Great Vet. Vet assistant extremely helpful.

Worst place ever. Waited 1 hour as a new client with an appointment and they didn’t even take my animal in because other clients who have been there longer with the company and late to their appointments are more important. It’s the worst. Don’t waste your time. The quality is trash and not the definition of a good physician. Told me because I left I can’t come back to see her and I need to go somewhere els. I’ll make sure everyone hears about how trashy this business is

Biased staff , helping their “regular clients” first just because they are regulars regardless of original appointment time. Ridiculous

This is by far one of the worst vet clinics I’ve ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. The entire staff is incompetent and I wouldn’t suggest bringing your pet here unless you want to wait an hour as you watch other walk-ins be seen before you.

This place is just simply rude. Last place I would suggest to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible service, made me wait an hour just to tell me they couldn’t take a look at my kitten. I do not recommend taking your pet to this place!

This is the second time I brought Oreo in and they are wonderful. I am so happy! She is so comfortable with the doctor and he is good with her does a great job. This time was just for her nails to be trimmed because he did such a great time last time and she was happy with the job he did too. The lady at the front desk is very nice too!

Would definitely recommend this vet! The doctor took his time to explain everything with our new puppy and even showed us how to properly clean his ears after swimming. We'll definitely be back.

So thankful that I found this clinic for my Sadie. Doctor and Sandy took very good care of my dog. They were very kind and patient too.

A little over a year ago I got my second dog named Alley. She had heart worms and mange. Over this past year I watched a scared and sick dog turn in to a happy, healthy one. Gentle Care made it possible for Alley to have a chance. Today I went in for my other dog named Tippy, she was 15 years old and I had her since she was three weeks old. She is the closest friend I have ever had and it got to the point where it was time to allow her to move on and be pain free. They treated her with dignity and care. I was able to hold her close. I will always be grateful for all that they've done for Alley and Tippy. Even though I am having one of the most difficult days of my life since Tppy isn't home with me for the first time in 15 years I know they helped me give her a painless end to her story. I really recommend them to anyone looking for a vet clinic for your buddy that will be honest with you and help you understand treatment plans or medication doses or anything in general.

Great experience, given the times we are in. But from the first call, you get instructions on how to proceed. Follow these and you will be good to go. The care for my puppy was great. The communication was as they explained it was going to be. I will be back.

Very caring clinic. Dr Verma & Sandy are awesome. Our dog had a torn ACL . Dr Verma did excellent surgery to repair it. Our dog is back to his normal running, jumping within 5 weeks.

Dr. V did an excellent job taking care of my older dog who needed surgery. I was hesitant because of her age. He told me the extra precautions he would take. Everything turned out great. My dog is much healthier and happier and healed quickly. Great communication and care. Told me all costs up front. And my dog likes him!

I went here to get care for a stray kitten I found. The vet was so professional and has so much knowledge about kittens. He was able to do a fecal check, flea/tick check, ear mite check and he also told me her age. She also got her first shot and medicine for deworming. I feel so relieved after getting my kittens health in order. I would highly recommend this vet especially since they have such open availability, and such an intimate environment. They also let me go in the back with my kitten so that I could be there for her and tell them more about her. 10/10 recommend! (Not to mention their affordable pricing, $33 for the first checkup, $44 for regular check ups. My bill was only $139!

They went the extra mile in our hour of need and did not upsell when it took longer than they thought to sew up our injured dog. She healed up well and we would recommend their services to pet owners.

Dr. Verma is by far the best vet that I have ever met. He takes his time to get to know your pet and really puts them at ease. He also educates you on what's going on. I have been to so many vets where if you have blood work done, all they say is either the dog is healthy or its not but he will take you through the levels and explain where your dog should be at. His prices are also very affordable which helps out tremendously. If you are looking for a vet, he is it!

Dr. Verma was very informative and took us the same day for a procedure follow up from another clinic. Made us feel very comfortable, will see again for services.

They are the best. They can do basically everything, have amazing hours, and do house calls. I’ll never bring my pets anywhere else as long as we live here

Had my dog neutered and teeth pulled. They were great but pricing could have been a little better.

Super happy with this Doctor. My dog did not even move when he was giving him the shots. I definitely recommend him and will definitely go back to him. In fact I already scheduled appointment.

We had to make an appointment to have our old dog put down. Dr. Verma came over to our home to give us a professional opinion on our dog's health and helped us to put him down to relieve his pain. Dr. Verma genuinely cares for animals and he makes time to go over options. I highly recommend going to Dr. Verma. Thank you again for being there when we needed you.

Dr. Verma and Sandy are amazing, wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I have been a client for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Verma diagnosed and is treating my one cat for EPI (saved his life), then later diagnosed him as being diabetic and treating for that as well. Very caring staff, know their clients and patients and provide personalized service. Thank you both!!

I truly appreciate this clinic. When my Cat was having huge rashes and my own vet was telling me nonsense, i sought other help. This clinic understood my urgency and was extremely helpful. Ran different tests to figure out what was truly causing the rashes. They gave me medicine for my Cat to take and followed up. My Cat is doing great now and no more rashes ! When my go to vet did nothing, this clinic did everything and more! Thank you so much!

I have 2 golden retrievers that are 9.5 years old. Getting in and out of my SUV had become difficult for them. I purchased pet ramp for them. On a trip to the groomers my one Golden decided to jump out when we arrived while I got her sister out of the car. After she was groomed and we got home she wouldn't walk. She would only crawl. My heart was breaking as I couldn't lift her back in the car to take to the vet. I called Gentle Care and Sandy and Dr Verma came to my rescue. He made a house call. Who does that anymore? He examined my furry baby very thoroughly. He provided her an injection and prescribed medication for arthritis. Today she is getting up on her own and walking! Thank you Dr Verma. I am sure it wasn't how you had planned to spend your early Saturday evening. You're Layla's hero!

Small one vet clinic but, he is a very good vet.
