Great place to take your pet, they were all very nice, friendly, and caring.

I’ve brought all my animals and my parents animals here for years but this morning I showed up for my 8am appt at 750 and the doors were still locked. I went back to my car until 805. I walked back up to check in and the doors were still locked so I waited outside for a few minutes. One of the vet techs came to the door and put down a door mat and walked away. I have 2 kids and 2 dogs in below zero temps standing out front waiting to get in after my appt time and she doesn’t even acknowledge us. That’s when I decided I need a new vet. I’ve always liked this place and the people that work here but being unprofessional and rude is something I can’t put up with.

Excellent help over the phone. Very knowledgeable.

We saw Dr. Taylor for my 12 year old golden retriever who had a skin infection. They fit us in their busy schedule. Staff was so nice and caring. Dr. Taylor and his vet tech answered all my questions and didn't rush me. I highly recommend Colonial Manor!

Great experience! I switched vets because mine was still insisting on curbside and that doesn't work with my cat and I couldn't put off medical care any longer. The staff was great and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and great with Bandit. They didn't waste my time or money! I'm looking forward to using them for all of my veterinary needs.

Our golden was pretty sick at 2am and I was concerned so I showed up 20 minutes before they opened at 8am. I was greeted by a polite "empathetic" receptionist, who immediately text the doctor and then made us comfortable while we waited. Our Sebastian is feeling better and confirmed for me, why I go to Colonial... they CARE!

I wanted to wait for a while so that I could give an accurate account of the two TPLO surgeries my Pitbull/Boxer, Paxon, had here (Left rear knee 19 weeks ago, Right rear knee 10 weeks ago. All I can say is that Dr.Irhke (Dr.Dave) and his team are nothing short of EXCELLENT! They did everything possible with such care and patience to make Paxon's surgical stay as comfortable as possible. He's my "velcro pup", and I wasn't sure how he would be 3 days in the hospital without his family. Thank you so much to the girls that cared for him with so much love. And thank you Dr.Irhke for your excellence in TPLO surgery. You took the time out to address my questions and concerns I had about this type of surgery, and in just listening to you, I knew my Paxon was going to be in good hands. So far, so Very Good! Everything looked excellent on both his left and right knees. Paxon is recovering fantasticly and his happy spunkiness is coming back with each healing day. You all are a truly amazing staff who genuinely cares about their patients. I truly hope that if there is anyone out there that is considering TPLO for their fur baby, they seek out Dr.Irhke and everyone at Colonial Manor Animal Hospital. A+++ !!

Always taken care of here. I have two hedgehogs and a kitten that come here. I travel from Chicago ridge area for their services. They are knowledgeable and truly care.

They were great. Normal vet was closed. Taking new patients when other places weren't. Took time with my dog and educated me. They got him in for a sick visit same day. We will definitely be switching to them permanently
