Tried forcing unnecessary procedures (teeth removal) and charging for each tooth removed. It has been several years since the visit where I told them to not remove teeth and my dog has been seen by a couple of different vets and his teeth have had a clean bill of health. Do yourself a favor and drive to Madison for a real vet.

I've been going to this clinic for over 17 years. I drove from Black Earth, Cross Plains and Middleton to continue their services. I've had a dog and 2 cats visit Dr. Schultz and Dr. Ashley Anderson. I use to take my collie there for vet care and grooming until he died at 15 yrs old! I have utilized the Boarding services, owned by Bob! Excellent care there! I love the continuity of the staff there. Kerry, Jessica and Emily have been vet techs for many years!!! They all take amazing care of my 4 leggeds and me!!

We recently changed vets and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our dog had been getting sick and throwing up a lot lately and they recommend some changes and gave us some medication. Two days later we got a call from them asking us how things were going with our dog Maya. We felt very cared for during our visit and even after we left. Highly recommend them as they truly do care for the animals.

Love the ladies here. Put my dog down earlier in the year, they were so kind and understanding about how much he meant to us. Allowed me to be with my boy until I was ready to leave him. They also offer beautiful mementos, gorgeous box for his ashes. I liked them so much I am have brought my new puppy back to this vet. They have been so helpful with resources and accommodating with scheduling. My puppy is a handful and they did so wonderful with him.

We are so fortunate to have Verona Veterinary Med in our community! They have taken excellent care of all of our pets over the years. So far they have helped us through kittens, puppies, pet rats, and day to day care. But Also, end of life decisions for our senior pets. They have always provided great care and empathy.

We Received a disturbing call from Bob saying they found our dead puppy in their freezer after 5 years and wanted us to pay to have him cremated! Our puppy had to be put down it was a horrific morning .Our older golden retriever killed our new puppy that we had gotten 4 days prior .We brought our sweet puppy covered in blood to the clinic they told us there was nothing they could do ! We were devastated! We rushed out of the house so quickly I didn’t bring my purse. They told us they would bill us and not to worry they would take care of everything .They did bill us and we assumed the cremation was included in it .We paid our bill and 5 years later we received the call while on vacation in Alaska they found our puppy in their freezer, they never cremated him and wanted us to pay to have it done!! We were once again reminded of that horrific day. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone they have no compassion and what kind of clinic could leave a dead puppy in their freezer for 5 years... Who runs a business like this ... How many other family pets did they forget about ? The worst part about it was we had to fight with them about what we planned to do they said we could pick our puppy up or pay to cremate him! I hope I’d this helps even one family not to have to go through what they put us through then it’s worth the review! I wouldn’t bring any animal to this Vet!!

I had great service and they are a lot less then most of the vets in Verona! I look forward to having them care for both of my dogs.

Best vet ever! Knowledgeable, responsive doctors and staff who all care about their patients. Flexible appointment times available on short notice and very reasonable fees. My dog has had everything from routine shots and teeth cleaning to abscess removal surgery and treatment for chronic digestive issues. The staff always makes sure she's happy and healthy when she leaves. Two paws up!

Do not bring your animals here. Please do not trust your animals with Dr. Schultz or give this clinic your business. Lost my beloved dog because of their carelessness and lack of knowledge.

They have taken care of my pet rodents for years. Always come out happy, both I and the rodents.

I would not recommend going to here if you have a Guinea pig. We took our Guinea pig to see Ashley Anderson because he wasn't eating or drinking for several days. She checked him over and said nothing appeared to be wrong, we should go buy some Oxbow Critical Care food. 4 days later, we then took our Guinea pig to another Vet Clinic because he was getting worse. It turns out he ended had a terrible mouth infection that should have been discovered by Ashley Anderson who never even looked in his mouth. Unfortunately, he passed away 7 days after going to this clinic.

Have been going there for about 25 years would highly recommend ***
