This is my favorite pet store in Springfield! I love the doggy wash and the staff is always so friendly

We frequent this store because of the self service dog wash and the professional grooming salon. We have a Labradoodle, so grooming is a necessity. Kyla does an AMAZING job with our pup, and in between visits to her, we use the self serve dog wash to get him clean when he gets muddy. :)

Our dog, Noire, loves going in. Staff friendly & accommodating. Store clean & well kept. Love the awesome, frequent coupons.

Always friendly and helpful when I walk thru the door and very knowledgeable about pet products even if they don't have the product for sale in the store

We love this store we buy hamsters and fish and more. Joey is very helpful and knowledgeable and nice!!! Yes we will be keeping it as a fun place to buy pets ????????????????????

Would not recommend. Staff doesn’t know how to communicate and one employee is always argumentative. Staff is never willing to fix situation (s) after their mess-ups.

I take My GSD, Zeke into Kyla for grooming and he always comes home looking incredible! Can't say enough about the service we always receive! Thanks so much!

My pup has mast cell tumor cancer. I recently switched all of her food over to very low carb and to items with few ingredients and little to no fillers. The ladies helped me find some options and were very friendly. We decided on Stella and chewy patty’s and a single ingredient wet food. We also chose treats like chicken hearts and beef lungs which sound awful but she likes them. No more milk bones for her. I’ve already been back and will continue to do so :)

I took my Great Pyrenees in for a grooming appointment and was very happy with the results. He went in looking pretty rough with some fairly heavy matting. He came out clean, trimmed, and mat free. I'll definitely go back , again.
