Place was great. Office visit is reasonable and staff was friendly.

Glad to see I wasn’t the only one who had issues with Megan. Customer services has declined. Off to find a new vet.

Front desk is rude. Dr. Olsen is very judgy on what you do or don't do with your animal. Pushes things on you. Rushes you out when you still have questions or want to add services to be done.

I don't know what has happened to this place but the customer service has declined and the new doctor they have seeing my dogs doesn't seem to know how to handle them. Off to find a new one.

Unfortunately with their new receptionist., I will not be returning!

I use these services for my two dogs and one cat, they are fantastic! Very trustworthy and helpful! Always going above and beyond with recommendations and knowledge. Highly recommend.

We had Dr. Olsen most of the time. As Abby got older, Dr. Olsen started to criticize us when we didn't want to do blood test after blood test on Abby. Then during the pandemic, she did tests without consulting us first. We then switched to Dr. Hulben. I wish we always had her. She understood we wanted to do what we had to for Abby. She also understood we were money conscious about doing so. Dr. Hulben put Abby down for us. She was very compassionate and assured us Abby would be treated with dignity and respect. We have canned dog food that has not been opened. We've been told, unless it was put on credit card we could not get our money back. That's a joke. Come on, it's canned dog food just purchased. You would think the owner would have more compassion then that.

They did an awesome job with our baby Lyla.

I take both of my cats to see Dr. Olson here and she’s great. She’s is very knowledgeable, great with my cats, and always explains things very well. All the staff are kind and professional and I’ve always felt my animals are in good hands here! I’ll keep going here for sure!

This is my go to vet for my X-rays and ultrasounds. I’m a breeder but my regular vet has outdated equipment. This office and the Vet are so sweet. Not only does the vet do the X-ray but she gives my girls a full check up. I highly recommend them

They are very reasonably priced in comparison to vets in the suburbs. You can really tell they care about your pet but they also respect your wallet as well. They are always sure to approve costs before moving forward and give different options. Definitely a great place to take your furry family member!

Friendly and helpful every time I go.

Never have a I trusted my dog with strangers in my life . they treat her like their own and she's actually comfortable there which is rare. Top notch care worth every buck

Our cat has been a patient for two years. She has a tricky health issue which is being treated expertly and thoroughly and for much less cost than where we lived previously. I was impressed to see two ferrets there for an appointment which along with the feline ultrasound point to more services than our previous vet offices. And our sickly, kids unfriendly cat doesn’t seem to mind her annual sick visits here as much as elsewhere. And we were happy with our previous vets.

My dog is having trouble with diarrhea I called this morning they got me in today.

Horrible vet did not even spay my dog as they were supposed to. Then told me 2 lies when trying to wiggle out of it. Also told we dont treat shelter dogs the same as our regular paying customers. Horrifying that a vets office would say that. Shame on you.

Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They took good care of my late dogs. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. The visit was incredibly smooth. The staff and doctor were very accommodating and generous with their time.

Everyone is so friendly, lovely and down to earth. Not to mention they have extremely reasonable costs on things and never try to just add to the bill for no reason. Dr. George will treat you and your pet like family. She's super reasonable, open, and honest, and just a delight to be around. The same goes for the rest of the staff that I've encountered. She always gives as many options as possible and walks you through everything you'd need to know, this woman is overflowing with knowledge! Again, I could say the same for the rest of the staff. We love sycamore animal hospital, have only had the best experiences there, and won't take our fur baby anywhere else! Thank you!!!

Amazing staff. They are wonderful with my dog.

So I had been to this vet before never had any issues but unit I had rescued a dog that I had gotten from Tails. So I took my little girl there to get checked out and the vet doctor was telling me how to take care of my dog, As if I wasn't taking of her at all. I didn't like that she was assuming everything. So I will never go back. She kept on saying to bather and feed her good food like 6 times. Sorry my little girl gets top notch food and is very clean. Thanks for assuming. Not the smartes ways of thinking.

Had an emergency with my 7 month old puppy and they took her right in. Explained everything as we went along.

Love the staff and they are really good with my pup. Not a country vet like I am used to but the next best thing

Can't believe how they refused to help me with my dog that I have had since she was 4 weeks old, have had her for almost 9 years now and I and others called this place and they turned me away, was not treated with respect when I needed their help, thanks for the horrible treatment...

Called Sycamore Animal Hospital and so far am very pleased with the knowledge I received over the phone and not even being a patient yet, Thanks for the friendly advice Lisa! Great Service and Awesome DVM Scott Jarrett! Thank you for everything, but a little too pricey of a Vet for my wallet at the moment.
