They got me in same day so my guinea pig got immediate attention. Staff was excellent, friendly and prompt in getting us in to see vet.

Took my co-owned dog in right away to fix his broken nails and took wonderful care of him him and us keeping us updated on his surgery and recovery. He will continue to go there for his needs.

We had taken in a friendly stray cat for the winter because we didn't want him to freeze. We had him checked for microchip because he was so friendly. We were keeping him in a seperate room because we have other animals etc. We were waiting for him to go to the vet and get him treated for anything before we introduced him to the house. They gave him a clean bill of health except for some flea debris by his ears. They didn't recommend treatment and my husband doesn't know enough about fleas to know to treat the animal if you see debris. So we didn't treat him and introduced him to the other animals. He ended up also having tapeworms that were not found in the basic exam despite him having unexplained blood in his stool. They did not address the blood in his stool. We had mentioned that he was a stray and my husband asked for information on how to to help him and were not helped and ended up introducing fleas and tapeworms not only to our other animals but also to our 4 month old infant . We trusted them to help us help a stray but we were basically brushed off and now we have to treat our whole house for fleas and tapeworms when we could have contained it to one room.The first receptionist didnt even know what she was talking about when I asked about testing for parasites

Rushing because its christmas eve maybe,but still very unprofessional, payed about 400 dollars just so they could stab a lump on his head and say "let it just bleed" and no cone so my dog is scratching at it making it worse.not much information, just a emergency aid kit pretty much like im the vet and sent us on our way with our dog bleeding all over the back seat. I can't tell you how to do your job but you didn't do it correct.

I didn't expect to find anyone nearby who would work with exotics, but Dr. Brown was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend her to any reptile keeper! It was also much more affordable than I expected, which is a nice bonus.

I love Bethany animal hospital. Honestly, best vet ever. Every single person who works there is so kind, caring, and respectful. My dogs are my babies, snd the staff there treats them with so much love. It can be slightly pricier, but like I said, the care snd trust I have in them outweigh the cost.

I have had good experiences with Bethany in the past but they have fallen short recently. I have experience with Dr. Brown and she is very thorough and caring. I will probably return to her. However, I had experiences with Dr. Dominguez and did not enjoy it. Dr. Brown found a lump on my cat's neck. Dr. Dominguez did the surgery to remove. Told us he could only debulk it, not entirely remove it. And only a vet tech talked to us in person after the surgery. I was shocked that he didn't plan to talk to me, and I asked to see him. The tissue was sent to biopsy. Supposed to callback with results in 3-5 days. I called the clinic once we were a few days beyond that window. Turns out they had received the report a week ago, and "dr. Dominguez was gone a few days". Guess I just "fell thru the cracks". And the report says my cat has malignant squamous cell carcinoma, a fast and dangerous cancer. Time matters for it, and they forgot about me and my cat, when we needed vet help the most. Dr. Dominguez also showed little to no empathy during our appointments. I get it, it's your everyday job, but showing zero sympathy when your patient is emotional and a diagnosis of cancer is made is just crazy. If they would have called me like they were supposed to, I could have scheduled my appointment with an oncologist a week sooner, and like I said time matters with cancer. Unfortunately and regretfully it will be hard to ever know if my cat would have better outcomes if we had gone with a different surgeon and vet. Unfortunately I would advise you to avoid Dr. Dominguez.

I brought my dog in with pancreatitis because his normal vet was already closed. They squeezed us in, stayed well beyond closing time and took amazing care of my fur baby. Dr. Miller was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He made sure I had everything I needed to be able to bring my boy home with me and keep him comfortable so he can start to get better. I will always bring my dogs back here from now on.

We had our Viszla go in for a massage and he was very happy and limber following his session. He competes a lot in agility so these sessions really help. Jody is very nice to work with!

The staff at Bethany are amazing. They truly take time with your pet. My little guy was so scared, being deaf he has a lot of insecurities. So the staff scheduled "Happy Visits" where they just hang out with your pet and give them treats to show the vet isn't a bad place at all. They go the extra mile and everyone is just so nice!

Mixed experiences—some great, some fair. Been going here for years and don’t plan to change.

Excellent care for our pets for over 25 years.

This clinic was fantastic. We had just gotten a puppy and it ended up getting very sick and they stayed open for us after hours to get him in and check him out. They then helped refer us to where we needed to take the puppy for The extra help it needed somewhere closer to where we lived. I can’t say enough good things about the Vet & staff that helped my pup. The vet personally contacted me a couple days later checking up on my puppy even after the fact they referred us else where. I would highly recommend taking your animals here as I firmly believe they will always be taken care of.

Bethany animal hospital is by far the best vet I have taken my cat to. My girlfriend treats our cat like it’s our two year old child and she gives it her stamp of approval, if that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what does.

I have always loved the services provided by Bethany. My Sasha never felt uncomfortable when she was there. Recently we had to do end of life procedures for Sasha, and the staff was absolutely amazing. From the the initial diagnoses all the way through the finality, every staff member treated me with patience and kindness. They walked me through every bit of what I needed to do, and showed unbelievable compassion toward a heartbroken man. Especially Carly. She was fantastic. Thank you for all of your help, and care for my girl. When I get a new pupper there is only one place I will be going for their veterinarian needs.
