Dog Gone Gorgeous is great. Lyric always does a great job with my little havenese. He used to not like being his hair cut but since I started going to Dog Gone Gorgeous he doesn't mind. He always looks so good after he gets the full treatment. Glad I found this place.

Great groomer! They were able to make time on a Friday and very friendly and gentle with my pooch! Will return!

I took my English Setter, Lela to them after a long time with out being groomed. She is very sensitive and fearful. Most times when we get her groomed she comes home afraid and won’t eat and hides for 2days because she has been so traumatized. NOT this time she was happy and cuddly her usual self, not to mention she looks gorgeous! So happy with the experience. Thank you everyone we will be back.

the groomer was very nice. she did pretty good. i have shitzhu/maltese mixes. i wanted the eyes to be cut a little more just because they have bad tears. but over all she did pretty good. they could’ve been shaped up a little better and my boy dog has a little of red color in his fur so she could’ve washed him a little move vigorously in that area but she didn’t do bad at all.

The groomers there do a great job!! The building is dated and somewhat tucked away from the road. The dog holding area can uses some work as well but they are doing what they can with what they have.

A man who is like my father had a stoke and I was late after me and the rest of the family had spent all night at the hospital with him. He literally almost died. I called because we missed our app. They where so nice and understanding and even asked how I was holding up when I was dropping my 2 boys off. Nicest ppl ever and my dogs always look amazing

Our Australian Shepherd is just an Ol' farm dog and was very scared. Andre'a was patient with him and he came home happy and clean.

The owner is always very friendly and if I get a chance I use her to do Casper because he likes her he doesn't give her any problems but everybody else I think he gives them problems

Completely shaved our dog when asking for a small trim and even shaved the dogs whiskers. It was also such a bad shave there are jagged lines and shave marks

Usually great service, must of gotten a new dog washer. he is Rude and he lies. They were backed up and than was rushing me to get there. Lied and said He called and talk to someone and I am the only number on the account. I Called and talked to a lady and told her I would be there after I ran an errand she said fine Rushed me with 3 dogs and excuses The second time I was rushed to pick up dogs If we have to wait because you are backed,you can wait also.

Edit: it's been two weeks and our pup STILL smells great! Even through rainy days and lots of outdoor time. She still looks amazing, too! Ask for Lyric! I took our collie mix here to see Lyric and she did an AMAZING job. Our fluffball looks so great! I had to switch groomers after our previous groomer became unreliable, and I'm so glad we made the switch. After leaving our previous groomer, we'd come home and would still have so much hair shedding everywhere... After Lyric, two days later and shedding is still minimal...leads me to believe that our previous groomer wasn't brushing out as much undercoat as much as she needed to. SO. I'm very grateful for Lyric and the work she did. She's so nice and very obviously cares about each pup that comes through. When we went to pick up, another dog was being picked up and had a seizure at the door. Lyric made sure to stop and make sure the dog was taken care of and you could tell she would've reacted the same for anyone's animal. We'll be back for SURE. Thanks Lyric!

Excellent, personalized care for our Mastiff. They did a wonderful job with her, her ears, and her toes. They went the extra mile on an allergy bath and deep conditioning and she is a world of difference immediately! Our big girl really doesn't mind a spa day at doggone gorgeous! Sidenote: the entrance to the shop is on the north face of the building, Jefferson Street side. I had difficulty finding it the first time I went.

They are caring loving professionals that do a wonderful job making your pet look georgious. I love their photo booth!

Groomers are really nice. They do a great job on my dog Missy.

I heard from a past worker that quit due to the owner, the owner and bathers tie your dogs up with a chock leads by neck and belly to force them to stand so their underneath will get dry faster so the owner can take in more dogs. When confronted the owner the owner stated “when dogs get tied up, their gonna get tied up.” They don’t use collars they use choke leads . ????this is traumatizing???? please don’t take your dogs here these people aren't nice at all to the dogs here!

Myla is the ONLY groomer I trust with my shih tzu Murphy. He has a history of aggression but he adores her. She's so patient and gentle with him. My dog knows her by name and gets so excited for that car ride.

We took our 3 for the first time this week. We havent had good luck with groomers since moving here last year. They are FANTASTIC! Our 3 babies look feel and smell awesome! We will be back!
