Dr Cecott and her staff have cared for our cat and both of our dogs, all of who have had significant health issues. They take wonderful care of our cherished pets, but also of us (I’m kinda crazy!). They are kind and compassionate and always fit us in the schedule when an issue can’t wait. They give us all options but also a clear recommendation, and are always quick to follow up and call with test results. Highly recommend!

Tanner (adopted from naws)has a autoimmune disease of the skin. Dr Cecott been treating him for about 2 years along w my other kitties. She is so wonderful with Tanner. They staff always fits him in when he has a break out so he doesn’t have be in pain. Dr Cecott and her staff are so professional and kind to all the animals. They go over and above to make sure he’s comfortable. Prices are affordable for what they do for the well being and care they give. You cannot put a price and excellent healthcare for your fur babies. It’s worth it for peace of mind knowing that your baby is in good hands. I have to say I have taken my animals to this place for years however I called to see if they were taking appointments yet the receptionist Lauren was so rude and abrupt she couldn't wait to get me off the phone not sure if she was having a bad day but people need to be treated better than this especially if we are paying customers & trust this facility with our fur babies...

I love this place. They are a 24 hours ER and were so great with my dog who got attacked by a coyote. Luckily he survived it

Dr. Cindy truly cares about her clients and their pets. She is an outstanding veterinarian--ompassionate, fair, and honest. You will not find a better veterinarian in the Tinley Park area! I have had several dogs and have been through several vets, and she is by far the best around!

I was a new client . The receptionist was wonderful. The technician that brought my dog back to my car was wonderful. I couldn't rate the veterinarian because she never called me before or after my visit. The yearly exam was also a total of 12 minutes.

Dr. Cecott and her staff cared for our 15-year-old dog faithfully and kindly throughout her beloved little life. Eventually, her intense decline in health and enjoyment of anything led us to make the agonizing decision of ending her pain. All the staff were so gentle and reassuring when we came in for our last appointment. They took their time, and explained our cremation options, answering or questions again and again, while we tried to wrap our minds around the whole event. They were patient, practical, and compassionate in all our interactions. They gave us plenty of time and space to make decisions and deal with the transitions of her departure – from our arrival, through the consultation, the eventual sedation, and finally euthenasia. We felt supported, respected, and cared for throughout the entire difficult ordeal. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to those who want consistent, upfront, genuine care. Dr. Cecott and her staff are authentic, dedicated individuals who work incredibly hard. They're passionate about the animals they care for, and also about the families those animals belong to. You are in good hands here.
