This has been my Family Vet for years. Which has been a huge mistake. My mom chose this one for years, ask me why, I have no clue. Because the last visits I had were not friendly at all, non detailed on what they are doing to your pet & all around very unwelcoming manner from the whole staff. I walk in and there’s a couple girls at the desk eating starbucks, talking, and the first thing they ask when I get in is whats wrong why am I here? That’s the question I would hate most walking into Vets. I can’t bring my furry friend in just for a check up? Something had to be wrong? Well not only is the staff unwelcoming. I’ve known Dr.Kumar for years as well, I walk into the room they put me in I say hello how are you it’s been a long time. He doesn’t say anything. He doesn’t make my feline comfortable and content. He still doesn’t let me know what he’s doing, he gives her a shot and is done with her. Did not explain one thing he was doing to her and why. My appointment lasted just about 15 minutes , and that’s getting checked in and getting into the room and back in my car. Did not answer any of my questions, was very quick about it as if this was a bother to them. I felt worse about my felines health after I left, because he was not informative at all. After that I did my own research & found a loving, caring, detailed Vet just down the road from them & let me tell you my appointment with them lasted An hour and 15 minutes because they were communicating just about everything w me and answered all my questions! Which is the Dupage Animal Hospital. I couldn’t be more happier about switching over. If you care about your furry babies please do not go To Ad Park Pet Clinic.❤️

This local Vet focuses on the care of your pet. Experienced, knowledgeable Vet and polite caring Techs. Having marble counters, brass railing, fancy reclining chairs... Those things may make you more comfortable, but is that what you're paying for? It's the care of Pepe' I care about and they knocked it out of the park..❤️.. thankyou for helping our fury friend..????????????

Dr. Kumar and his staff are great! So gentle and compassionate. Able to accommodate short notice visits too.

When my almost 1yr old kitten needed to get spayed, shots, bloodwork done I called around for pricing. Other places were charging 2-3 times as much for the same procedures. One even told me that the high price was just an estimate and could be a lot higher. Luckily I found AdPark recommendations on the Nextdoor App. The people there were great, the vet knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even saw us another time for a quick checkup post procedure without charge so I could make sure everything was normal (it was). Really appreciate they are kind and caring and affordable. Would highly recommend checking them out if you need a vet.

Best pet clinic to get your dogs vacs

Took my dog Jack there back in 2017 when he injured his leg chasing a squirrel,they gave him x-rays and told me he needed 3,000$ surgery and that he would never be the same,I begged to differ, didn't go thru with it on instinct and in 2021 Jack is up and running like a machine he is 11 years old now .

The staff and veterinarian are extremely caring and the prices are so reasonable.

Ask this vet a thousand questions, about the exact procedures taking place!!. Go in person do not call over the phone watch for any nonverbal cues of deceit, he also thinks that these reviews are from another vet clinic.

The nurse was so sweet to my Bentley today he totally trusted her. While the doctor took out his stitches...5 stars

This is where I take my Shihpoo & Standard Schnauzer, I love the professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and love for animals displayed by everyone. Dr. Kumar is amazing.

Very knowledgeable about rabbits and takes great care and precautions to be sure animals are comfortable. Awesome.

Last time going there. Today my dog needed vetsulin for her diabetes. If she doesn’t get her diabetes medicine she could die. They wouldn’t let me get it with out. Have a dr look at her. So we brought her in and all he did was listen to her heart then walked out with out checking her blood sugar. When we got to the front desk they had my husband paid for a dr visit and the medicine. $80+. Which I think is ridiculous my husband asked why are you charging me for a doctors visit if all he did was listen to her heart. This is not the first time that I have problems with this clinic. I should have learned from the first time. A few years back they ended up giving my dog medicine for thyroid when she had an ear infection. I brought her to a different vet and the vet said that what was given to her was not the right medication for an infection she was really disappointed but I thought I would give this that one more chance since we are all human and make mistakes. But today was just the end of it. This clinic all they want is money they don’t care for your babies.

We brought out puppy in for her first ever vet visit and ladies that were working were amazing! But our problem was with the Dr. He was very cold. We had questions that didn’t get answered. We left very confused.

Needed to take care of my fur babies had to get them their shots and their general exam, and the staff is very nice and caring they were able to and take care of my fur babies with no problem I’m going to keep going back for anything else I need for my fur babies.

my cat has recurring urinary issues. i have had him to the emergency vet twice in past 2 weeks and once to his own vet ad park. they did nothing for him put him on medication. he has been off it a few days and is now having problems urinating /blood in urine again. i am going to take him to the vet in itasca tomorrow and hope that someone will be able to help him and diagnose a problem. i am at my wits end.

First and last visit to Ad Clinic. Took our new 8-week puppy there based on all the positive reviews and recommendations from Facebook. Girls behind the desk were not friendly, definitely acted like they didn't want to be there and/or were tired. The actual Vet asked my husband and I one question about feeding and then immediately started to administer a shot without telling us what it was. My husband stopped him and asked what it was - turns out it was a shot that our dog didn't need at that time, (this is after we filled out the paperwork with what vaccines our puppy already had, and explained prior to the Assistant). We left and have sourced a much more reputable Vet at this time.

My First and last visit to this clinic. My wife took our CAT at this clinic for constipation issue after 45 minutes, I was hit with the 294 dollar bill. My wife was not told how much the procedure going to cost accept the office visit which is $39. I also called the next day to discuss the bill and I was lied to that it was explained to my wife. I was trying to do a 3way call to the clinic and was put on hold forever. I would highly recommend to ignore the good google reviews and take your PET some other place. In order to post the review, I have to give a single star otherwise NO star for this clinic. BTW if the doctor tries to tell you that review is being posted by rival clinic, It's a lie. thanks.

I am extremely disappointed with the groomer on staff. She was terrible at communicating her availability. First she responded four days late, then changed the time and day. Once I arrived on the day and time she changed it to ... the groomer texted me as I was driving asking to take my cat at a later time after already changing the appointment three times. Thank goodness for the amazing staff at the front desk for finding someone who was capable of taking my cat! I suggest scheduling with the front desk only, even if they offer the groomer's number because it was too much of a hassle.

I drive 20+ miles to take my pooch for her veterinary care. Great staff and Dr Kumar is #1 in my opinion.

I trust my animals coming to this clinic because they have taken really good care of a lot of animals we have throughout the years.

New here got Dr Kumar recommended for my Chihuahua Nacho. This visit was truly life changing! Every staff member & Doc. Will do want they feel is right for your fur babies after talking the plan with you! You just instantly are part of family! I just cannot explain how much this vet.
