Great people who do a great job. I'm always happy with how the dogs look after spending the day with them. The price recently increased but I still feel like it's a great price for the results.

They really took their time with my scared pup, and took care to help keep her calm. I'd recommend their service.

Been to numerous different groomers. BY FAR THE BEST! They do a fantastic job keeping your animal at ease. Life long customer.

Sent Rex and Cutie for grooming to Stacey. She did a great job with grooming the kids. Last 2 places we sent them, they came traumatized. Here, they were happy and had become friends with the family. Talking about service, it was awesome. Babies had been well taken care of. Perfect haircut and great face cut. Matts were taken care and removed where possible and at 2 places shaved. Hair cut was blended to hide the shaved portion well. This was complete service including nail grind, brushing of teeth and cut, shampoo, all of it. We are very happy with how they look, smell and feel. Above all, they came loved and pampered. I will recommend Affordable Pet Grooming as a place for your pet. Additionally, when you support them, you support a local business. Which is great.

This grooming services is very poorly ran, teenagers are the groomers. My cat was growling at me the owner. Because of the kid pulling on my cats tail, pulling on his legs and arns. They don't listen, they don't care of the my feelings. They were very aggressive with my cat. I wouldn't recommend this poorly ran grooming services. Their charge me $85.00. For services that was not complete or met my expectations. I also asked to be refunded and the lady said no to me. I'm a disrespectful manner.

This place was much better than other options for cats. Another option shaved our cat without telling us "that's all we do" beforehand. We brought our Skittles in to trim her mane and undercoat. They did an amazing job. The owner was petting Skittles in her carrier as she was explaining grooming options. We will absolutely visit them again.

Speaking as a cat owner, this place is fantastic! They actually take the time to listen to what you want done for the grooming service, not just rush you out the door and use number 10 clippers to shave your poor baby..when that's not what you were looking for. The individual we worked with actually opened the cat carrier to pet/comfort our cat as we were discussing grooming option. They also called and provided updates as the appointment went on, which was very comforting considering our last experience at another establishment. The grooming was fantastic and our cat came out looking beautiful. We will definitely be returning!

They were so helpful and patient. They took the time needed to complete the job even though our dog was scared. Planning on going back again. The kindness and helpfulness made this the best groomers ever. They even shared what to use on my English bulldogs nose.

These are nicest people you could ask for. They are very gentle with your pets and get the job done quickly. In fact, they are the first place we've found that one of our dogs doesn't go berserk when trimming her nails. It's not a fancy place but the staff is so wonderful.

We're very happy with both the service and results of our visit to Affordable with our dog, Chester. Chloe took the time to get to know Chester and asked us all of the right questions. And he looks great!

Best experience that I’ve had with a groomer in Springfield! Chloe was so gentle with my very anxious pups. When I picked them up they were happy and looked/smelled great!! Very impressed with the service provided!

Our "Dottie" had a very bad experience with another place with getting her nails trimmed, which left her extremely scared to get them done again. The staff were WONDERFUL with her! They took their time and only continued cutting her nails when Dottie was ready. I can't say enough good things about them!! We went back for a second trim about 2 months later and Dottie was so much less scared and held still for them! Definitely our new place for her nail trims!!

Make sure you discuss pricing before getting your dog groomed. They have a sign showing prices for bathing and then have add on’s that they charge without you requesting or discussing with you. All I wanted done was my dogged washed and trimmed and then they wanted to charge a additional $10 for something that wasn’t discussed or requested. After talking with the kid at the desk who couldn’t help his mom I assume owner/manager agreed to waive the $10 but wasn’t happy about it. Dog smelled good but be careful of the way they charge.

Great and friendly service...worked in my 3 dogs for nail trims to help us out in a time of need.

Not only does our dog look and smell great after we take him to see Stacy, but she and the other staff members are so sweet on him! We have a very anxious dog and it's clear that Stacy works hard to properly groom him and make him feel welcome. Thank you so much for all you do!

Stacy did such a great job and really took care of my baby girl! She was way overdue for a cut and now she looks perfect. Thank you so much Stacy for being so patient and gentle with her.
