I was trying to make an appointment for my cats eye and was told they don't have an eye specialist, which I never asked for. I was also told that they don't have any appointments available. These were both lies, when you go online to the website, it indicates that they do ophthalmology AND you can make an appointment online.......which appointments WERE available. If this is not the case, then the website needs to updated, because that is considered false advertising.

My family has been customers for over 20 years. My dog has been sick for 5 days. Was told they’re unable to see my dog until next week. Do not take your animals here

The doctor was very condescending when we asked about pricing for a surgery it was really rude

I trust this vet's opinion/expertise on english bulldogs; but my favorite is Lauren the groomer, she is the best!

Have only done grooming here so far and Lauren does an amazing job with our two pups!

I was so nervous to take my little sweetheart to the vet, she’s very shy around people she doesn’t know and hates being carried. Just getting her in the carrier was so difficult, I didn’t know how she would respond to being at the vet. I was so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Due to Covid, you call once you arrive to check in, then they call you back and allow one person to bring the pet in for the appointment. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I have the cutest cat to ever grace this planet lol. The nurse was so kind that even my socially awkward cat warmed up to her so quickly. The doctor seem to have genuine concern and really cared for the well-being of my pet, he made excellent recommendations and urged me to follow up or give him a call if I had any questions.I had a great experience and received excellent service! I thought she deserved a Puppuccino!

Great Vet's and Great Staff that are great with a Stubborn American Bulldog name Clint.

I brought my 6 month old EB here for surgery. I was terrified because of the known health issues the breed has. I immediately felt great about the Dr, staff and hospital itself after our consultation visit. I was also able to meet other bully families who helped ease my mind. Surgery was a breeze. We won't take Tyson to any other vet going forward. Thank you so much!!

I was speaking with the receptionist and try to make an appointment 10-09-20 around, and (Jakie) was very impatient ,rude!! and she hang up the phone!!! if that is the way they treat a new customer...I will recommend take your pets somewhere else!!.

Love this facility....Love Dr. Navin and all his staff.....They show true compassion, understanding and take the time to listen to all your concerns. They take great care of my dog when she comes in for her visits. I know she is in good hands at all times.

They have the best staff!! Dr. Naven is wonderful. I trust him and he is very calming and extremely smart. Has always done me right. This time it was for Teddy yearly physical but it's always a good experience no matter what I'm there for.

I couldn't go in with my dog due to Covid-19. Informed doctor would give a call. ALLEGEDLY the doctor stated he/she called but I didn't have any missed calls from the clinic. When I received a call it was to pick my dog up. I informed staff I had questions for the doctor. They indicated he/she would return a call. Next day, still haven't received a call.

Dr Navin is the best bulldog vet.

If you have a bulldog....you came to the right place. Ask for Dr. Navin. Everyone is wonderful here BUT he is the bulldog whisperer! Bulldogs are a challenging breed, this is the best place for them.

Good vets. Bulldog specialists but everybody from Great Danes to Chihuahuas will be happy here.

Amazing, see Dr. Navin especially if you have a bully breed. We were having so many issues and she had gone to our old vet multiple times with no solution. Dr. Navin got everything spot on, so friendly and the receptionists are also wonderful!

They do not see all pets, need to change the name

Dr Navin is amazing. I have peace of mind knowing he is my French Bulldog’s doctor. The staff greets me and my puppy with warm welcomes and provide great service.

They are the best. They treat my beloved Louie like their own.

Excellent Place for your Animal

Absolutely incredible Vet especially for our French Bulldog Maizey whom they specialize in for her special breed related needs. Would highly recommend to anyone.
