Ridge Animal Clinic Lansing, Illinois

Our little rescue dog was attacked by 3 pitbulls my wife was walking him and managed to get him to the ridge animal clinic where they always treat him like he is their own. They stapled his wounds gave him antibiotic shot and pain killer, so far hes healing well in an out in 20 minutes couldn't be more satisfied! We've never had a dog excited to see a vet before.

Dr K and staff are wonderful. She really cares about your fur babies.

Got me in for eye problem, but waiting and visit was almost 3 hours.

I had to euthanize my dog and they were so caring and understanding. The vet explained everything to me while tears were rolling down my face. Even when I thought I wanted to just walk out. The vet said in a very caring way, you probably should spend some time with her. I sobbed. As a cried they offered me water, tissue and condolences. I don't wish this type of pain on any one, but if you are looking for a caring vet, Ridge Animal Clinic is it.

Entire staff is always so friendly and immediately recognize my boxer girl when we take her in. I know she’s always safe in their care. They are always honest and thorough with every visit/situation.

I had an emergency with our dog and after calling several clinics in the area, they were the only place able to fit us into their booked schedule. When we visited their office, the staff was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. We are making the switch to Ridge Animal Clinic as our primary veterinarian after this experience.

Our puppy broke her front paw. The staff was very caring and gave our baby the cutest cast. Purple with a heart. Price was very reasonable. And you know how much it is each step of the way. I give them 2 paws up...

The staff were professional, but the veterinarian was rushing my questions and seemed as though he really didn't care. All it was to him was making money by constantly trying to add to my bill and in a hurry to leave. If you just need shots and upkeep for dog, this is not the place.

The vet I met with was EXTREMELY rude. While I was trying to explain the care I was seeking for my pets, she cut me off multiple times and eventually just stormed out of the room and loudly exclaimed to staff, "Can someone tell me what's the deal with the woman in room 1?!" At that point, I just left without my pets receiving any care. Highly unprofessional, we will not return.

Best Vet Clinic in the area hands down. They are caring, responsive, accommodating, and affordable.
