I am very pleased with my experiences at PCPC after seeing many vets over the last 10 years. They are always very attentive, answer all my questions and above all else, want what is best for my dogs.

I have just had the worst experience with a vet's office than I've ever had and I've had cats nearly all my life -- I have been bringing multiple cats here for 8 years and, last year, being in a cash crunch due to the virus and other factors, I made a payment arrangement with them when 2 of my older cats were dying. Now, it's happened again -- an elderly cat of mine is dying and I asked them if I could pay in a month like I did last year. In one of the arrangements, I even paid before the arrangement due date because some unexpected cash came in. In the most NONCOMPASSIONATE RESPONSE EVER, I was told they couldn't help me this time. They needed the money at the time of service. I guess CORPORATE POLICY MEANS MORE TO PORTER COUNTY PET HOSPITAL THAN AN ANIMAL'S SUFFERING. I WILL NEVER USE THIS VET'S HOSPITAL AGAIN -- THEY OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

We've been bringing our dog here for 3 yrs now and today we said goodbye! We supposedly had to keep buying this "prescription" dog food for her "sensitive" stomach. The food has been going up to ridiculous prices...$79 for a 16lb bag! We can barley afford the food and now all of a sudden they won't sell us anymore until we bring her in for a check up. We can't afford a "check up" for her right now...so now we can't feed her either...BS! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they're only a block away. There's plenty of other vets out there. Some of our other neighbors have become disappointed too.

These people are awesome and passionate about the patient and owners. Found me a new clinic for my loved ones!!!!

Everyone is so informative. I'm very happy with my decision to come here with my new kittens. I look forward to being able to go into the exam with them very soon.

They always take great care of my boy, 50 lb lab mix. He loves them all and they're always friendly to me on the phone as well. Easy with scheduling, quality care, and the best prices I've seen yet in my personal history with vets!! They are also doing very well with their covid precautions! Pre-covid when I had gone in before the building is also very well kept and inviting

They made a very difficult situation much better for my wife and I. I would highly recommend them. They took great care of our dog till the very end. Even sent us a card. So thoughtful. Thank you for everything!

We've been taking our animals here for over 10 years. Recently I had to put down our cat, and the staff there watched my rambunctious toddler, so that she could be put to rest in peace. I'll be forever grateful.

They were able to treat my dog yes, but are clearly only in this for the money that they continuously try to take out of people. Misleading, not trustworthy. Told me to call when my pup needed her second shot, first visit was 300$. Then turn around and back track their words and need to do the whole ordeal again. For another 300+. Buyer beware.

My baby broke her dew claw and needed to have it removed back to the skin. They were great. My little pittie and I were both happy.

The staff and Dr are awesome caring people. I was in a bind with my previous Vet not being available or returning calls. Porter County Vet were able to see my dog the same day I contacted them. My dog was in pain and thanks to them he is doing much better now. I will continue to use there service for all 3 of my dogs! Cant thank them enough they really do care!

If you want to go to take your animal to a vet where every single staff member treats your family member like their own then this vet would be it!!! I have never met more down to earth people who show so much love and compassion towards your animal but also the pet parents. We are beyond blessed we found them and wont take our animals anywhere else!!

Dr. Weitzel is the best!

A friendly place to get pet medical attention, including regular check-ups, shots, and grooming. The staff is friendly, and helpful, and communicative. Our cat(who doesn't like his carrier- car rides - and vet visits) relaxed and spent much of the visit exploring the exam room, and relaxed while the staff checked him , even through shots, through exams and some grooming, and relaxed as we left and rode home. A very calm visit( even with the exuberant attention of some large dogs as we were leaving) I like this vet and staff very much.

They are great with the fur babies

Love the staff and Dr. Weitzel and Pollard are fantastic. Always informative about what is happening with my furry babies.

They took my cat in right away and treated me with the utmost respect! Prices are reasonable and the treatment was wonderful. They even called to find out how the cat was doing. "Runt" and I will be back for sure!!

They are great, my zoe does not like her nails cut, she is very difficult, they are so good with her, I am so glad they are there to help, I couldn't handle her myself. So happy they have their own space back, same plaza, in front now, much nicer space.

Dr. Weitzel is very knowledgeable. You can tell that he genuinely has a great love for animals. The staff are also very friendly & helpful.

Had to euthanize my old dog, the ladies here are fabulous. They are so caring and sympathetic. They really care about the people and the animals.

We are so thankful and appreciate their help in our very sad moments!

love this place they are always nice and pleasant to work with. as well as they tend to remember you, which is nice and a pleasant surprise. especially considering how many ppl must go there. Harley seemed to not have a problem there either which is absolutely great.

Friendly, kind, and helpful. The Dr. Took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. They all worked really hard to make the visit a positive experience for my new rescue dog
