I was referred here by a friend, a client. Read in reviews Dr Chang builds relationships with clients and loves his patients. This was Not True!! I went to get a consultation for my puppy to get fixed/spay and possible tooth x-ray less than a week ago. I was told there were openings in January as of last week when I was there. I called spoke to Dr Chang today as I had seven emails from their office on spay pricing , my visit record, that were all different information. Dr Chang stated today he did not have time to do my dog's spay now after all and wanted focus on his patients. I stated I am a patient and was referred and told appointments were available? Can do February? He stated didn't have time now and did not want to do it?! Become rude in his tone stated to me," Fine if I want to FORCE him to do it!! " he will. Scary thought and statement to make from a professional! I politely stated sorry wasted my time and his! Very unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend this place or Dr Chang.

Dr. Chang and his staff are extremely kind and caring. Dr. Chang was very transparent about possible treatment plans and costs associated with each. The vet is no longer stressful!

Dr. Chang is unbelievable, opened the clinic on Christmas Eve to take care of an emergency situation for my puppy. Made the switch over a year ago to C-Vet and won’t ever change, top notch here.

A Vet's office that does not smell :-) and the doctor is very understanding and thoughtful.

I took my kitten here when he was really sick and he was treated so well. The doctor was so nice and informative to us when discussing treatments. My kitten is doing so well now and I'm forever grateful

Dr. Chang provides excellent care for my dog.

Our adult cat was having some health concerns we wanted to get checked out. They were unbelievably accommodating to us from the initial phone call. Upon arrival, Dr. Chang was in the exam room within a few minutes on a Saturday! He was gentle and calm with our very nervous cat. The staff that assisted the Doctor were patient and kind throughout the entire visit. Dr. Chang explained every test result thoroughly, answering all of our further questions. We felt a great deal of peace-of-mind after our visit. Dr. Chang is somebody who clearly has a genuine compassion for animals and their owners.

I have been bringing my cats here for years. It's a small office, so it doesn't get really loud and doesn't feel overly clinical. They are also always able to fit me in when my cats are sick. The staff are very friendly and get to know you. Dr. Chang is great with the cats and always tells me all my options so I can make educated decisions. They also provide estimates of the procedures, medications, etc that are being recommended so you can know what to expect before moving forward. When one of my cats developed cancer, r. Chang was very helpful in helping me know when it would be time to let him go and he provided in home euthanasia. He came with his wife and they made it as comfortable a situation as it could be. I highly recommend C-Vet.

Very comfortable place, everyone there seemed to have the process down. They got me checked in and went to work on my dog Kiona. She enjoyed the vets treats and company. He explained everything quite clearly and treated Kiona promptly. I will continue to come here.

Competent, caring, responsive Veterinarian + staff. Calls you back. Will "fit" your pet in if needs to be seen for serious problem.

Absolutely hands down the best vet ever. My dog was attacked by another dog and he fixed her right up. Gave her meds she needed the next day too thru IV since she couldn't eat. He has been taking care of her for years and always has been so kind and compassionate. Come here!

After years at another vet, we are so glad we found Cvet. They cured our Mystic's ear issues by testing and treating for not just bacterial, but also for fungus. The other vet never did that and her problem persisted. But Dr. Chang cured her! Dr. and Mrs. Chang were so kind when our Chief was ill and ultimately passed away. This is the best vet you will find, bar none. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chang was able to wrangle my little Berno when others have tried and failed. Bernard didn't even notice when three shots were administered. Highly recommend C-Vet and their staff!

I brought my senior kitty to Dr Chang for a second opinion on her health issues. Not only as a new patient did they get me in quick he helped us to finally find answers for our kitty and drastically improve her health. It is still a work in process but we are seeing progress and he takes the time to educate us as to what we are doing and why. I was very happy and surprised that the staff and Dr Chang call to do checkups between appointments to make sure my pet is doing well. It is nice in today's world to have that level of care and attention. I will be switching our younger cat to Dr Chang as well due to how much he has helped our senior kitty. I definitely recommend Dr Chang and his staff. So happy I found them!

Excellent doctor and staff! So compassionate and we arrived without an appointment on a Saturday morning and we were welcomed by an an amazing staff. I will only take my pets to C-VET.

I am extremely thankful to Dr. Chang and his team. They always take me and my pet wherever it is needed. He saved my little cat’s life after a vaccination went wrong elsewhere. He is very knowledgeable and kind always willing to listen to what I consider are my pet needs. He and his team always follow up with my appointments and go above and beyond what other veterinarians do. He is kind and compassionate and cares about the pets. My cat feels at ease with him.

Dr. Chang and his staff are very compassionate, professional and caring. They have their own lab on premises so results are quickly delivered to the client.

I've been going to C-Vet for a couple of years and it is by far the best vet we've ever been to! My dog is diabetic and needed medicine after hours so I called expecting to get a voicemail, but Dr. Chang was still in office and we able to get me the medicine hours after they closed. Every time I call regardless of who answers, they know who my dog is and her needs. Having a sick dog is stressful but the team at C-Vet always makes it as smooth as possible.

The vet always gets me in immediately and takes care of my dog's needs. He remembers her from visit to visit. Very thorough and willing to make a discount of 5% is paid by cash. Great old fashion service.

Dr Chang takes extra time and care for your pet. You can easily see he wants the best for you and your pet. Our family and friends feel the same.

Great practice. Kind and caring with a sense of humor to top it off. They have stayed open late when our dogs were sick.

We feel very grateful for finding CVET and Dr. Chang. From the moment we first spoke with him, to the last few moments with our pet, Dr. Chang was very understanding, supportive and truly compassionate. Not only with us as pet owners, but with our pet as well. He was able to get us in for surgery on very short notice, at a very reasonable rate. We received follow up phone calls and emails, to check in on our pet, which was not required but very much appreciated. Eventually going through such a tough time, having to put our pet down, Dr. Chang went way above and beyond and came into his office really late after hours to support our needs. I tell everyone that I know, that this is the place to bring your pet. We wouldn’t bring our pets anywhere else after working with Dr. Chang.

Dr. Chang is very knowledgeable and the visits aren't rushed, you understand what's going on and know all your options. Very clean and everyone is so nice and caring.
