Great service. They were able to fit us in on a busy day. Staff friendly, knowledgeable. You can tell they care for their clients and owners.

Visited this store because NutriSource website listed them as seller of their products. They had large variety but not the specific option my (soon to be visiting) daughter had asked me to pick up for her dog's sensitive stomach. Manager checked stock in back room and at other nearby stores. He then insisted I take several samples even after it was clear that I had no reason to be a regular customer. I was very impressed with the service and attitude.

I love this store! They have some great treats my pups love and they love coming in! Brian has great recommendations and has helped me with finding a food that my dog will actually eat.

Waited a month for the grooming appointment, just to have the woman at the front desk say they don’t allow dogs on Trazodone? Been coming here for 5 years and Nobody told us this change and they had plenty of opportunities to do so with their reminder calls and emails. Lost my business.

Great place for your dogs

I have two finicky Yorkies who never like anything, so my friend recommended Kriser's. The gentleman walked me through all the options that they have and I decided to try frozen raw for the first time. So far so good! They seem to be loving it!

My dog loves this place! Quality treats and dog food

First time we went there the groomer was amazing and our 9:00 am appointment led our small dog to be fully groomed by 10:15. Today, not the case, they took him at 9:00 and said it should be about 2 hours to groom him. When we checked in after two hours they said he was only given a bath because they needed to honor their “walk in” nail clipping policy. The thing is the store didn’t open until 10, meaning they should have been nearly finished grooming him by 10:15-10:30 before the walk in started to pile up. They claimed that when they stop grooming the dog to cut the walk ins nails, they have to kennel the dog getting groomed. at 11 they said he was biting them to much for them to groom him, and they can’t finished cutting his hair. They said they have had many walk in which means they had to continually kennel our dog, And then after 3 hours we just picked him up and they adamantly said that he was fully groomed and proceeded to charge us the full grooming amount. I understand being short staffed, but it sounds like they need to change their walk in clip policy if they are short staffed. All in all, not going back for a long time.

#1 for all of my babies needs. She loves every healthy treat, groomings, and cuddles she gets every times she walks through the door. The staff is so knowledgeable about everyone item and it's uses.

Kriser's had exactly what we needed for our Golden. We got plenty of the right food and I am sure we saved money.

I happened upon this gem going to a different store front and wow! I sure am glad I walked in. From the moment we walking in we were warmly greeted and assisted. We were given plenty of examples and talked about ways to best help my dog. When i was just looking around I was approached by a different employee that really helped me pick what was going to be best for my dog. I left so impressed I told friends about it before I even got home to try my new products. I will definitely be back!

I thought it was crazy to go there when my wife started coming here. But, as usual, I was wrong. The service is great and they stand behind all of their products. Grooming is available as well. But, we go there now because we trust the quality of the products.

They did an awesome job bathing my puppy. This is the place for grooming!

I take my three long haired dachshunds here to be groomed and they look adorable when there done! Marie is there groomer and she does an excellent job!
