Do they sell dog or poppy

Disappointing. They don’t care about your puppy’s health. I was referred here by a good friend who mom who got her puppy here. It a small place with a few puppies. I found a puppy that was so adorable but has “a cold”(just mainly coughing) and was on antibiotics. I fell in love with him and purchased him anyways. Thinking it would be fine, colds are minor and will resolve. I also knew about their policy that I may have him evaluated by another vet in 72 hours from purchase date to make sure he’s healthy. So I did go for a puppy wellness check and told the vet he had a cough. The exam went fine, he’s normal/healthy. I tried to be patient and waited for the cough to resolve. But now it’s 2 months later and my puppy still coughs(mainly when he wakes up in the morning/sleep and naps.) I was concerned of his persistent cough so called the pet store asking if I should take him to the vet to evaluate the cough since at the wellness check did not specifically evaluate the cough because I told them him he had a cold. She said I could have him check out if I wanted. Then I asked may I be reimbursed for it and was told no because it’s not within 72 hours from purchase date. BUT WHY WOULD THE VET EVALUATE A COUGH IF WAS TOLD IT WAS A COLD AT TIME OF WELLNESS CHECK? This situation is disappointing. The amount of money paid for this puppy and willing to buy a puppy with a cold/cough that the expenses should be completely taken care of by them/pet store until cough resolves.

Great place to buy a puppy. Owners are very knowledgeable about training and raising a dog.

Chris and his staff are excellent!!! My fur baby is perfect ! I love her to the moon and back. I still take her there to be groomed. She gets so excited everytime she sees Chris.

We bought our pup, Marley OneLove under the guise that he was a hybrid puppy...specifically a CavaTzu. He was supposed to be a very laid back lap dog of about 15 lbs full grown. We made the decision to buy a hybrid because we wanted very specific traits and the CavaTzu checked all the boxes. Well Marley is now fully grown and is almost 30lbs! He has always been a very high strung dog, a nipper and full of energy. :-( At 62 years old, this was not an ideal situation for us. At our Vet's advice, we had a DNA test done and found out our "hybrid pup" was actually a "mutt" LOL Four different breeds, one of which was cocker spaniel which explained the size and temperment. I now warn everyone we talk to about The Perfect Pup and advise everyone, regardless of where they are looking to purchase a pup, to either purchase AKC registered dogs or have the facility produce a DNA for the "hybrid" pup. The fact is, we love Marley of course, but had we decided on a fully mixed breed dog, we would definitely had sought out a shelter dog.

The owners and staff are FANTASTIC! Anyone who calls this place a puppy mill has not done their research. This place is impeccably clean and dogs are not kept in cages. We bought two Havanese here one year apart. The Perfect Pup provides you with their lineage, first time vet visit, shots, chip and neutering all included in cost. We also take our pups here for grooming and the groomers are outstanding. Highly recommend.

The staff are amazing and my puppy is beautiful and healthy. AKA registration was a snap, my experience was fantastic!

Puppy mills only exist to supply places like this! If you don't want to adopt, do your research and buy from reputable breeders, not pet stores like this!

Walked in to see that there was 5 pups. Well that would be ok but there all nearly the same breeds. All short curly hair dogs, I've been hear more than once, I have a list of problems with this place. One I hear this isnt your only location. So why dont you have signs to look at your website, you should sell packages of care products, you should have a tablet or computer for customers to look at all locations so anyone looking for certain breeds, certain size pets, etc its overall terrible here. The store looks like something a 10 year old conjured up in a dream. No bathroom for customers.

Highly impressed! Extremely friendly, patient and accommodating staff. Quality, healthy, happy pups. Terrific grooming. I adopted a maltipoo puppy from here and my opinion of Perfect Pup and the staff have far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely recommend this place over all others in the area.

Super clean and friendly place. They value their work and love their pups. Love going in to see what they have in store. I always leave happier than when I arrived.

@Kristyn. it seems all the pet stores you visit you say are Puppy Mills. How do you know this?? and where might you buy a PUPPY that is NOT from a Puppy mill?? And don't say Breeder, because they will never show you the Parents or where the Puppy was born. All the Animal activists are about RESCUE, Well I don't want a USED dog with health problems that I am going to have to dump 3 grand on at the Vet. We bought our Puppy here and we got a USDA certificate, guaranteeing there were less than 3 females on Property. I followed up with them and it was true. We also got Pedigree papers that went back 4 generations , as well as AKC. we had our Pup vet checked by our personal vet and she was TIP TOP shape :) so unless you bought a pup there and can prove it was sick from s puppy mill, I think you are just against pet stores all together. I wish you good luck with your rescue. also our Puppy's Breeder was NOT in MO.

Bought our Bernese Mtn Dog here. Staff is amazing. Always there for questions and solutions. Our dog is well bred and couldn't ask for a more perfect pup. Highly recommended.

Friendly just super high prices

Great place to get a puppy and know exactly what you are getting! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and they stand behind their puppies!

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about different breeds! They also let you play with the puppies, which is a big bonus. They will also do research for you about buying from a good breeder the specific breed you want--thats the hardest part! Will be going back to them for sure.

We got our Siberian Husky from here. Great, friendly staff. Dog or doing just fine. He is healthy and amazing with the kiddos.

Positives: Staff is extremely friendly especially Bob. My kids loved him. Very patient and willing to work with us. Can't say enough good things about Bob. The puppy we got came well socialized good with feet and all body parts being touched. Convenient location, and they offer discounts on boarding and grooming services if you buy a puppy there. Negatives: Oh boy where do I start. My puppy has dewclaws and tail cropped both of which were not done properly. My vet said by the owner of the puppy mill he came from. Yes this store is selling puppy mill puppies. They will swear up and down they aren't but if you google your "breeder" they all work for the hunte corp out of MO. My puppy came home with the intestinal bacteria giardia with is contagious to humans as well as other pets. We are on our third round of treatment and can't seem to get rid of this. Worst part is they had him on antibiotics in the store and didn't tell us at time of sale. Their vouchers for spay/neuter and rabies are at a low cost clinic which I took one look at and decided not to take my pet there. And lets be honest the prices are insane. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

We bought our little pomeranian here and not only is she the best dog ever but she ended up being the exact size that they told us she would be. Plus, they have boarding now and we know we can trust our perfect pup with them. Besides, they know all their breeders personally and you don't have to worry about puppy mills. All in all an amazing place!
