also really great. They're all kind and helpful. They take good care of pets and their owners. It seems they're not accepting new patients. But it might be worth getting married to someone who already brings their pets here so you have an in. ????

Due to moving a lot our dogs have been to several veterinary practices, not all of them were great, but DuPage Animal Hospital is one of the best I've ever been to. Both of my corgis go to see Dr. Nicole DiGiacomo and she provides great care for them. I feel like she's very knowledgeable, beyond just usual issues your dogs can experience. If my dogs needed a surgery, this is the only veterinarian I would trust. Dr. Nicole just came up with a treatment plan for my older corgi's generalized anxiety and there's finally some hope for my stressed out girl. It's something all other vets brushed off as a personality problem and used to say there's nothing we can do to change her. Also, Dr. Nicole recommended me several trainers and even sports classes for our corgi puppy. I'm so grateful for finding this veterinarian!!

I COULD NOT HAVE COME TO A FINER PLACE FOR MY PET CARE. NEXT YEAR WILL BE OUR 50TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF PET CARE WITH DUPAGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL AND WE WOULDN'T CHANGE. IT was very hard for us this year we had to put down a gentle 78 pound dog named nammie she had cancer.....we cried for days but the people at Dupage animal hospital have a lot of compassion and sent a bereavement card signed by all of them, they to feel the pain and aches of the animals. We love everyone of them for all their love, thoughts, and acts of kindness for the animals, don't hesitate to call the best group. p.s. These people cried with me on that day.OUR VISITS ARE ALWAYS GREAT WHETHER GOOD NEWS OR BAD ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF AND DOCTORS HAVE OUR TRUST. WE HAVE BROUGHT OUR ANIMALS HERE SINCE 1969...THANKS
