I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 10 years and have always had great experiences with the vets and all the other staff. Very compassionate, kind and professional care by everyone.

I had a very good, professional experience and Avenue Animal Hospital. The tech was very knowledgeable and the doctor was very attentive and I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend Avenue Animal Hospital!!!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Avenue Animal Hospital for years. As far back as when it was just a small White House with maybe one exam room. First vet that took care of my rescued greyhounds. The only one I knew of at the time. Miss seeing Dr. Wahl there but his staff is amazing. I will continue to take my 9 year old border terrier mix, Milo there for incredible care!!

We have been taking our kitties to Avenue Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Our kitties are anxious and scared when going to the vet, but Dr. Wahl puts them at ease with his gentle touch and efficient exams.

The staff at Avenue is fantastic! We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new vet for our two dogs. When I called to schedule an appointment the front desk staff were so nice and I was easily able to schedule separate appointments. I was also impressed they requested my dogs vet records for me. The day of our first appointment we received a warm welcome even with my big guy not being very friendly. We barely had to wait in the exam room before the tech came in. She took a bunch of information and Dr. Snell came in soon after that. They worked with my not so friendly big guy and never made me us feel like a burden. My dog actually had a partially torn ACL and Dr. Snell was so wonderful explaining everything. With my other dog we had the same experience, but a different vet who was just as great. My dog was nervous at first, but was happy by the time we left (likely because of the peanut butter treat he received). Overall we were very happy with our experience and care. We're looking forward to being part of the Avenue pet family.

Took both my dogs there for the first time today and wow was I impressed! We were brought back to a room as soon as we got there and within 5 minutes one of my dogs was already being brought back by the tech to get his vitals and what not. Appointment was at 3:30 and I was out by 4:05 for 2 dogs! The dr was super nice and took his time with my lab who was super hyper. He even got down on the floor to examine him. 10/10 recommend!! We used to go to Midwest animal hospital which was a nightmare. We’ll never go back there! I’m glad we were recommended to this vet now.

This is a #1 animal hospital. Skilled, caring and friendly staff.

They took amazing care of my cat for her spay and seemed to be legitimately concerned for her health and well being. They didnt see her as just another $. I would definitely recommend them!

Dr Wahl, the other veterinarians, technicians, and office staff have all been so wonderful, informative, compassionate, and friendly. I've been taking my cats and dogs here since 1998.

From the first call to the thorough visit, we were treated very well. Exam was not rushed, treatments explained, follows up promptly, and handled with care and respect. The Doctor genuinely cares about your pet and it shows.

Love Dr. Wahl and everyone there. They took care of our first dog from puppy through to the end. They see our second dog with the same care and compassion as our first. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Avenue Animal Hospital is the best vet in the area by far. They are extremely gentle, knowledgeable and always treat my cat very nicely even when she is scared. I trust them and I am a forever customer!

Dr. Mottel is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate. I wish my boy and I would have found him sooner. All the techs and receptionists I have interacted with are also very friendly.
