Today was our first visit with my 6 year old Boston Terrier, Monty. Everyone was so kind and attentive, from the front desk to the techs, and the doctor herself, I didn't have to repeat myself 50 times. It was refreshing. So grateful to have found them!! Thanks guys for taking care of my baby!!!

They're kind of swamped right now with only 1 dr available, but they've always taken good care of our dog.

I have a leopard gecko, I take him there annually, however recently he experienced a skin condition and his previous veterinarian was an amazing person, kind and smart, she was gentle with him and patient(he is a very intolerant gecko) and she recently either quit or was fired. She was replaced by another veterinarian and he refused to even *touch* my gecko. An exotics vet afraid of geckos? How did this man get hired? Good office otherwise, however I'm not going here again.

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors, Kimmy and Rumph. Alexis, Laura and the staff out front are kind and professional in all of their activities and interactions with you. The pricing and fees seem very reasonable and it probably helps that Sutton Rd Animal Hospital is independent from the larger and franchised operations. During COVID-19, they have been allowing one person come in with the pet, and I understand this has been a major issue with other vet hospitals.

I have been going to Sutton Road Animal Hospital since 1995. 3 dogs: A Belgium Malenois, German Shepherd, and our current English Bulldog "Gus". The care for all of my dogs ???? from the people that work there has been A+. Reliable, caring,honest,clean facilities, and great people. Cost, I have never been overcharged at anytime. Your pet is family, and I won't go anywhere else!

I was there earlier today with my family and the person Linda was absolutely unprofessional in her demeanor and her tone of voice when she instructed us to not enter the facility even though we were more than 6 feet away, she did her best to bully us away. We’re never coming back here again, going in on Monday to pick up my records.

Friendly people and very helpful

I'm in a high risk group for Covid 19, advanced precautions were excellent. My cat was on 3rd day of malaise, withdrawal, NO appetite & minimal water intake. I called in a.m. & were seen @ lunch time. Exam = fever & dehydration - cause undetermined - treated symptoms & supported his immune response. Sutton Animal Hospital's staff guided me in his care & we "pulled him back from the brink". Final diagnosis was "herpes bloom".

Our dog is a patient of this clinic for more than 10 years. He broke his toe, and can not walk. We called them to ask kindly to prescribe few painkillers since we will be back to town. But they refused, pushing us to do his annual checkup first. We explained that he is scheduled for his visit in few days, and while we are out of town we are not able to ask our dog sitter to lift the dog to their office (senior german shepherd). They even do not want to listen! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! SHAME ON YOU GUYS! SHAME ON YOU!

Been there a couple of times now and I really like them and they seem to really like animals which is what I want in a vet.

Gave my dog 3rd degree burns when he went in for a teeth cleaning. They did make a big effort to make it right but I wouldn't trust them any more.

Expensive, but was able to get my dog in immediately for emergency surgery!

I've had nothing but exceptional service here. Dr Rumpf is my go to vet. She is very knowledgeable, happy, passionate vet. I have a 10 year old boxer and she has given him the love and care that my best buddy needs. The pricing is very fair, and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Both times I went were emergencies, and Sutton was able to take us both times. It's a nice-looking office, and the ladies there are nice. The vet we had this week was super nice and polite. I knew my pup was in good hands. Will definitely come here again.
