The store was clean. The customer service was great. There dog food seemed to be a dollar or two more expensive than other places. The same with there dog toys. Overall my experience was good.

Walked through the store and couldn't find an employee. Had to ask the manager who was in an office with the door open for help. But he was pretty nice.

Twice now i've booked an grooming appointment online for my dog and both times i've been called to say it was canceled because they over booked the appointment. Horrible online booking. Done with petsmart.

Extremely long wait times finding assistance in the store: Staff does not seem knowledgeable in their departments.

Generous discounted prices. Also in addition, once app is downloaded you can also save even more. Purchased 37 gallon aquarium kit. For 65 dollars, can't complain. Satisfied.

Friendly, professional staff. Adequate aisle spacing. Clean and organized. Would like to see more and varied inventory and prices for everything marked on the shelf but we are in the midst of a pandemic.

I love seeing the animals when I go there and I love it even more when they find a good home to go to as I love how caring and organized they are about the store!!

Can always find just what I need

Just going to be completely honest. When someone comes in with 3 dogs all on leashes of coarse but want to look at fish...you may as well forget it. Some people keep their dogs at bay and some just do not understand how rude it can actually be when their dogs just roam 9 feet out and bark at people. Other than that the store is clean and well kept. Employees are nice with the exception of a few idiots but every store has them. I love dogs by the way , actually all animals! Hope this helps ????

I live 20 miles from the store and when I got home the flea and tick items that I thought I was getting was not what they were suppose to be. I called the store and they offer nothing but bring the items back. Now I have to drive a round trip of 40 miles just to get what I should have gotten in the first place. Absolutely the poorest customer service. The mistake was theirs and there no consequences for screwing up. I reccomend going to a different pet store, one that will make up for their mistakes.

HUGE selection. Store was very clean and well stocked. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish this chain would put more effort into updating their stores. Just seemed like it needs a modern face-lift. Other than that, no complaints!

Took my dog in for grooming yesterday, 1st time and last time I'll be taking my dog there. They did exactly what I said not to do. Do not just skin her down and that's what she got, and not even a good job of that. Dog looks ridiculous

Jenny in the Springfield, Illinois location is a fantastic groomer. She does a great job and my dogs are so excited to see her!! I am so pleased with her!!

We take our pup here once a month and he loves the groomers. All the employees love to give him attention.

Horrible grooming experience. My cat was brought back in the exact same condition even when I asked for them to give my cat a hair cut, bath, nail cut, and cleaning of the ears. I paid 71 dollar for a service that’s less than 20 minutes. On top of that, the lady was awfully rude, which I don’t appreciate. Personally, I think this place’s grooming service for feline is a scam.
